Abstract
The invention discloses an automobile seat ventilation device. The automobile seat ventilation device comprises a centrifugal fan and a steering air channel matching body, wherein the centrifugal fan has a lateral air outlet, the centrifugal fan is arranged at the lower side of the steering air channel matching body, and the air inlet of the steering air channel matching body is communicated with the lateral air outlet. The automobile seat ventilation device is low in cost, realizes the matching between an ordinary lateral air outlet centrifugal fan and the steering air channel matching body, and also realizes to fitly arrange the centrifugal fan and the matched steering air channel matching body on a seat framework.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile seats, in particular to an automobile seat ventilation device.
Background
In recent years, comfort systems employing seat air conditioning ventilation devices have become increasingly popular as a high-end application of vehicle comfort technology. The effect of direct blast or induced draft is carried out to the inside ventilation return circuit of seat through the inside fan power module of automobile body, and its active seat refrigeration or heating and ventilation can bring more direct, quick driving comfort for the person of taking.
In known vehicle seat ventilation systems, fan power modules typically use either centrifugal fan or axial fan power technologies.
However, the assembly and fixation of the fan and the duct of such ventilation devices has been a problem that is difficult to overcome in the art. To realize mass production of ventilated type seats, related technicians are troubled by how to realize low-noise, stable and reliable low-cost fan installation.
Therefore, how to assemble the fan and the air duct is a technical problem that needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a ventilation device for a vehicle seat, so as to achieve the assembly of a fan and an air duct.

a centrifugal fan having a lateral air outlet;
the centrifugal fan is assembled on the lower side of the steering air channel matching body, and an air inlet of the steering air channel matching body is communicated with the lateral air outlet.
Preferably, in the above vehicle seat ventilation apparatus, the centrifugal fan is assembled with the steering duct fitting body by a bolt, a rivet, or a plug-in fastener.
Preferably, in the above vehicle seat ventilation device, the bolt, the rivet, or the plug fastener is connected to a seat frame structure carrier of the vehicle seat.
Preferably, in the ventilation device for a vehicle seat, an end surface of the air outlet of the steering air duct fitting body is provided with an expanded platform, and the expanded platform surrounds the periphery of the air outlet.
Preferably, in the above vehicle seat ventilation apparatus, an expansion width of the expansion platform to the periphery of the air outlet is 10mm to 50 mm.
Preferably, in the above ventilation device for a vehicle seat, a sealing structure surrounding the air outlet is provided on an upper surface of the expanding platform, and the sealing structure is configured to be in air-path butt-joint fit with an external seat air guide member body.
Preferably, in the above ventilation device for a vehicle seat, the sealing structure is a wind-resistant structure having flexible compressibility/stretchability characteristics and adhered to the upper surface of the extended platform by an adhesive layer;
and/or the sealing structure is a hard structure arranged on the upper surface of the expanded platform and is a protrusion in a boss shape, a vertical wall shape, a hook shape or a pin shape.
Preferably, in the above automobile seat ventilation apparatus, the wind blocking structure is a sponge cushion, a felt cushion, or a flexible rubber body.
Preferably, in the above vehicle seat ventilation device, the lateral air outlet is in plug-in fit with the air inlet.
Preferably, in the above vehicle seat ventilation device, the lateral air outlet and the air inlet are hermetically connected by a choke sealing body.
Preferably, in the above ventilation device for a vehicle seat, the wind blocking sealing body is a sponge layer, a woven/non-woven fabric cushion layer, a soft rubber cushion layer or a sealant layer.
Preferably, in the ventilation device for a vehicle seat, the lateral air outlet is inserted into the air inlet, and a convex block for preventing air leakage is disposed inside the air inlet.
Preferably, in the above vehicle seat ventilation apparatus, a shock-absorbing noise-canceling cushion layer is further included between the centrifugal fan and the steering duct fitting body.
Preferably, in the above ventilation device for an automobile seat, the damping and noise-canceling cushion layer is a sponge layer, a woven/non-woven fabric cushion layer, a soft rubber cushion layer or a sealant layer.
Preferably, in the above vehicle seat ventilation device, the ventilation device further includes a damping and noise-canceling cushion layer between the steering air duct fitting body and the seat frame structure supporting body of the vehicle seat.
Preferably, in the above ventilation device for an automobile seat, the damping and noise-canceling cushion layer is a sponge layer, a woven/non-woven fabric cushion layer, a soft rubber cushion layer or a sealant layer.
Preferably, in the above vehicle seat ventilation apparatus, the centrifugal fan and the turning duct fitting body are of an integral structure.
According to the technical scheme, the ventilation device for the automobile seat has the advantages that the fan and the air duct are assembled more simply at lower cost. Meanwhile, the automobile seat ventilation device formed by the centrifugal fan and the steering air channel matching body matched with the centrifugal fan can be quickly matched with the seat bearing pad air guide channel, can also be matched with an air channel of an air guide component body in the middle of a vehicle seat ventilation system, and achieves wider application combination. The invention not only solves the problem of the matching of the common lateral air outlet centrifugal fan and the steering air duct matching body with low cost, but also solves the problem that the centrifugal fan and the steering air duct matching body matched with the centrifugal fan are difficult to be installed in a matching way with the seat framework.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses a ventilation device for an automobile seat, which is used for realizing the assembly of a fan and an air duct.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a ventilation device for a car seat according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a ventilation device for a vehicle seat according to another embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a ventilation device for a vehicle seat according to still another embodiment of the present invention.
The ventilation device for the automobile seat provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a centrifugal fan 10 and a steering air duct matching body 20.
Wherein, the centrifugal fan 10 has a lateral air outlet 11, the centrifugal fan 10 is mounted on the lower side of the turning air duct fitting body 20, and the air inlet 21 of the turning air duct fitting body 20 is communicated with the lateral air outlet 11. The lateral air outlet 11 of the centrifugal fan 10 is connected with the air inlet 21 of the turning air duct matching body 20. The turning air duct fitting body 20 has a turning air duct with a substantially 90 ° angle, and blows out air through its air outlet 22.
The ventilation device for the automobile seat provided by the invention has the advantages that the fan and the air duct are assembled more simply at lower cost. Meanwhile, the automobile seat ventilation device formed by the centrifugal fan and the steering air channel matching body matched with the centrifugal fan can be quickly matched with the seat bearing pad air guide channel, can also be matched with an air channel of an air guide component body in the middle of a vehicle seat ventilation system, and achieves wider application combination. The invention not only solves the problem of the matching of the common lateral air outlet centrifugal fan and the steering air duct matching body with low cost, but also solves the problem that the centrifugal fan and the steering air duct matching body matched with the centrifugal fan are difficult to be installed in a matching way with the seat framework.
Further, the centrifugal fan 10 is mounted on the lower side of the turning duct fitting body 20 by bolts, rivets or plug-in clips 03. The centrifugal fan 10 and the turning air duct matching body 20 form a fan air duct associated combination body 01 through fixing forms such as bolts, rivets or inserting and clamping pieces 03.
The fan air duct associated combination 01 and the seat framework structure bearing body 02 form a firm installation and assembly relationship, and bolts, rivets or insertion clamping fasteners 03 can also be adopted for installation and assembly so as to realize the assembly of the fan air duct associated combination 01 and the seat framework structure bearing body 02, namely the bolts, the rivets or the insertion clamping fasteners 03 are also connected with the seat framework structure bearing body 02 of the automobile seat.
In an embodiment of the present invention, an end surface of the air outlet 22 of the turning duct fitting body 20 is provided with an expanding platform 23, and the expanding platform 23 surrounds the periphery of the air outlet 22. The expanding width of the expanding platform 23 to the periphery of the air outlet 22 is 10 mm-50 mm.
Further, the upper surface of the expanding platform 23 is provided with a sealing structure surrounding the air outlet 22, and the sealing structure is used for air path butt joint matching with the external seat air guide member 30. The sealing structure needs to be pressed and attached to the air duct junction 31 of the external seat air guide member 30 to form an air-tight protection. The seat air guide member 30 is an air path member having an internal air convection characteristic inside the seat, and is used to realize air circulation inside and outside the seat.
Further, the sealing structure may be a wind-blocking structure 24 with flexible compressible/telescoping characteristics adhered to the upper surface of the extended platform 23 by an adhesive layer 25; the sealing structure may also be a hard structure and protrusion 24' in the shape of a boss, a standing wall, a hook, or a pin, which is provided on the upper surface of the expanding platform 23.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the wind-blocking structure 24 and the hard-structured protrusions 24' may be present simultaneously or may be present separately.
Further, the wind blocking structure 24 is a sponge cushion, a felt cushion, or a flexible rubber body.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the junction between the centrifugal fan 10 and the inlet 21 of the turning duct body 20 should be secure. Preferably, the lateral air outlet 11 of the centrifugal fan 10 is in plug-in fit with the air inlet 21 of the turning air duct fitting body 20.
Further, the lateral air outlet 11 and the air inlet 21 are hermetically connected through a choke sealing body 26. The choke seal 26 performs a wind leakage prevention process by means of a choke seal. The wind-blocking sealed body 26 is a sponge layer, a woven/non-woven fabric cushion layer, a soft rubber cushion layer or a sealant layer.
Furthermore, the side outlet 11 is inserted into the inlet 21, and a convex block 26' for preventing air leakage is arranged inside the inlet 21. The block body 26' can be used for positioning the insertion position of the lateral air outlet 11 of the centrifugal fan 10; meanwhile, when the block body 26' is in an annular convex state corresponding to the end face of the lateral air outlet 11, the junction effect of preventing air leakage can be achieved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention may further comprise a vibration damping and noise damping cushion layer 12 disposed between the centrifugal fan 10 and the turning duct fitting 20. The shock absorption and noise elimination cushion layer 12 is a sponge layer, a woven/non-woven fabric cushion layer, a soft rubber cushion layer or a sealing rubber layer.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention may further include a damping and noise-canceling cushion layer 04 between the steering duct matching body 20 and the seat frame structure supporting body 02 of the car seat. The shock absorption and noise elimination cushion layer 04 is a sponge layer, a woven/non-woven fabric cushion layer, a soft rubber cushion layer or a sealing rubber layer.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the centrifugal fan 10 and the turning air duct fitting body 20 are an integrated structure, which is a simpler integration scheme.
The invention is suitable for the cushion ventilation and backrest ventilation device of the automobile seat.

Claims (17)
1. A ventilation device for a vehicle seat, comprising:
a centrifugal fan (10), the centrifugal fan (10) having a lateral air outlet (11);
the centrifugal fan (10) is assembled on the lower side of the steering air channel matching body (20), and an air inlet (21) of the steering air channel matching body (20) is communicated with the lateral air outlet (11).
2. The ventilation device for vehicle seats according to claim 1, characterized in that the centrifugal fan (10) is assembled with the deflecting wind tunnel fitting body (20) by means of bolts, rivets or plug-in clips (03).
3. The vehicle seat ventilation device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bolt, rivet or plug-in clip (03) is connected to a seat frame structure carrier (02) of the vehicle seat.
4. The ventilation device for the vehicle seat according to claim 1, wherein an extended platform (23) is provided at an end surface of the air outlet (22) of the turning duct fitting body (20), and the extended platform (23) surrounds the periphery of the air outlet (22).
5. The ventilation apparatus for vehicle seats according to claim 4, wherein the development width of the development platform (23) to the periphery of the air outlet (22) is 10mm to 50 mm.
6. The ventilation device for vehicle seats according to claim 4, characterized in that the upper surface of the extended platform (23) is provided with a sealing structure surrounding the air outlet (22) for air-passage butt-fit with the external seat air guide member body (30).
7. The car seat ventilation device according to claim 6, wherein the sealing structure is a wind-blocking structure (24) having flexible compressible/retractable characteristics adhered to the upper surface of the deployment platform (23) by an adhesive layer (25);
and/or the sealing structure is a hard structure arranged on the upper surface of the expanded platform (23) and is a protrusion (24') in a boss shape, a vertical wall shape, a hook shape or a pin shape.
8. The ventilation device for an automobile seat according to claim 7, wherein the wind-blocking structure (24) is a sponge cushion, a felt cushion, or a flexible rubber body.
9. The vehicle seat ventilation device according to claim 1, wherein the lateral air outlet opening (11) is in plug-in engagement with the air inlet opening (21).
10. The ventilation device for vehicle seats according to claim 1, characterized in that the lateral air outlet opening (11) is connected to the air inlet opening (21) in a sealing manner by means of a choke seal (26).
11. The ventilation device for vehicle seats according to claim 10, characterized in that the wind-resistant obturation body (26) is a sponge layer, a woven/non-woven fabric cushion layer, a soft rubber cushion layer or a sealant layer.
12. The ventilation device for vehicle seats according to claim 1, characterized in that the lateral air outlet (11) is inserted into the air inlet (21), and a raised air leakage prevention block (26') is provided inside the air inlet (21).
13. The ventilation device for vehicle seats according to claim 1, further comprising a shock-absorbing noise-damping cushion layer (12) disposed between the centrifugal fan (10) and the turning air duct fitting body (20).
14. The ventilation device for vehicle seats according to claim 13, wherein the shock-absorbing noise-damping cushion layer (12) is a sponge layer, a woven/non-woven fabric cushion layer, a soft rubber cushion layer or a sealant layer.
15. The ventilation device for the vehicle seat according to claim 1, further comprising a shock-absorbing noise-damping cushion layer (04) between the steering air duct fitting body (20) and the seat frame structure supporting body (02) of the vehicle seat.
16. The ventilation device for vehicle seats according to claim 15, wherein the shock-absorbing noise-damping cushion layer (04) is a sponge layer, a woven/non-woven fabric cushion layer, a soft rubber cushion layer or a sealant layer.
17. The ventilation device for vehicle seats according to any of claims 1 to 16, characterized in that the centrifugal fan (10) is of one-piece construction with the deflecting air duct cooperating body (20).
