本发明公开了一种电缆用夜光涂装材料,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂40~60份,膨润土1~3份,二甲苯10~12份,乙酸丁酯2~4份,硫化钡20~28份,硫化镁15~24份,磷酸锂0.5~1份,硝酸铜2~4份,助剂0.5~2份。发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,亮度温和,发红色光芒夜晚穿透警示性强,其次持续能力强,耐高温,可与乳胶混合直接涂刷,对电缆无腐蚀性,使用起来方便快捷,使用范围广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及发光涂装材料技术领域,属于一种电缆用夜光涂装材料。
背景技术
荧光粉在受到自然光、日光灯光、紫外光等照射后,可以把光能储存起来,在停止光照后再缓慢的以荧光的方式释放出来,所以在夜间或者黑暗处任可以发光。
电缆安装方式有高架和埋地二种方式,高架比埋地里要便宜,从安全上考虑埋地相对安全;有一些电缆是埋地的,有一些高架在空中;高架在空中的电缆在夜间是很不容易看见的,现代人夜晚放孔明灯啊或者车辆超高等现象比较多,在漆黑的夜晚人们不知道上空有无电缆,时常出现孔明灯挂到电缆上或者超高车辆挂断电缆,存在很大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种电缆用夜光涂装材料,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂50份,膨润土2份,二甲苯11份,乙酸丁酯3份,硫化钡25份,硫化镁20份,磷酸锂0.8份,硝酸铜3份,助剂1份组成,亮度温和,发红色光芒夜晚穿透警示性强,其次持续能力强,耐高温,可与乳胶混合直接涂刷,对电缆无腐蚀性,使用起来方便快捷,使用范围广阔。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电缆用夜光涂装材料,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂40~60份,膨润土1~3份,二甲苯10~12份,乙酸丁酯2~4份,硫化钡20~28份,硫化镁15~24份,磷酸锂0.5~1份,硝酸铜2~4份,助剂0.5~2份。
优选由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂50份,膨润土2份,二甲苯11份,乙酸丁酯3份,硫化钡25份,硫化镁20份,磷酸锂0.8份,硝酸铜3份,助剂1份。
优选所述的电缆用夜光涂装材料中还含有乳胶20-30份。

本发明的电缆用夜光涂装材料,亮度温和,发红色光芒夜晚穿透警示性强,其次持续能力强,耐高温,可与乳胶混合直接涂刷,对电缆无腐蚀性,使用起来方便快捷,使用范围广阔。

一种电缆用夜光涂装材料,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂50份,膨润土2份,二甲苯11份,乙酸丁酯3份,硫化钡25份,硫化镁20份,磷酸锂0.8份,硝酸铜3份,助剂1份,乳胶25份混合,可以直接对电缆进行涂刷。

1.一种电缆用夜光涂装材料,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂40~60份,膨润土1~3份,二甲苯10~12份,乙酸丁酯2~4份,硫化钡20~28份,硫化镁15~24份,磷酸锂0.5~1份,硝酸铜2~4份,助剂0.5~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆用夜光涂装材料,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂50份,膨润土2份,二甲苯11份,乙酸丁酯3份,硫化钡25份,硫化镁20份,磷酸锂0.8份,硝酸铜3份,助剂1份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电缆用夜光涂装材料,其特征在于:所述的电缆用夜光涂装材料中还含有乳胶20-30份。
