Abstract

本发明公开了一种精油类天然香料微胶囊及延长保鲜花香味的方法。精油类天然香料微胶囊，由囊心和囊壁组成，所述囊心为精油类天然香料，所述囊壁由多孔糊精和β环糊精组成，精油类天然香料、多孔糊精和β环糊精的质量比为1：1：1～2：1：1。保鲜花花盒中以精油类天然香料微胶囊的方式加香，使香味能够持续散发1年左右。保鲜花不仅可以达到装饰的效果，其所散发的精油类天然香料放疗芳香还可以改善人的情绪、提高人体免疫力以及精神状态。

技术领域
本发明涉及礼品和装饰品，具体地说，涉及一种精油类天然香料微胶囊及延长保鲜花香味的方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，人们追求的精神生活愈来愈高雅，对回归大自然的渴望愈来愈强烈。鲜花以及来自大自然的香味越来越受到欢迎。
由于鲜花易凋谢，而且需要精心照料，大部分人都忙于工作，没有多少闲暇时间来护理鲜花，因此保鲜花诞生了。所谓保鲜花，即精选于优质自然花卉植物，采用高科技手段，经过脱水、保色、干燥等复杂程序加工，利用植物自身细胞代谢的自然机理，将无毒、无害、无污染的植物延命保鲜液与植物细胞液相互转换，使植物细胞保持了天然结构、形态、色泽和香味，保鲜期达三年以上，可谓“永不凋谢”的鲜花。
目前，市面上的保鲜花是没有香味的，极少部分带香味的保鲜花也是喷洒香精所致，香味持续时间不长，而且长期在带有香精的环境中，会影响人体的健康。众所周知，精油类天然香料的价格较昂贵，释放速率很快，在此背景下研发出使精油类天然香料得到缓释的精油类天然香料微胶囊，此加香用的精油类天然香料微胶囊成为保鲜花加香的突破口，将此精油类天然香料微胶囊用于保鲜花，不仅可以装饰室内使人赏心悦目，还可以持久的散发自然的香味，令人心旷神怡，达到一举两得的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种精油类天然香料微胶囊及延长保鲜花香味的方法。本发明使保鲜花带有纯天然的精油类天然香料香味，利用微胶囊技术使精油类天然香料得到缓释，可以节约资源和成本，这种微胶囊技术，可以使保鲜花长久保持自然的香味。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现：
一种精油类天然香料微胶囊，由囊心和囊壁组成，所述囊心为精油类天然香料，所述囊壁由多孔糊精和β环糊精组成，精油类天然香料、多孔糊精和β环糊精的质量比为1：1：1～2：1：1。
一种香袋，含上述的精油类天然香料微胶囊。
一种延长保鲜花香味的方法，将上述的香袋固定在花盒两旁，使花盒中香味均匀，经过加香的花盒摆放在室内，用于装饰以及室内散香。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下的有益效果：1.保鲜花花盒中以精油类天然香料微胶囊的方式加香，使香味能够持续散发1年左右。2.保鲜花不仅可以达到装饰的效果，其所散发的精油类天然香料放疗芳香还可以改善人的情绪、提高人体免疫力以及精神状态。

具体实施方式
实施例1：制备薰衣草精油微胶囊
分别准确称量2g多孔环糊精，2g薰衣草精油，混匀，密封2小时，继续加入2gβ环糊精，混匀，密封24h，制成薰衣草精油微胶囊，常温常压敞开放置。
实施例2：制备香茅精油微胶囊
分别准确称量2g多孔环糊精，4g香茅精油，混匀，密封2小时，继续加入2gβ环糊精，混匀，密封24h，制成香茅精油微胶囊，常温常压敞开放置。
实施例3：感官法测试不同吸附材料的留香时间
在同样的条件下，用麦饭石大颗粒、麦饭石小颗粒、EVA颗粒去吸附精油。所有吸附精油的材料均在同样的环境下敞口放置，找到10个不同的人，用感官法评判香味等级，结果如表2。

实施例4：吸油率测试
在实施例3的基础上得出实施例1和2的精油微胶囊留香效果最好，因此用紫外分光光度法在波长202nm处测各吸附材料在不同阶段的吸油率。结果如图1。
实验结果显示：实施例1和2的精油微胶囊留香效果最好，其吸油率在10天之后保持稳定。

1.一种精油类天然香料微胶囊，其特征在于由囊心和囊壁组成，所述囊心为精油类天然香料，所述囊壁由多孔糊精和β环糊精组成，精油类天然香料、多孔糊精和β环糊精的质量比为1：1：1～2：1：1。
2.一种香袋，其特征在于含有权利要求1所述的精油类天然香料微胶囊。
3.一种延长保鲜花香味的方法，其特征在于将权利要求2所述的香袋固定在花盒两旁，使花盒中香味均匀，经过加香的花盒摆放在室内，用于装饰以及室内散香。
