Abstract

一种复合功能性鞋垫，所述鞋垫分为A区和B区，A区分为脚掌A1区及后跟部A2区，A区为闭孔聚氨酯发泡材料，其余部位为B区，B区为微孔聚氨酯发泡材料。制备步骤为（1）按A区要求将闭孔聚氨酯发泡材料注射成型，按B区要求将微孔聚氨酯发泡材料注射成型；（2）将注射成型后的A区和B区部件进行处理、涂胶、烘干、粘合工序进行组合；（3）将组合后的鞋垫置于模具内压合成型。本发明提供的复合功能性鞋垫根据脚的生理部位不同选择不同的发泡材料进行功能性保护，符合人行走、运动需求，既能良好的起到排汗、承重减压的作用，又具有结构简单，成本较低，制备方法简单易行的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及鞋垫领域，具体涉及一种复合功能性鞋垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯发泡材料作为通用的鞋垫的材料，一般可分为微孔发泡和闭孔发泡两种，微孔发泡具有透气性好的特点，但回弹性较差，而闭孔发泡材料具有回弹性好，但透气性能较差，而通常人在行走、运动、剧烈活动时由于脚部的各部位的作用不同，因此导致脚部各部位对各种功能及要求也不尽相同，现有鞋垫很少涉及。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为解决现有技术的不足而提供一种复合功能性鞋垫及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种复合功能性鞋垫，所述鞋垫分为A区和B区，A区分为脚掌A1区及后跟部A2区，A区为闭孔聚氨酯发泡材料，其余部位为B区，B区为微孔聚氨酯发泡材料。
所述鞋垫A区宽度为鞋垫相应位置宽度的55%-65%。
所述复合功能性鞋垫的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）按A区要求将闭孔聚氨酯发泡材料注射成型，按B区要求将微孔聚氨酯发泡材料注射成型；
（2）将注射成型后的A区和B区部件进行处理、涂胶、烘干、粘合工序进行组合；
（3）将组合后的鞋垫置于模具内压合成型。
所述步骤（2）中处理包括毛边处理、刷处理剂。
本发明提供的复合功能性鞋垫根据脚的生理部位不同选择不同的发泡材料进行功能性保护，符合人行走、运动需求，既能良好的起到排汗、承重减压的作用，又具有结构简单，成本较低，制备方法简单易行的优点。

具体实施方式
脚的生理部位特征分别承担的功能是：
1、承重： 足跟、前掌
2、排汗：趾根部、足趾
3、缓冲：足弓
本发明根据上述特点设计制备了一种复合功能性鞋垫，如图1所示，一种复合功能性鞋垫，鞋垫分为A区和B区，A区分为脚掌A1区及后跟部A2区，A区为承重部位，选择闭孔聚氨酯发泡材料，回弹性能好，其余部位为B区，选择透气性能好的微孔聚氨酯发泡材料。A区宽度为鞋垫相应位置宽度的55%-65%。
制备上述复合功能性鞋垫的方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）按A区要求尺寸将闭孔聚氨酯发泡材料注射成型，按B区要求尺寸将微孔聚氨酯发泡材料注射成型；
（2）将注射成型后的A区和B区部件进行处理、涂胶、烘干、粘合工序进行组合；处理包括毛边处理，刷处理剂等步骤；
（3）将组合后的鞋垫置于模具内压合成型。

1.一种复合功能性鞋垫，其特征在于，所述鞋垫分为A区和B区，A区分为脚掌A1区及后跟部A2区，A区为闭孔聚氨酯发泡材料，其余部位为B区，B区为微孔聚氨酯发泡材料；所述鞋垫A区宽度为鞋垫相应位置宽度的55%-65%。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合功能性鞋垫的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
（1）按A区要求将闭孔聚氨酯发泡材料注射成型，按B区要求将微孔聚氨酯发泡材料注射成型；
（2）将注射成型后的A区和B区部件进行处理、涂胶、烘干、粘合工序进行组合；
（3）将组合后的鞋垫置于模具内压合成型。
3.如权利要求2所述的复合功能性鞋垫的制备方法，其特征在于所述步骤（2）中处理包括毛边处理、处理剂处理。
