背景技术
随着电气设备技术的进一步发展，辐射在我们的周围随处可见，如影随形，不管是工作用的手机、电脑、打印机还是家用的微波炉、电热毯、吹风机等都会产生一定量的辐射，对人体的健康有威胁作用，尤其对于抵抗力较弱的老人和小孩，产生的危害作用更大，此外，长期在辐射环境中工作，会造成失眠多梦、免疫力低下等症状。同时在高精密度要求的电子业，加强面料的防静电性能要求十分重要。现有的面料大都直接用普通平面型的非织造布或打孔PE 薄膜制作，这些面料的纵向与横向上的力学特性如延展性、抗拉强度等差异很大，即呈现各向异性，会给使用者一种勒紧皮肤的感觉，特别是在走路、骑自行车等运动场合，更会感到不舒服。
另外，传统的服装所采用的织物结构不合理，使用性能不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种防静电抗辐射结构合理面料，能够屏蔽辐射，降低辐射对人体伤害，且可以提高面料的导电性能，从而起到防静电的作用。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种防静电抗辐射结构合理面料，它包括基层，所述基层上表面通过胶黏剂粘合有一层铝合金薄膜，在所述铝合金薄膜上设置有防静电层，所述防静电层由经纱和纬纱相互编织而成，所述经纱为棉纱构成，所述纬纱为导电纤维构成，所述导电纤维为条纹型，间距为5-10mm；所述基层由织物制成，所述织物经线和纬线分别采用锦纶6纤维和柞蚕丝纤维，其中锦纶6纤维的直径为9μm，纤度为398dtex，柞蚕丝纤维的直径为4μm，纤度为356dtex，所述织物的经密度为22.3根/cm，纬密度为20.2根/cm。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明通过对面料结构的改变而有效提高了其综合性能，具有很好的防静电性能和抗辐射性能，增强了面料的安全性。
本发明所采用的织物结构合理，使用性能好。
