本发明公开了一种钻铰孔机床,包括床身、X向进给传动单元、水平滑台、Y向进给传动单元、加工中心滑台、主传动模块、电机、加工中心主轴、龙筋专用夹具。所述X、Y向进给传动单元均安装在床身内,水平滑台安装在X向进给传动单元上,加工中心滑台安装在Y向进给传动单元上,加工中心主轴通过主传动模块连接到电机,龙筋专用夹具安装在加工中心主轴对应部位。本发明的钻铰孔机床,采用加工中心单元和龙筋专用夹具,大的加工件及关键尺寸在加工中心制造,使机床各部件的精度得到了充分的保证。解决了加工精度与加工成本等之间的矛盾、批量高精度与少量高精度生产计划的矛盾,用简单结构解决了复杂问题,实现了加工的高精度、高效率、低成本。

本发明属于机械加工设备技术领域,特别是一种钻铰孔机床。
背景技术
一些零件加工的某些工序,通用机床不能实现,或者不能很好地满足要求,如某特殊形状的零件,通机不能加工,有些勉强可以被加工,但某项精度要求很高,达不到要求。有些虽能被加工,精度也能保证,但辅助时间太长,或者经济效果不好,或者操作者工作量很大等,必须设计专用机床。
龙筋类零件是纺机的主要结构支撑件,其上有一些特殊的需要精确定位的孔,利用传统的镗铣等加工方法,能保证孔精度和两孔位置精度, 但是加工中心成本较高,无专用夹具,每次装夹时间过长,零件批量大,影响加工中心的其他工艺布置,工时长,人工成本较高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种钻铰孔机床,该机床专门适用于加工龙筋的销孔,解决了加工精度与加工成本等之间的矛盾。
一种钻铰孔机床,包括床身、X向进给传动单元、水平滑台、Y向进给传动单元、加工中心滑台、主传动模块、电机、加工中心主轴、龙筋专用夹具。所述X、Y向进给传动单元均安装在床身内,水平滑台安装在X向进给传动单元上,加工中心滑台安装在Y向进给传动单元上,加工中心主轴通过主传动模块连接到电机,龙筋专用夹具安装在加工中心主轴对应部位。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述X向进给传动单元包括伺服电机和滚珠丝杠。
作为上述技术方案的另一种改进,所述主传动模块采用同步带轮传动。
作为上述技术方案的另一种改进,所述龙筋专用夹具包括夹具底座、T型槽、与T型槽相匹配的T型块和夹具拉杆,T型槽设置在夹具底座上。
所述钻铰孔机床还包括侧立柱,所述龙筋专用夹具安装在侧立柱上。
本发明的钻铰孔机床,采用加工中心单元和龙筋专用夹具,大的加工件及关键尺寸在加工中心制造,使机床各部件的精度得到了充分的保证。解决了加工精度与加工成本等之间的矛盾,解决了批量高精度与少量高精度生产计划的矛盾,用简单结构解决了复杂问题,实现了加工的高精度、高效率、低成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明提出的一种钻铰孔机床进行详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明公开的钻铰孔机床包括床身1、X向进给传动单元、水平滑台2、Y向进给传动单元、加工中心滑台3、主传动模块4、电机5、加工中心主轴6、龙筋专用夹具7和侧立柱8。所述X、Y向进给传动单元均安装在床身1内,水平滑台2安装在X向进给传动单元上,加工中心滑台3安装在Y向进给传动单元上,加工中心主轴6通过主传动模块4连接到电机5,龙筋专用夹具7安装在侧立柱8上,龙筋专用夹具7位于加工中心主轴6对应部位。所述X向进给传动单元包括伺服电机和滚珠丝杠。所述主传动模块4采用同步带轮传动。如图2所示,所述龙筋专用夹具7包括夹具底座71、T型槽72、与T型槽72相匹配的T型块73和夹具拉杆74,T型槽72设置在夹具底座71上。
加工过程:将被加工的龙筋装夹在龙筋专用夹具7上,调用该型号龙筋的加工程序,启动自动加工模式,X向伺服电机启动,将主动力头传动至程序设定坐标位置,X向伺服电机停,加工中心主轴单元启动,Y向伺服电机启动,工进至设定坐标,加工中心主轴单元停,工退至设定坐标,Y 向伺服电机停。 X向伺服电机启动,将主动力头传动至程序第二孔设定坐标位置,X 向伺服电机停,加工中心主轴单元启动,Y 向伺服电机启动,工进至设定坐标,加工中心主轴单元停,工退至设定坐标,Y向伺服电机停, X 向电机反转启动,将主动力头传动至程序原点位置,一个加工循环结束。卸工件,装夹下一工件。

1.一种钻铰孔机床,包括床身(1)、X向进给传动单元、水平滑台(2)、Y向进给传动单元、加工中心滑台(3)、主传动模块(4)、电机(5)、加工中心主轴(6)、龙筋专用夹具(7),其特征在于:所述X、Y向进给传动单元均安装在床身(1)内,水平滑台(2)安装在X向进给传动单元上,加工中心滑台(3)安装在Y向进给传动单元上,加工中心主轴(6)通过主传动模块(4)连接到电机(5),龙筋专用夹具(7)安装在加工中心主轴(6)对应部位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钻铰孔机床,其特征在于:所述X向进给传动单元包括伺服电机和滚珠丝杠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钻铰孔机床,其特征在于:所述主传动模块(4)采用同步带轮传动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的钻铰孔机床,其特征在于:所述龙筋专用夹具(7)包括夹具底座(71)、T型槽(72)、与T型槽(72)相匹配的T型块(73)和夹具拉杆(74),T型槽(72)设置在夹具底座(71)上。
