Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗奶牛胎衣不下病的药物组合物,其组合物的组分及其重量份数比分别为:黄芪10‑30份;益母草5‑30份;香附子5‑20份;川芎4‑30份;当归10‑40份;天花粉3‑10份;陈皮5‑10份;丹参5‑30份;桃仁2‑20份;亚硒酸钠0.05‑1份;维生素E.05‑0.5份。本发明具有补气养血、化瘀止痛、改善子宫微循环、增强免疫力、保养卵巢等功效,无毒副作用,无药物残留,易吸收,使用方便,成本低,符合安全兽药的要求,是一种较为理想的治疗奶牛胎衣不下的药物组合物。且无致畸、致突变等毒副作用,使用安全无残留。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于兽药领域,尤其是一种治疗奶牛胎衣不下病的药物组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
奶牛胎衣不下又名胎衣滞留,是奶牛产后的一种常见病。一般母牛产后经过8-12h胎衣尚未全部排出即可定为胎衣不下。本病不但可引起奶牛产奶量下降,还可继发子宫内摸炎等产科疾病,从而导致不孕,迫使奶牛提前淘汰,给奶牛业带来巨大的经济损失。临床上将胎衣不下分为全部不下和部分不下两种。该病除因牛胎盘结构特点外,还与子宫收缩程度、缺乏运动、缺乏钙、硒,维生素A和维生素C、年龄、季节、胎次、早产、流产、难产、遗传因素、饲养管理失宜、激素紊乱等因素有关。其中流产、早产和难产等异常分娩以及布氏杆菌感染的牛群胎衣不下的发生率可高达31%~61%。由于胎衣不能及时排出,滞留在子宫内常引起子宫内膜炎,患牛不仅不能正常配种受孕,还影响产奶量,影响母牛繁殖功能。严重病例可因感染而死亡。
给奶牛业造成巨大经济损失。据文献报道:胎衣不下患牛中有80%以上,会继发子宫内膜炎,除此还会继发乳房炎及产后代谢病等。使奶牛产奶量下降淘汰率增加。为了有效控制本病的发生,及时诊断,及时治疗,并做好预防工作。目前,对牛胎衣不下的治疗还采用手术剥离的办法,以及使用催产素,引起子宫收缩,用于排出胎衣。这些法虽然简单易行,但在实践中不断被发现有很多缺点:一是容易撕裂绒毛叶,造成子宫损伤或出血,危及母牛生命;二是造成人为污染,病原微生物趁机感染子宫,引起继发疾病;三是剥离不全,易残留胎衣碎片。从中医理论来说,动物气血运行不畅,胞宫活动力减弱,即可导致胎衣排出不畅,因此采用中医理论,采用中药治疗奶牛胎衣不下是值得探索的方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗奶牛胎衣不下病的药物组合物,该组合物切合牛场养殖实际应用,且工艺简单,对奶牛胎衣不下效果显著。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种治疗奶牛胎衣不下病的药物组合物的制备方法。
本发明主要通过以下技术方案实现的:

(1)按重量配比分别称取黄芪、益母草、香附子、川芎、当归、天花粉、陈皮、丹参、桃仁分别加入粉碎机机内进行粉碎,得到混合物A,备用;
(2)向步骤(1)所得的混合物A中加入5-10倍量的蒸馏水,浸泡1-2h后超声提取10-45min后煎煮2h,反复煎煮2次,合并煎煮液,浓缩,得到膏状物B,备用;
(3)按重量配比分别称取亚硒酸钠粉和维生素E,取步骤(2)所得膏状物B,加入1-2倍重量的蜂蜜作为粘合剂,充分混匀,制成水分小于15%,手拈有粘性,分开无白丝的可塑性丸条,经三滚筒式轧丸机进行加工,得丸块,即得到治疗奶牛胎衣不下病的药物组合物成品。
本发明的优点及有益效果是:
1、本发明含有黄芪、益母草、香附子、川芎、当归、天花粉、陈皮、丹参、桃仁等9味中药,经超微粉碎机粉碎,有利于中药药效的提高。通过中药方剂的配伍,能够极大提高该组合物的疗效,改善机体抗病力。
2、本发明在组方上具有补气养血、温经散寒、温下泄浊、活血化瘀之功效。尤其主药益母草,是产科圣药,活血祛瘀,温经通络,显著兴奋子宫,促进子宫平滑肌收缩。母牛产后气血双虚、气虚血滞,则以当归、川芎补血行血和血,以桃仁活血化瘀,收缩子宫,排出胎衣和恶露,促进子宫复原。
具体实施方式
本发明通过以下实施例进一步详述。需要说明的是:下述实施例是说明性的,不是限定性的,不能以下述实施例来限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种治疗奶牛胎衣不下病的药物组合物,其组合物的组分及其重量分别为:黄芪5kg、益母草3kg、香附子2.5kg、川芎2.5kg、当归3kg、天花粉0.6kg、陈皮1kg、丹参1.5kg、桃仁0.8kg、亚硒酸钠粉0.2kg、维生素E0.1kg。
一种治疗奶牛胎衣不下病的药物组合物的制备方法。其步骤为:
(1)按重量配比分别称取黄芪、益母草、香附子、川芎、当归、天花粉、陈皮、丹参、桃仁分别加入粉碎机机内进行粉碎,得到混合物A,备用;
(2)向步骤(1)所得的混合物A中加入8倍量的蒸馏水,浸泡2h后超声提取45min后煎煮2h,反复煎煮2次,合并煎煮液,浓缩,得到膏状物B,备用;
(3)按重量配比分别称取亚硒酸钠粉和维生素E,取步骤(2)所得膏状物B,加入2倍重量的蜂蜜作为粘合剂,充分混匀,制成水分小于15%,手拈有粘性,分开无白丝的可塑性丸条,经三滚筒式轧丸机进行加工,得丸块,即得到具有治疗奶牛胎衣不下的丸剂药物成品。
实施例2
一种治疗奶牛胎衣不下病的药物组合物,其组合物的组分及其重量分别为:黄芪3kg、益母草5kg、香附子4kg、川芎2kg、当归2kg、天花粉0.3kg、陈皮3kg、丹参2kg、桃仁0.5kg、亚硒酸钠粉0.1kg、维生素E0.2kg。
其制备方法的步骤同实施例1。
实施例3
一种治疗奶牛胎衣不下病的药物组合物,其组合物的组分及其重量分别为:黄芪5kg、益母草5kg、香附子2.5kg、川芎5kg、当归6kg、天花粉2kg、陈皮2kg、丹参5kg、桃仁2.5kg、亚硒酸钠粉0.125kg、维生素E0.025kg。
其制备方法的步骤同实施例1。
本发明的用法用量为:开水冲调,候温加黄酒250g,一次灌服(空腹)。
药效试验
1、试验动物
以天津津南区某养牛场半年来发生奶牛胎衣不下的9例病牛为研究对象,试验前对病牛进行了临床检查,确定被确诊为奶牛胎衣不下病。
2、试验分组
按照发病顺序,分别将9例病牛分为3组,每组3头。本发明低剂量组按一次灌服300g药剂,连用2日;本发明中剂量组按一次灌服400g药剂,连用2日;本发明高剂量组按一次灌服500g药剂,连用2日。观察各组病情治疗情况,并进行记录。
3、试验结果
通过对各试验小组进行观察后,结果如下:
低剂量组:通过对流产后胎衣不下的奶牛进行低剂量药物治疗后,48小时后3头奶牛都无法将胎衣排出,暴露在体外的胎衣开始发生腐败,病牛也开始出现发热等全身症状。
中剂量组:通过对流产后胎衣不下的奶牛进行中剂量药物治疗后,48小时后仅1头奶牛将胎衣排出,剩余2头病牛无法自行排出。且呈现出发热等全身症状。通过对排出胎衣的病牛进行临床检查。发现胎衣排出不彻底。
高剂量组:通过对流产后胎衣不下的奶牛进行高剂量药物治疗后,48小时后3头奶牛胎衣全部排出。通过对排出胎衣的病牛进行临床检查。发现有一头病牛胎衣排出不彻底。
4、结论与分析
本试验发现本发明高剂量疗效最好,可以达到临床治疗奶牛胎衣不下病的效果。通过对本发明低中高剂量的疗效比较可见,低剂量中药组疗效无法完全治疗奶牛胎衣不下病,在治愈率上较中剂量和高剂量差。同时,本发明安全可靠,考虑到经济效益,建议临床使用中剂量的本发明。
