本发明公开了一种抑菌环保涂料,它包括壳聚糖、阿拉伯胶、大豆分离蛋白、肉桂精油、黄原胶、槐豆胶和水等原料,以壳聚糖为主要原料,结合水性涂料、高固体份涂料以及粉尘涂料的优点,结合微胶囊技术,经载体制备、微胶囊制备、涂料制备三步骤完成。本发明有益效果:利用本发明制得的抑菌环保涂料附着性好,拉伸性能优良,原料均为天然提取物或产物,绿色环保;壳聚糖是生物活性大分子,具有高分子化合物的共性,能吸水、保水、成膜等,成膜后机械强度良好,通过与大豆分离蛋白、黄原胶、槐豆胶复配能形成无毒、高效且拉伸性能好的涂料载体;以阿拉伯胶作为微胶囊的壁材,将肉桂精油进行包覆,形成粒径为1-l0μm的微胶囊,缓释肉桂精油的抑菌作用。

一种抑菌环保涂料
技术领域
    本发明涉及一种环保涂料,尤其涉及一种抑菌环保涂料。
背景技术
由于传统的涂料对自然环境和人体健康产生严重的影响,环保涂料逐渐成为研究的热点方向。目前国内外学者主要集中在水性涂料、粉末涂料、高固体份涂料的研发上。水性涂料以水为溶剂,来源广,但是固化周期长,能耗大;粉末涂料100%固体份,不使用溶剂,但是粉尘易造成空气污染,甚至是爆炸;高固体份涂料固体份含量在65%-85%,有机溶剂含量低,操作要求高且复杂,而且存在涂料粘度的问题。使用抑菌涂料可以实现环境无污染,特别是针对室内环境。常用的天然抑菌剂主要是壳聚糖,但是耐久性较差;有机胺类抑菌剂效果好,耐久性好,但是对环境有害;银系抑菌剂等无机抑菌剂成本昂贵。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述问题,提供一种抑菌环保涂料,它具有抑菌环保、拉伸性能好等优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种抑菌环保涂料,包括壳聚糖、阿拉伯胶、大豆分离蛋白、肉桂精油、黄原胶、槐豆胶和水等原料,以壳聚糖为主要原料,结合水性涂料、高固体份涂料以及粉尘涂料的优点,结合微胶囊技术,经载体制备、微胶囊制备、涂料制备三步骤完成。
本发明的有益效果:利用本发明制得的抑菌环保涂料附着性好,拉伸性能优良,原料均为天然提取物或产物,绿色环保;壳聚糖是生物活性大分子,具有高分子化合物的共性,能吸水、保水、成膜等,成膜后机械强度良好。通过与大豆分离蛋白、黄原胶、槐豆胶复配能形成无毒、高效且拉伸性能好的涂料载体;以阿拉伯胶作为微胶囊的壁材,将肉桂精油进行包覆,形成粒径为1-l0um的微胶囊,缓释肉桂精油的抑菌作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种抑菌环保涂料,包括壳聚糖、阿拉伯胶、大豆分离蛋白、肉桂精油、黄原胶、槐豆胶和水等原料,以壳聚糖为主要原料,结合水性涂料、高固体份涂料以及粉尘涂料的优点,结合微胶囊技术,经载体制备、微胶囊制备、涂料制备三步骤完成。
具体步骤为:(1)载体制备:先将NaOH加入100千克水中,制备pH为10.5的溶液,边搅拌边加入壳聚糖1千克,大豆分离大白0.5千克,黄原胶0.5千克,槐豆胶0.2千克,搅拌均匀;(2)微胶囊制备:先将NaOH加入100千克水中,制备pH为10.5的溶液,边搅拌边加入阿拉伯胶3千克,搅拌30分钟,添加0.03千克肉桂精油,均匀后,喷雾干燥;(3)涂料制备:将上述制备的100千克载体和100千克微胶囊搅拌均匀后,即得抑菌环保涂料。
实施例2:一种抑菌环保涂料,包括壳聚糖、阿拉伯胶、大豆分离蛋白、肉桂精油、黄原胶、槐豆胶和水等原料,以壳聚糖为主要原料,结合水性涂料、高固体份涂料以及粉尘涂料的优点,结合微胶囊技术,经载体制备、微胶囊制备、涂料制备三步骤完成。
具体步骤为:(1)载体制备:先将NaOH加入100千克水中,制备pH为10.5的溶液,边搅拌边加入壳聚糖1.5千克,大豆分离大白1千克,黄原胶1千克,槐豆胶0.5千克,搅拌均匀;(2)微胶囊制备:先将NaOH加入100千克水中,制备pH为10.5的溶液,边搅拌边加入阿拉伯胶5千克,搅拌30分钟,添加0.06千克肉桂精油,均匀后,喷雾干燥;(3)涂料制备:将上述制备的100千克载体和100千克微胶囊搅拌均匀后,即得抑菌环保涂料。
实施例3:一种抑菌环保涂料,包括壳聚糖、阿拉伯胶、大豆分离蛋白、肉桂精油、黄原胶、槐豆胶和水等原料,以壳聚糖为主要原料,结合水性涂料、高固体份涂料以及粉尘涂料的优点,结合微胶囊技术,经载体制备、微胶囊制备、涂料制备三步骤完成。
具体步骤为:(1)载体制备:先将NaOH加入100千克水中,制备pH为10.5的溶液,边搅拌边加入壳聚糖1.2千克,大豆分离大白0.8千克,黄原胶0.6千克,槐豆胶0.3千克,搅拌均匀;(2)微胶囊制备:先将NaOH加入100千克水中,制备pH为10.5的溶液,边搅拌边加入阿拉伯胶4千克,搅拌30分钟,添加0.05千克肉桂精油,均匀后,喷雾干燥;(3)涂料制备:将上述制备的100千克载体和100千克微胶囊搅拌均匀后,即得抑菌环保涂料。
