本发明公开了一种工件弹性支承机构,包括等高垫(1)、浮动块(2)和紧固沉头螺钉(3),等高垫的底部设置有安装座(1a),等高垫的顶部设置有球面凹槽(1b),在球面凹槽的中部设置有向下延伸的螺纹盲孔(1c);浮动块是与球面凹槽的半球形块,并正好置于球面凹槽内,半球形块顶面的中部设置有与螺纹盲孔位置对应的沉头腰形孔(2a),半球形块顶面的左右两侧分别向上延伸形成月牙形的工件支承面(2b);紧固沉头螺钉的杆部穿过沉头腰形孔后伸入螺纹盲孔中,从而将等高垫与浮动块相连。专用于对底面粗糙的工件进行支承,结合压块能将工件可靠定位,防止钻孔过程中工件摇摆。

一种工件弹性支承机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种立式钻床上用来支承工件的弹性支承机构,属于生产设备辅助结构。
背景技术
立式钻床用于工件钻孔,通常将工件置于立式钻床工作台的固定支承块上,再结合压块将工件压紧,最后由立式钻床的钻头下行后进行工件钻孔。对于底面平整的工件,能保证工件与固定支承块较好地接触,再结合压块将工件压紧;但是,对于底面粗糙的工件,固定支承块和压块无法将工件可靠压紧,钻床钻孔过程中工件可能发生摇摆,造成钻孔误差。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,拟提供一种用于立式钻床的工件弹性支承机构,专用于对底面粗糙的工件进行支承,结合压块能将工件可靠定位,防止钻孔过程中工件摇摆。
为此,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种工件弹性支承机构,包括等高垫(1)、浮动块(2)和紧固沉头螺钉(3),所述等高垫(1)的底部设置有安装座(1a),等高垫(1)的顶部设置有球面凹槽(1b),在球面凹槽(1b)的中部设置有向下延伸的螺纹盲孔(1c);所述浮动块(2)是与球面凹槽(1b)匹配的半球形块,并正好置于球面凹槽(1b)内,半球形块顶面的中部设置有与螺纹盲孔(1c)位置对应的沉头腰形孔(2a),半球形块顶面的左右两侧分别向上延伸形成月牙形的工件支承面(2b);所述紧固沉头螺钉(3)的杆部穿过沉头腰形孔(2a)后伸入螺纹盲孔(1c)中,从而将等高垫(1)与浮动块(2)相连。
作为上述方案的优选,所述等高垫(1)的顶部宽度与安装座(1c)的宽度相等,等高垫(1)的腰部宽度小于等于顶部宽度的2/3。优化结构,减轻等高垫的重量,并使等高垫的安装座在加工腰部后自然形成。
进一步,所述安装座(1a)上设置有四个呈矩形布置的安装孔(1d)。优化安装孔的数量和布置,保证将等高垫稳固安装到立式钻床上。
本发明的有益效果:等高垫与浮动块通过沉头螺钉连接,由于浮动块上供紧固沉头螺钉通过的孔为沉头腰形孔,即可避免螺钉端头与工件干涉,又能使两者连接后浮动块能相对等高垫全方位摆动,在浮动块上放置工件后,浮动块顶面左右两侧凸出的工件支承面通过自身调整后与工件底面至少形成两个点接触,再结合压块将工件压紧,特别适合底面粗糙的工件支承定位使用,避免了工件在钻孔过程中发生摆动,从而影响钻孔精度。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例并结合附图,对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1、图2所示,一种工件弹性支承机构,主要由等高垫1、浮动块2和紧固沉头螺钉3三部分组成。
结合图1——图4所示,等高垫1的底部设置有安装座1a,安装座1a上设置有安装孔1d,用于与立式钻床的工作台相连。最好是,安装孔1d共四个,并呈矩形布置,但安装孔1d的数量不限于四个。等高垫1的顶部设置有球面凹槽1b,在球面凹槽1b的中部设置有向下延伸的螺纹盲孔1c。
浮动块2是与球面凹槽1b匹配的半球形块,并正好置于球面凹槽1b内,即半球形块的半径与球面凹槽1b的半径相等。半球形块顶面的中部设置有与螺纹盲孔1c位置对应的沉头腰形孔2a,所述沉头腰形孔2a的沉头部分和孔部分均为腰形孔。半球形块顶面的左右两侧分别向上延伸形成月牙形的工件支承面2b用于支承工件。紧固沉头螺钉3的杆部穿过沉头腰形孔2a后伸入螺纹盲孔1c中,而紧固沉头螺钉3的端头位于沉头腰形孔2a的沉头部分,从而将等高垫1与浮动块2相连。
最好是,等高垫1的顶部宽度与安装座1c的宽度相等,等高垫1的腰部宽度小于等于顶部宽度的2/3,减轻重量,便于加工制造。

1.一种工件弹性支承机构,其特征在于:包括等高垫(1)、浮动块(2)和紧固沉头螺钉(3),所述等高垫(1)的底部设置有安装座(1a),等高垫(1)的顶部设置有球面凹槽(1b),在球面凹槽(1b)的中部设置有向下延伸的螺纹盲孔(1c);所述浮动块(2)是与球面凹槽(1b)匹配的半球形块,并正好置于球面凹槽(1b)内,半球形块顶面的中部设置有与螺纹盲孔(1c)位置对应的沉头腰形孔(2a),半球形块顶面的左右两侧分别向上延伸形成月牙形的工件支承面(2b);所述紧固沉头螺钉(3)的杆部穿过沉头腰形孔(2a)后伸入螺纹盲孔(1c)中,从而将等高垫(1)与浮动块(2)相连。
2.按照权利要求1所述的工件弹性支承机构,其特征在于:所述等高垫(1)的顶部宽度与安装座(1c)的宽度相等,等高垫(1)的腰部宽度小于等于顶部宽度的2/3。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的工件弹性支承机构,其特征在于:所述安装座(1a)上设置有四个呈矩形布置的安装孔(1d)。
