本发明提供一种钻井液砂泵，包括底座、泵壳、泵座，所述底座上两端固设有固定板，所述泵壳固设在左侧的所述固定板上，所述泵座固设在两个所述固定板之间，所述泵座通过两侧的轴承和带油封的轴承压板在其内设置有泵轴，所述泵轴的右端设置有安装键，所述泵轴的左端经过填料箱与所述泵壳内的叶轮相连接，所述泵轴位于所述填料箱的位置上设置有轴套，所述泵座在左侧的所述轴承压板外设置有挡泥板。本发明的有益效果是：结构简单、使用方便、维修保养费用较低。

技术领域
本发明涉及石油钻井液砂泵领域，尤其是涉及一种钻井液砂泵。
背景技术
离心式砂泵主要是用来给油田钻机的循环固控系统配套，其作用是给除砂器、除泥器、混料器等提供具有一定排量和压力的钻井液，以保证这些设备高效工作。在现有的技术中，砂泵的工作环境极为恶劣，长期泵送大量含砂液体，因此要求轴端的密封非常可靠，很难用一般泵的密封方法解决。同时，由于介质不但有研磨性，而且有腐蚀性，所以泵内也常遭到破坏，由于密封失效率高，导致传送轴磨损，存在泵轴的使用寿命短等技术问题，以前采用的手段为更换整跟泵轴，费用较高且造成不必要的浪费。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明提供一种结构简单、使用方便、维修保养费用较低的一种钻井液砂泵。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供了一种钻井液砂泵，包括底座、泵壳、泵座，所述底座上两端固设有固定板，所述泵壳固设在左侧的所述固定板上，所述泵座固设在两个所述固定板之间，所述泵座通过两侧的轴承和带油封的轴承压板在其内设置有泵轴，所述泵轴的右端设置有安装键，所述泵轴的左端经过填料箱与所述泵壳内的叶轮相连接，所述泵轴位于所述填料箱的位置上设置有轴套，所述泵座在左侧的所述轴承压板外设置有挡泥板。
更进一步，所述泵壳为圆壳泵机构。
更进一步，所述叶轮的叶面为开式大宽度柱面。
更进一步，所述泵轴采用平衡压力型机械密封。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：结构简单、使用方便、维修保养费用较低。

如图1、图2所示，本发明包括底座1、泵壳2、泵座3，所述底座1上两端固设有固定板4，所述泵壳2固设在左侧的所述固定板4上，所述泵座3固设在两个所述固定板4之间，所述泵座3通过两侧的轴承和带油封的轴承压板5在其内设置有泵轴6，所述泵轴6的右端设置有安装键7，所述泵轴6的左端经过填料箱8与所述泵壳2内的叶轮相连接，所述泵轴6位于所述填料箱8的位置上设置有轴套9，所述泵座3在左侧的所述轴承压板5外设置有挡泥板10。
所述泵壳2为圆壳泵机构。
所述叶轮的叶面为开式大宽度柱面。
所述泵轴6采用平衡压力型机械密封。
