技术领域
本发明涉及一种电控式制动系统的泵单元,更详细而言,涉及一种能够通过改进使活塞泵工作的结构来减少活塞泵工作时所产生的振动及噪音的电控式制动系统的泵单元。
背景技术
通常,电控式制动系统用于通过有效防止车辆打滑现象而获得强大且稳定的制动力,作为这种电控式制动系统,已经开发出了防止制动时车轮滑行的防抱死制动系统(ABS:Anti-Lock Brake System),防止车辆突然启动或突然加速时驱动轮打滑的制动牵引力控制系统(BTCS:Brake Traction Control System),将防抱死制动系统与制动牵引力控制系统相组合以控制制动液压而稳定地维持车辆行驶状态的车辆动态控制系统(VDC:Vehicle Dynamic Control System)等。

发明内容
(一)本发明要解决的技术问题
本发明是为了解决如上问题而提出的,其目的在于提供一种电控式制动系统的泵单元,其将至少一对活塞泵设置成一排,通过将使活塞泵进行泵送的加压部件与活塞对置配置而抵消由活塞产生的反作用力,从而能够减少振动及噪音。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种电控式制动系统的泵单元,其防止使活塞泵的活塞进行泵送的加压部件的重量中心从马达的旋转轴中心偏心,由此不仅能够确保重量平衡,而且还能够防止产生由以往的偏心旋转引起的振动及噪音。
(二)技术方案
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的一实施例,可提供一种电控式制动系统的泵单元,设置于在调制器模块形成的腔体(bore)内,其包括:一个马达,具有旋转轴;支座,中心设置于所述旋转轴,且具备以所述中心为基准向两侧隔开一定间隔配置成一排的连接轴;加压部件,设置于所述各连接轴;及第1活塞泵及第2活塞泵,具备通过所述支座的旋转而与加压部件的外周面接触并往复移动的活塞,且彼此配置成一排。
另外,所述加压部件可由可旋转地设置于所述连接轴的轴承或滚柱构成。
另外,还可以具备第3活塞泵及第4活塞泵,该第3活塞泵及第4活塞泵具备通过所述支座的旋转而与加压部件的外周面接触并往复移动的活塞,且与所述第1活塞泵及第2活塞泵隔开一定间隔彼此配置成一排。
另外,所述第1活塞泵及第2活塞泵和所述第3活塞泵及第4活塞泵可配置成以所述支座为中心彼此成90度的角度,所述第1活塞泵及第2活塞泵和所述第3活塞泵及第4活塞泵随着所述支座的旋转而依次发挥泵送作用。

(三)有益效果
根据本发明,本发明的电控式制动系统的泵单元中,将通过一个马达工作的一对活塞泵设置成一排,通过将对该一对活塞泵进行加压的加压部件与各活塞泵对置配置而抵消由活塞产生的反作用力,从而具有能够减少振动及噪音的效果。
另外,防止由马达的旋转产生的旋转力偏心旋转,并防止对活塞泵进行加压的加压部件从马达的旋转轴的中心偏心,由此具有不仅能够确保重量平衡,而且还能够防止产生由以往的偏心旋转引起的振动及噪音。

多个电磁阀41、42与车轮制动器30的上游侧及下游侧连接,其分为:配置于各车轮制动器30的上游侧,平时维持开放状态的常开式电磁阀41;及配置于各车轮制动器30的下游侧,平时维持关闭状态的常闭式电磁阀42。这些电磁阀41、42的开闭动作通过配置于各车轮侧的车轮速度传感器检测车辆速度的电控单元(ECU;未图示)来控制,常闭式电磁阀42随着减压制动而被开放,从车轮制动器30侧排放的油临时储存在低压蓄油器43中。
并且,基于本发明的泵单元100通过马达110的驱动而被驱动,从而吸入储存在低压蓄油器43中的油并向节流孔46侧吐出,由此将液压传递到车轮制动器30侧或主缸20侧。
另一方面,在将主缸20和活塞泵140、150、160、170的出口连接的主流路47a上设置用于控制牵引力的常开式电磁阀47(以下称为TC阀)。该TC阀47平时维持开放状态,在通过制动踏板10进行一般制动时,将在主缸20中形成的制动油压通过主流路47传递到车轮制动器30侧。
另外,辅助流路48a从主流路47a分支,引导主缸20的油吸入到活塞泵44的入口侧,此处设有使油仅流向活塞泵44的入口的换向阀48。电动换向阀48设置于辅助流路48a的中途,平时关闭,在牵引力控制系统模式时开放,进行工作。
并且,在制动助力器11上设置检测制动助力器11的真空压及大气压的压力传感器50,在前轮左右侧车轮FL、FR和后轮左右侧车轮RL、RR上设置检测所施加的实际制动压力的车轮压力传感器51。该压力传感器50、51电连接于电控单元而被控制。
下面,参照图2,对本发明的一实施例的泵单元的结构进行说明。
参照图2,泵单元100具备:一个马达,具有旋转轴112;支座120,设置于马达110的旋转轴112;加压部件130,设置于所述支座120;及多个活塞泵140、150、160、170,为了通过所述加压部件130进行泵送工作而以马达110为中心沿半径方向配置。
马达110以使旋转轴112位于调制器模块(未图示)内的方式设置于调制器模块的外侧,产生用于驱动活塞泵140、150、160、170的旋转力。在该马达110的旋转轴112上设置支座120的中心,以使支座120具有与旋转轴112相同的中心轴。
支座120具备以中心为基准向两侧隔开一定间隔配置成一排的连接轴123。在该连接轴123上分别设置加压部件130。
加压部件130与后述的活塞泵140、150、160、170接触,并可旋转地设置于连接轴123,以便在对活塞泵140、150、160、170的活塞143、153、163、173进行加压时使摩擦力最小化。而且,加压部件130可由轴承或滚柱构成。这种加压部件130以支座120的中心为基准隔开一定间隔配置于两侧,通过支座120的中心设置于旋转轴112,重量中心不会偏向一侧,重量平衡变得均匀。即,能够解决由以往的偏心旋转引起的振动及噪音的问题。
多个活塞泵140、150、160、170沿着半径方向隔开一定间隔配置于支座120的外周面。例如,如图2所示,第1活塞泵140和第2活塞泵150分别配置于支座120的左侧及右侧且彼此成一排,第3活塞泵160和第4活塞泵170分别配置于支座120的上侧及下侧,且彼此成一排。即,第1~第4活塞泵140、150、160、170以90度的间隔配置于支座120的外周面周围。从而,随着支座120的旋转,第1活塞泵140及第2活塞泵150和所述第3活塞泵160及第4活塞泵170通过加压部件130依次发挥泵送作用。
另一方面,第1~第4活塞泵140、150、160、170的内部结构均相同,因此以第1活塞泵140为基准进行说明。
第1活塞泵140构成为包括:活塞143,在内部形成有吸入流路(未图示);进口阀141,根据该活塞143的位置来开闭吸入流路(未图示)的出口侧;及出口阀145,与进口阀141相反地动作。而且,如上构成的活塞泵140、150、160、170连接于形成在调制器模块上的吸入端口(未图示)和吐出端口(未图示),从吸入端口吸入油并进行压缩之后向吐出端口吐出。
下面,参照图2至图4对具有如上结构的泵单元的动作进行说明。
参照图2,支座120随着马达110的驱动而旋转,设置于支座120的加压部件130与第1活塞泵140及第2活塞泵150配置成一排。即,随着支座120的旋转,加压部件130对第1活塞泵140及第2活塞泵150的活塞143、153进行加压而进行吐出工序。由此,从活塞143、153产生的反作用力通过配置成一直线的加压部件130传递到支座120的中心,由此抵消两侧的反作用力。
另外,如图3所示,若支座120旋转而使加压部件130远离第1活塞泵140及第2活塞泵150,则活塞143、153返回到原位置并进行吸入工序,如图4所示,随着支座120的进一步的旋转,加压部件130对与第1活塞泵140及第2活塞泵150具有90度的相位差的第3活塞泵160及第4活塞泵170进行加压时,加压部件130与第3活塞泵160及第4活塞泵170的活塞163、173接触,从而对活塞163、173进行加压。即,与第1活塞泵140及第2活塞泵150同样地,由第3活塞泵160及第4活塞泵170的活塞163、173产生的反作用力相互抵消,可以减少振动及噪音。
如上所述,当支座120旋转而加压部件130进行旋转并对各活塞143、153、163、173加压时,加压部件130在支座120的连接轴123上旋转并对活塞143、153、163、173进行加压。即,随着加压部件130旋转并对活塞143、153、163、173进行加压,使得与活塞143、153、163、173的摩擦力最小化并进行加压。
另一方面,优选各活塞143、153、163、173的末端边缘具有圆角形状,以便在与加压部件130触碰时将冲击及摩擦最小化。
如此,支座120旋转,加压部件130使第1活塞泵140及第2活塞泵150和所述第3活塞泵160及第4活塞泵170依次发挥泵送作用,从彼此配置成一排的第1活塞泵140及第2活塞泵150和所述第3活塞泵160及第4活塞泵170的活塞143、153、163、173产生的反作用力相互抵消,从而能够减少振动及噪音。
关于上述的泵单元100的结构,图示说明了具备在与马达110结合的支座120上排列成一排的一对加压部件130,且配置彼此具有90度相位差的4个活塞泵140、150、160、170来进行泵送,但并不限定于此,只要是加压部件130和至少一对活塞泵排列成一排,则可选择性增减加压部件130及活塞泵的数量。
如上所述,虽然根据有限的实施例和附图对本发明进行了说明,但本发明并不限定于此,本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员可以在本发明的技术思想及所记载的权利要求书的等价范围内进行各种修改及变形。

Claims (5)

1.一种电控式制动系统的泵单元,设置于在调制器模块形成的腔体内,其特征在于,包括:
一个马达,具有旋转轴;
支座,中心设置于所述旋转轴,且具备以所述中心为基准向两侧隔开一定间隔配置成一排的连接轴;
加压部件,设置于各所述连接轴;以及
第1活塞泵及第2活塞泵,具备通过所述支座的旋转而与加压部件的外周面接触并往复移动的活塞,且彼此配置成一排。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电控式制动系统的泵单元,其特征在于,所述加压部件为可旋转地设置于所述连接轴的轴承或滚柱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电控式制动系统的泵单元,其特征在于,所述电控式制动系统的泵单元还具备第3活塞泵及第4活塞泵,所述第3活塞泵及第4活塞泵具备通过所述支座的旋转而与加压部件的外周面接触并往复移动的活塞,且与所述第1活塞泵及第2活塞泵隔开一定间隔彼此配置成一排。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电控式制动系统的泵单元,其特征在于,所述第1活塞泵及第2活塞泵和所述第3活塞泵及第4活塞泵配置成以所述支座为中心彼此成90度的角度,所述第1活塞泵及第2活塞泵和所述第3活塞泵及第4活塞泵随着所述支座的旋转而依次发挥泵送作用。
5.根据权利要求3所述的电控式制动系统的泵单元,其特征在于,与所述加压部件接触的各活塞的边缘构成为具有圆角形状。
