技术领域

背景技术
近来,已经进一步需要用于应对较高的燃料成本和CO2的环保法规的燃料比的改善,因此已经对例如电动车辆和混合动力车辆的环保车辆作出持续的研究和开发,在减少有害气体排放量的同时改善所述环保车辆的燃料比。
然而,在电动车辆的情况下,由于对于驾驶电动车辆非常关键的电池和电动机的价格非常高,因此与使用化石燃料的普通车辆相比,电动车辆的价格也变得较高,并因此环保车辆已经没有得到普遍地应用。
在如上所述的当前形势下,用于改善车辆的燃料比的其中一个最实用的方法是提高内燃发动机的效率,或者提高动力系系统的动力传输效率。
同时,具有驾驶系统的最佳效率的变速器为手动变速器,并且进一步地,基于手动变速器的双离合器变速器(DCT)的动力传输效率比自动变速器或连续可变变速器(CVT)的动力传输效率更好。
因此,普通的内燃发动机的燃料比可以通过经由将电动机结合至具有极好效率的DCT而将变速器配置在混合动力类型中而得以改善。
同时,根据相关技术,图1为显示“用于混合动力车辆的双离合器变速器”的立体图,其公开在韩国公开No.10-2007-0021558中。
根据现有技术,电动机3仅连接到两个输入轴1,2的其中之一,其中在如上配置的变速器的条件下,相对于车辆的特定的速度,电动机的旋转数量被确定为一,因此,变速器不能避免在低效部段处操作。

本发明的各个方面提供了混合动力系,其可以包括:第一离合器和第二离合器、第一输入轴和第二输入轴、第一电动机发动机以及第二电动机发动机,其中,所述第一离合器和所述第二离合器配置成选择性地连接或切断从发动机传输的旋转动力;所述第一输入轴和所述第二输入轴连接到所述第一离合器和所述第二离合器以被旋转;所述第一电动机发动机连接到所述第一输入轴并且向所述第一输入轴提供旋转动力;所述第二电动机发动机连接到所述第二输入轴并且向所述第二输入轴提供旋转动力。

根据本发明的设置有双离合器变速器的动力系主要包括第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2、第一输入轴11和第二输入轴21,以及第一电动机发电机13和第二电动机发电机23。
参照图2,设置有双离合器变速器的动力系包括:用于选择性地连接或切断从发动机1传输的旋转动力的第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2;连接到第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2以被旋转的第一输入轴11和第二输入轴21;以及连接到第一输入轴11并且向其提供旋转动力的第一电动机发电机13和连接到第二输入轴21并且向其提供旋转动力的第二电动机发电机23。
也即,第一电动机发电机13连接到第一输入轴11,并且第二电动机发电机23连接到第二输入轴21,并且第一输入轴11和第二输入轴21分别通过第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2选择性地连接或切断以传输来自发动机1的旋转动力,其中车辆能够通过双离合器、发动机1和电动机的驱动控制在各个模式下行驶。
此处,在本发明中,第一输入轴11和第二输入轴21可以同心地设置。
另外,输出轴31可以设置成与第一输入轴11和第二输入轴21平行。此外,设置转换齿轮设备,使得具有不同转换比的多个齿轮对与第一输入轴11、第二输入轴21和输出轴31啮合。在车辆行驶时,伴随通过经由转换机构33选择对应于行驶速度的齿轮对而转换旋转动力,转换齿轮设备将从第一输入轴11或第二输入轴21传输的旋转动力传递至输出轴31。
此处,转换机构33可以为同步啮合类型的同步设备,并且该同步设备的构造是公知的,因此省略了其详细说明。
同时,转换齿轮设备可以包括第一转换齿轮组15、第二转换齿轮组25以及转换机构33,其中,在其处齿轮对持续啮合的第一转换齿轮组15布置在第一输入轴11和输出轴31上;在其处齿轮对持续啮合的第二转换齿轮组25布置在第二输入轴21和输出轴31上;通过选择第一转换齿轮组15的齿轮对或者第二转换齿轮组25的齿轮对,转换机构33将从第一输入轴11或第二输入轴21传输的旋转动力传递至输出轴31。
也即,在本发明的转换齿轮设备中,一个转换齿轮组布置在第一输入轴11和输出轴31上,并且另一个转换齿轮组布置在第二输入轴21和输出轴31上,从而以最大水准简化用于实现手动转换机构的转换齿轮设备的齿轮构造,并且进一步地随着应用具有双离合器结构的变速器而改进转换传递效率和燃料比。
此处,在组成第一转换齿轮组15和第二转换齿轮组25的齿轮对之中,布置到输出轴31的齿轮相对于输出轴31相对地旋转,其中转换机构33布置在第一转换齿轮组15和第二转换齿轮组25之间的输出轴31上,并因此,转换机构33移动至第一转换齿轮组15或第二转换齿轮组25,以便与布置在输出轴31上的齿轮同步。
此外,最终减速齿轮35同心地布置在输出轴31上,并且差动设备40可以设置在最终减速齿轮35上,以与其持续地啮合。
也即,传输至输出轴31的旋转动力通过最终减速齿轮35被传递至差动设备40,从而驱动车辆。
同时,第一电动机发电机13和第二电动机发电机23连接到电池50以接收对旋转必要的电力,或者配置成产生电。
也即,发动机1和电动机以及双离合器由电子控制单元(ECU)和电信控制单元(TCU)驱动控制,并因此,其它电动机发电机能够在EV模式下利用电动机发电机行驶的同时使用来自发动机1的动力来产生电。
将描述根据本发明的混合动力系的用于在各个驱动模式下传递动力的控制和动力传递路径。
图3为显示根据本发明各个实施方案的动力传递路径的立体图。
参照图3,在将第一离合器C1和第二离合器C2都释放的同时,第一电动机发电机13通过电池50旋转。在此时,转换机构33选择第一转换齿轮组15并扣紧至第一转换齿轮组15,因此第一电动机发电机13的旋转动力通过第一输入轴11和第一转换齿轮组15传递至输出轴31,从而在车辆仅使用电力行驶的EV模式下驱动车辆。
此外,电池50能够在EV模式下行驶的同时通过连接第二离合器C2经由第二电动机发电机23而充电,并且进一步地,发动机1能够在其计划从EV模式变为HEV模式时通过连接第二离合器C2伴随驱动第二电动机发电机23而使用第二电动机发电机23的旋转动力起动。
图4为显示根据本发明各个实施方案的在HEV模式下的动力传递路径的立体图。
参照图4,来自发动机1的动力通过连接第一离合器C1被传递至第一输入轴11,并且第一电动机发电机13被驱动以旋转来将电动机发电机13的旋转动力一起传递至第一输入轴11。在此时,转换机构33选择第一转换齿轮组15并扣紧至第一转换齿轮组15,因此发动机1和第一电动机发电机13的旋转动力通过第一输入轴11和第一转换齿轮组15传递至输出轴31,从而在车辆使用发动机动力和电力的组合行驶的HEV模式下驱动车辆。
图5为显示根据本发明各个实施方案的在发动机1驱动模式下的动力传递路径的立体图。
参照图5,来自发动机1的动力通过连接第二离合器C2被传递至第二输入轴21。在此时,转换机构33选择第二转换齿轮组25并扣紧至第二转换齿轮组25,因此发动机1的旋转动力通过第二输入轴21和第二转换齿轮组25传递至输出轴31,从而在车辆使用发动机动力行驶的发动机1驱动模式下驱动车辆。
图6为显示根据本发明各个实施方案的在串级驱动模式下的动力传递路径的立体图。
参照图6,来自发动机1的动力通过连接第二离合器C2被传递至第二输入轴21,并且第一电动机发动机13通过电池50被驱动以将旋转动力传递至第一输入轴11。在此时,转换机构33选择第一转换齿轮组15并扣紧至第一转换齿轮组15,其中发动机1的旋转动力被传递至第二电动机发电机23以给电池50充电。因此,在使用来自发动机1的动力给电池50充电的同时,车辆能够在串级驱动模式下行驶,在所述串级驱动模式中车辆使用电力行驶。
此处,提供在图3至图6中显示的动力传递路径仅用于帮助理解本发明,并因此,通过双离合器、发动机1和电动机发电机的驱动控制能够改变动力传递路径。
根据本发明,通过配置其中将电动机发电机安装至双离合器的手动转换机构的各自的输入轴的混合动力结构,并且控制以驱动双离合器、发动机和电动机发电机,车辆能够行驶在各个驱动模式下。此外,转换齿轮设备的齿轮构造被简化以改进转换效率和燃料比。

Claims (6)

1.一种设置有双离合器变速器的混合动力系,包括:
第一离合器和第二离合器,所述第一离合器和所述第二离合器配置成选择性地连接或切断从发动机传输的旋转动力;
第一输入轴和第二输入轴,所述第一输入轴和所述第二输入轴连接到所述第一离合器和所述第二离合器以被旋转;
第一电动机发动机,所述第一电动机发动机连接到所述第一输入轴并且向所述第一输入轴提供旋转动力;以及
第二电动机发动机,所述第二电动机发动机连接到所述第二输入轴并且向所述第二输入轴提供旋转动力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设置有双离合器变速器的混合动力系,其中所述第一输入轴和所述第二输入轴是同心的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设置有双离合器变速器的混合动力系,进一步包括:
输出轴,所述输出轴设置成与所述第一输入轴和所述第二输入轴平行;以及
转换齿轮设备,在所述转换齿轮设备中提供具有不同转换比的多个齿轮对以在所述第一输入轴、所述第二输入轴和所述输出轴上啮合,并且当车辆行驶并随着转换旋转动力而将从所述第一输入轴或所述第二输入轴传输的旋转动力传递至所述输出轴时,所述转换齿轮设备通过转换机构选择对应于行驶速度的齿轮对。
4.根据权利要求3所述的设置有双离合器变速器的混合动力系,其中所述转换齿轮设备包括:
第一转换齿轮组,在第一转换齿轮组处设置齿轮对以与其在所述第一输入轴和所述输出轴上持续啮合;
第二转换齿轮组,在第二转换齿轮组处设置齿轮对以与其在所述第二输入轴和所述输出轴上持续啮合;
转换机构,所述转换机构用于选择所述第一转换齿轮组的齿轮对或者第二转换齿轮组的齿轮对,并且将从所述第一输入轴或所述第二输入轴传输的旋转动力传递至所述输出轴。
5.根据权利要求3所述的设置有双离合器变速器的混合动力系,其中最终减速齿轮同心地设置在所述输出轴上,并且在所述最终减速齿轮上设置差动设备以与其持续啮合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设置有双离合器变速器的混合动力系,其中所述第一电动机发电机和所述第二电动机发电机连接到电池以接收电力,或者配置成产生电。
