本发明公开了一种针边效果好的水溶纸网格布针边复合机，包括：机架，设置在机架上的网格布恒张力放卷装置、水溶纸恒张力放卷装置和复合网格布收卷装置，在所述网格布恒张力放卷装置后端的机架上设置有针边装置，在所述针边装置后端的机架上设置有上胶装置和烘筒装置，所述的烘筒装置通过机架上的牵引装置与设置在机架一侧的复合网格布收卷装置相连接。优点是：在复合前可以很好地对网格布进行针边操作防止收缩，提高复合效果，自动化程度高，节约人工，降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合机械，尤其涉及一种水溶纸网格布针边复合机。
背景技术
在女士裙子、内衣等上都会使用到复合网格布，复合网格布是由水溶纸和网格布复合而成，现有的复合机械没有针边装置，在复合之前没有对网格布进行针边，需要人工进行拉边防止收缩，操作麻烦，效果不好。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种针边效果好的水溶纸网格布针边复合机。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：水溶纸网格布针边复合机，包括：机架，设置在机架上的网格布恒张力放卷装置、水溶纸恒张力放卷装置和复合网格布收卷装置，在所述网格布恒张力放卷装置后端的机架上设置有针边装置，在所述针边装置后端的机架上设置有上胶装置和烘筒装置，所述的烘筒装置通过机架上的牵引装置与设置在机架一侧的复合网格布收卷装置相连接。
为了更好地解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的进一步技术方案是：所述针边装置的结构包括：扩幅针边段、输送段和出料段，所述的输送段设置在扩幅针边段和出料段之间，所述的扩幅针边段和输送段向上倾斜，所述的出料段向下倾斜。
本发明的优点是：上述水溶纸网格布针边复合机，在复合前可以很好地对网格布进行针边操作防止收缩，提高复合效果，自动化程度高，节约人工，降低生产成本。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示，水溶纸网格布针边复合机，包括：机架1，设置在机架1上的网格布恒张力放卷装置2、水溶纸恒张力放卷装置3和复合网格布收卷装置4，在所述网格布恒张力放卷装置2后端的机架1上设置有针边装置5，在所述针边装置5后端的机架1上设置有上胶装置6和烘筒装置7，所述的烘筒装置7通过机架1上的牵引装置8与设置在机架1一侧的复合网格布收卷装置4相连接。
如图2所示，所述针边装置5的结构包括：扩幅针边段51、输送段52和出料段53，所述的输送段52设置在扩幅针边段51和出料段53之间，所述的扩幅针边段51和输送段52向上倾斜，所述的出料段53向下倾斜。
上述水溶纸网格布针边复合机使用时，网格布9通过网格布恒张力放卷装置2放卷，然后通过针边装置5针边，之后通过上胶装置6上胶，上胶后的网格布9和从水溶纸恒张力放卷装置3放卷出来的水溶纸10一起进入烘筒装置7进行烘干，复合网格布11在牵引装置8的作用下进入复合网格布收卷装置4进行收卷。

1.水溶纸网格布针边复合机，包括：机架(1)，设置在机架(1)上的网格布恒张力放卷装置(2)、水溶纸恒张力放卷装置(3)和复合网格布收卷装置(4)，其特征在于：在所述网格布恒张力放卷装置(2)后端的机架(1)上设置有针边装置(5)，在所述针边装置(5)后端的机架(1)上设置有上胶装置(6)和烘筒装置(7)，所述的烘筒装置(7)通过机架(1)上的牵引装置(8)与设置在机架(1)一侧的复合网格布收卷装置(4)相连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的水溶纸网格布针边复合机，其特征在于：所述针边装置(5)的结构包括：扩幅针边段(51)、输送段(52)和出料段(53)，所述的输送段(52)设置在扩幅针边段(51)和出料段(53)之间，所述的扩幅针边段(51)和输送段(52)向上倾斜，所述的出料段(53)向下倾斜。
