本发明公开一种闭孔发泡橡胶,含有以下重量份的组分:天然橡胶85份,丁苯橡胶15份,氧化锌4-6份,硬脂酸7-9份,防老剂40201-2份,硬脂酸单甘油酯1-2份,石蜡0.6-1.3份,NOBS促进剂3-3.5份,硫磺1.8-2.2份,发泡剂H3-5份,碳酸钙100-120份,机油50-60份。本发明制备出的闭孔发泡橡胶用于制备空气滤清器的垫圈,具有弹性好、耐老化、耐酸碱、耐化学溶性的优点,能在恶劣的环境条件下使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶技术领域,具体是一种闭孔发泡橡胶。
背景技术
空气滤清器主要应用在气动机械、内燃机械等领域,作用是为这些机械设备提供清洁的空气,以防这些机械设备在工作中吸入带有杂质颗粒的空气而增加磨蚀和损坏的几率。空气滤清器的主要组成部分是滤芯和机壳,其中滤芯是主要的过滤部分,承担着气体的过滤工作,而机壳是为滤芯提供必要保护的外部结构,滤芯的两端面必须安装橡胶垫圈,用于达到相应的密封性能。橡胶垫圈应具有弹性好、耐热耐水蒸气等优良的性能。

天然橡胶是一种以聚异戊二烯为主要成分的天然高分子化合物。天然橡胶在常温下具有较高的弹性,稍带塑性,具有非常好的机械强度,具有优良的耐屈挠性、电绝缘性,具有较好的耐碱性能,但不耐浓强酸。
丁苯橡胶,英文名Emulsion-polymerized styrene butadiene rubber,丁苯橡胶是1,,3丁二烯和苯乙烯经共聚制得的弹性体。丁苯橡胶是合成橡胶中的一种。丁苯橡胶是浅黄褐色弹性固体,密度随苯乙烯含量的增加而变大,耐油性差,但介电性能好。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制备出的闭孔发泡橡胶用于制备空气滤清器的垫圈,具有弹性好、耐老化、耐酸碱、耐化学溶性的优点,能在恶劣的环境条件下使用。
