Abstract

本发明涉及逆向弹簧及采用该逆向弹簧的助力装置,逆向弹簧的特征在于:其形状为圈型,具有一个U形弹性体(1),两个端部,三个柔性处a,被完全压缩后呈自平衡状态。采用该逆向弹簧与普通弹簧(2)连接所构成的助力装置。该逆向弹簧与普通弹簧(2)特性相反。

技术领域
本发明涉及弹簧及弹簧助力技术领域。
背景技术
公知的弹簧在受力变形时有如下特性:随着弹簧被拉伸或被压缩其反弹力也越来越大,且弹力的方向与拉伸或被压缩的方向相反。弹簧的这一特性被广泛应用,但在有些场合,则需要与之相反的特性,比如需要助力的场合,所需特性则正好与之相反,目前还没有这样的弹簧出现。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题本发明公开了逆向弹簧,它与现有的弹簧相比,具有相反的特性,可用于需要助力的场合。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:逆向弹簧,形状为圈型,具有两个端部,三个柔性处,被完全压缩后呈自平衡状态。所述柔性处是相对弹簧的其他部位较为柔软的部位,所述自平衡状态是弹簧在被完全压缩后对外既无张力也无收缩力的状态。
本发明的第二个目的是提供一种助力装置,将上述逆向弹簧的一端固定,另一端与普通弹簧的一端连接,普通弹簧的另一端压在被压紧件上,逆向弹簧与普通弹簧的连接点为操控点。移动该操控点,逆向弹簧的自平衡状态被打破并向外释放伸张力,此时,被压紧件获得的压力等于移动力与逆向弹簧伸张力的合力,逆向弹簧的伸张力即为助力。
与现有技术相比,本发明由于采用独特的构造,其特性与传统弹簧的特性相反,具有传统弹簧所不具有的功能,突破了传统。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,为处于自然状态下的逆向弹簧,它的形状近似椭圆,其上端部及两边的腰部具有柔性处a,下部为U型弹性体1,最上端和最下端为逆向弹簧的两个端部。
如图2所示,呈自平衡状态,此时U型弹性体1的一对收紧力被相互抵消,对外无弹力。
如图3所示,逆向弹簧的上端固定,下端与普通弹簧2的上端连接,普通弹簧2的下端压在被压紧件3上,逆向弹簧与普通弹簧2的连接点为操控点。向下移动该操控点,逆向弹簧的自平衡状态被打破,U型弹性体1的一对收紧力通过上下两个端部向外释放伸张力,此时,被压紧件3获得的压力等于移动力与逆向弹簧伸张力的合力,逆向弹簧的伸张力即为助力。

1.逆向弹簧,其特征在于:其形状为圈型,具有一个U形弹性体(1),两个端部,三个柔性处a,被完全压缩后呈自平衡状态。
2.逆向弹簧助力装置,其特征在于:将上述逆向弹簧的一端固定,另一端与普通弹簧(2)的一端连接,普通弹簧(2)的另一端压在被压紧件(3)上,逆向弹簧与普通弹簧(2)的连接点为操控点。
