技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料，尤其涉及一种防静电抗辐射防火弹性持久面料。属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
随着电气设备技术的进一步发展，辐射在我们的周围随处可见，如影随形，不管是工作用的手机、电脑、打印机还是家用的微波炉、电热毯、吹风机等都会产生一定量的辐射，对人体的健康有威胁作用，尤其对于抵抗力较弱的老人和小孩，产生的危害作用更大，此外，长期在辐射环境中工作，会造成失眠多梦、免疫力低下等症状。同时在高精密度要求的电子业，加强面料的防静电性能要求十分重要。现有的面料大都直接用普通平面型的非织造布或打孔PE 薄膜制作，这些面料的纵向与横向上的力学特性如延展性、抗拉强度等差异很大，即呈现各向异性，会给使用者一种勒紧皮肤的感觉，特别是在走路、骑自行车等运动场合，更会感到不舒服。另外在生活中火也是与人们形影不离的，火灾会给人类造成极大的损失，甚至危及生命，火灾所造成的损失不可估量。
另外，传统的服装存在织物弹性不持久，抗皱效果不强等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种防静电抗辐射防火弹性持久面料，能够屏蔽辐射，降低辐射对人体伤害，且可以提高面料的导电性能，从而起到防静电的作用，同时可以提高面料的防火性能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种防静电抗辐射防火弹性持久面料，它包括基层，所述基层上表面通过胶黏剂粘合有一层铝合金薄膜，在所述铝合金薄膜上设置有防静电层，所述防静电层由经纱和纬纱相互编织而成，所述经纱为棉纱构成，所述纬纱为导电纤维构成，所述导电纤维为条纹型，间距为5-10mm，在所述防静电层的外表面设置有防火层，所述防火层采用CVC 阻燃面料；所述基层由织物制成，所述织物由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成，经丝为非弹力纱线，纬丝为弹力纱线，纬丝包括第一纬丝和第二纬丝，所述第一纬丝和第二纬丝互为重纬，经丝、第一纬丝和第二纬丝沉浮交织形成五枚二重组织结构。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明通过对面料结构的改变而有效提高了其综合性能，具有很好的防静电性能、抗辐射性能和防火性能，增强了面料的安全性。
本发明所采用的织物弹性持久，具有特别强的抗皱效果。

参见图1，本发明涉及一种防静电抗辐射防火弹性持久面料，它包括基层1，所述基层1上表面通过胶黏剂粘合有一层铝合金薄膜2，在所述铝合金薄膜2上设置有防静电层3，所述防静电层3由经纱31和纬纱32相互编织而成，所述经纱31为棉纱构成，所述纬纱32为导电纤维构成，所述导电纤维为条纹型，间距为5-10mm，在所述防静电层3的外表面设置有防火层4，所述防火层4采用CVC 阻燃面料。
本发明优选实施例中，所述防静电层3 中加入防静电剂。能消除面料上摩擦产生的各种静电积聚以及细菌，防止静电干扰及灰尘粘附现象。
所述基层由织物制成，所述织物由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成，经丝为非弹力纱线，纬丝为弹力纱线，纬丝包括第一纬丝和第二纬丝，所述第一纬丝和第二纬丝互为重纬，经丝、第一纬丝和第二纬丝沉浮交织形成五枚二重组织结构。
