本发明涉及一种内燃机合金铸铁气缸套,化学成分为:3.0~3.4%硅2.0~2.6%、锰0.8~1.3%,磷0.15~0.5%,硫低于0.1%,硼0.02~0.08,钨0.01~0.06%,余为铁。由于钨的加入,大幅度提高了气缸套的耐磨性,经国家级产品质量监检中心测试,其相对耐磨性比硼铸铁提高60%以上。

本发明涉及一种内燃机合金铸铁气缸套。
已知的合金铸铁气缸套,如专利申请号为86107845的合金铸铁气缸套,含碳3.1~3.8%,硅2.1~2.6%,锰0.7~1.3%,磷0.15~0.50%,硫低于0.1%,硼0.02~0.08%,铝0.3~1.0%,余为铁。这种合金铸铁气缸套,经离子热处理后,其耐磨性、减磨性比高磷铸铁气缸套好,但其不足之处要经离子热处理,增加成本和生产周期,其次是形成硬化相的合金元素只有硼,而硼的含量不能过高,否则易形成呈枝晶分布的复合物。
本发明的目的在于提供一种成本低,耐磨性比硼铸铁气缸套更好的合金铸铁气缸套。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:气缸套用合金铸铁制造,合金铸铁含有铁、碳、硅、锰、磷、硫、硼、钨等元素,含量(重量百分比)为:碳3.0~3.4,硅2.0~2.6,锰0.8~1.3%,磷0.15~0.5%,硫低于0.1%,硼0.02~0.08%,钨0.01~0.06%,余为铁。
本发明-合金铸铁气缸套,铸铁含钨、硼量(重量百分比)可以为:含钨0.02~0.04%,含硼0.03~0.06%。
本发明-合金铸铁气缸套-钨硼铸铁气缸套的优点在于耐磨性好,不需热处理,经国家拖拉机产品质量监督检测中心快速考核磨损试验,结果为:钨硼铸铁气缸套径向磨损值为0.056~0.064毫米,而硼铸铁为0.0926~0.1192毫米,相对耐磨性提高了60%以上。因为钨元素的加入,在铸铁的金相组织中,增加了新的硬质相-钨化物及含钨复合物,其显微硬度很高,达到HV1160~1300,钨还能改善硬质相的分布,钨能够稳定和细化珠光体,提高了基体质量,钨还能使组织中不易形成过冷石墨,钨在铸铁中最突出的特点是热稳定性好,这对于长期处在高温、高压状态下工作的气缸套来说,更显得可贵。因此,钨硼铸铁气缸套耐磨性好。中国钨的资源丰富,比用铬、钼、铜作合金铸铁成本低。
按本发明,合金铸铁的熔炼可以在电炉、冲天炉或冲天炉-电炉双联熔炼,合金元素钨用钨铁的形式与金属炉料一起加入炉中,合金元素硼可以用硼铁或硼矿石的形式,炉后或炉前加入均可。
实施例:钨硼合金铸铁化学成分为:碳3.2%,硅2.2%,锰1.1%,磷0.3%,硫低于0.1%,硼0.04%,钨0.04%,余为铁。

1、一种内燃机气缸套,是用合金铸铁制造的,合金铸铁含有铁、碳硅、锰、磷、硫、硼等元素,含量(重量百分比)为碳3.1~3.4,硅2.0~2.6%,锰0.8~1.3%,磷0.15~0.5%,硫低于0.10%,硼0.02~0.08%,余为铁,本发明的特征在于还含有钨,含量为0.01~0.06%。
2、根据权利要求1的合金铸铁气缸套,其特征在于含钨量为0.02~0.04%。
3、根据权利要求1或2的合金铸铁气缸套,其特征在于含硼量为0.03~0.06%。
