Abstract

稳定杆胶套整体固化方法涉及一种汽车用稳定杆胶套整体固化方法。主要是为解决现有的生产方法工作效率低,占用固化炉内的空间,加工成本高的问题而发明的。具体方法是:先将上、下胶套和上、下夹子同时铆接在稳定杆上,然后再送入到固化炉内进行固化,固化后取出,冷却。优点是由于是将上、下胶套和上、下夹子先铆接在稳定杆上,然后送到固化炉内固化,取消了原来固定上、下胶套的模具,既省去了一个设备又节省了炉内空间,并且只需一次定位即可,提高了工作效率。

本发明涉及一种汽车用稳定杆胶套整体固化方法。
背景技术:
汽车用稳定杆制作好后需要将胶套和夹子固定在其上,现有的生产方法是先将上、下胶套固化在稳定杆上,即用模具给上、下胶套在稳定杆上进行定位,然后模具同上、下胶套和稳定杆一起被送入到固化炉内进行固化,固化后取出,卸下模具,冷却后再将上、下夹子通过螺母铆接在固化在一起的上、下胶套上,其不足之处在于固化和铆接时都需要进行定位,工作效率低,另外固化时模具也需要送入固化炉内,占用固化炉内的空间,加工成本高。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种工作效率高,加工成本低的稳定杆胶套整体固化方法。
上述目的是这样实现的:先将上、下胶套和上、下夹子同时铆接在稳定杆上,然后再送入到固化炉内进行固化,固化后取出,冷却。
本发明的优点是:由于是将上、下胶套和上、下夹子先铆接在稳定杆上,然后送到固化炉内固化,取消了原来固定上、下胶套的模具,既省去了一个设备又节省了炉内空间,并且只需一次定位即可,提高了工作效率。
具体实施方式:
先将上、下胶套和上、下夹子同时铆接在稳定杆上,然后再送入到固化炉内进行固化,固化后取出,冷却。
