本发明涉及一种防静电抗辐射防火复合面料,包括基层(1),基层上表面粘合有一层铝合金薄膜(2),在铝合金薄膜上设置有防静电层(3),防静电层由经纱和纬纱相互编织而成,经纱为棉纱,纬纱为导电纤维,在防静电层的外表面设置有防火层(4)。所述基层由织物制成,所述织物包括有机织织物和针织织物,机织织物和针织织物之间通过粘合剂对合粘合在一起。本发明具有很好的防静电性能、抗辐射性能和防火性能。本发明新颖别致。

防静电抗辐射防火复合面料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料,尤其涉及一种防静电抗辐射防火复合面料。属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
随着电气设备技术的进一步发展,辐射在我们的周围随处可见,如影随形,不管是工作用的手机、电脑、打印机还是家用的微波炉、电热毯、吹风机等都会产生一定量的辐射,对人体的健康有威胁作用,尤其对于抵抗力较弱的老人和小孩,产生的危害作用更大,此外,长期在辐射环境中工作,会造成失眠多梦、免疫力低下等症状。同时在高精密度要求的电子业,加强面料的防静电性能要求十分重要。现有的面料大都直接用普通平面型的非织造布或打孔PE 薄膜制作,这些面料的纵向与横向上的力学特性如延展性、抗拉强度等差异很大,即呈现各向异性,会给使用者一种勒紧皮肤的感觉,特别是在走路、骑自行车等运动场合,更会感到不舒服。另外在生活中火也是与人们形影不离的,火灾会给人类造成极大的损失,甚至危及生命,火灾所造成的损失不可估量。
另外,传统的制作服装的所采用的织物为不可以两面使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种防静电抗辐射防火复合面料,能够屏蔽辐射,降低辐射对人体伤害,且可以提高面料的导电性能,从而起到防静电的作用,同时可以提高面料的防火性能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种防静电抗辐射防火复合面料,它包括基层,所述基层上表面通过胶黏剂粘合有一层铝合金薄膜,在所述铝合金薄膜上设置有防静电层,所述防静电层由经纱和纬纱相互编织而成,所述经纱为棉纱构成,所述纬纱为导电纤维构成,所述导电纤维为条纹型,间距为5-10mm,在所述防静电层的外表面设置有防火层,所述防火层采用CVC 阻燃面料;所述基层由织物制成,所述织物包括有机织织物和针织织物,机织织物和针织织物之间通过粘合剂对合粘合在一起。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过对面料结构的改变而有效提高了其综合性能,具有很好的防静电性能、抗辐射性能和防火性能,增强了面料的安全性。
所述织物一面是机织织物,另一面是针织织物,所制成的服装可以两面使用,风格不同,新颖别致。

参见图1,本发明涉及一种防静电抗辐射防火复合面料,它包括基层1,所述基层1上表面通过胶黏剂粘合有一层铝合金薄膜2,在所述铝合金薄膜2上设置有防静电层3,所述防静电层3由经纱31和纬纱32相互编织而成,所述经纱31为棉纱构成,所述纬纱32为导电纤维构成,所述导电纤维为条纹型,间距为5-10mm,在所述防静电层3的外表面设置有防火层4,所述防火层4采用CVC 阻燃面料。
本发明优选实施例中,所述防静电层3 中加入防静电剂。能消除面料上摩擦产生的各种静电积聚以及细菌,防止静电干扰及灰尘粘附现象。
所述基层由织物制成,所述织物包括有机织织物和针织织物,机织织物和针织织物之间通过粘合剂对合粘合在一起。

1.一种防静电抗辐射防火复合面料,它包括基层(1),其特征在于所述基层(1)上表面通过胶黏剂粘合有一层铝合金薄膜(2),在所述铝合金薄膜(2)上设置有防静电层(3),所述防静电层(3)由经纱(31)和纬纱(32)相互编织而成,所述经纱(31)为棉纱构成,所述纬纱(32)为导电纤维构成,所述导电纤维为条纹型,间距为5-10mm,在所述防静电层(3)的外表面设置有防火层(4),所述防火层(4)采用CVC 阻燃面料;所述基层由织物制成,所述织物包括有机织织物和针织织物,机织织物和针织织物之间通过粘合剂对合粘合在一起。
