本发明揭示了一种聚氨酯外墙防腐涂料,由聚氨酯、改性剂、增韧剂、催干剂、流平剂以及防腐剂制得,所述改性剂为氯磺化聚乙烯,所述增韧剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,所述催干剂为环烷酸皂,所述流平剂为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,所述防腐剂为二氧化硫。该产品由聚氨酯、改性剂、增韧剂、催干剂、流平剂以及防腐剂制得,制得的产品防腐性能好,涂层具有良好的附着力、韧性、耐磨性、保光保色性,还有较好的耐温性且施工方便,干燥速度快。

一种聚氨酯外墙防腐涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建材领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯外墙防腐涂料。
背景技术
涂料是装修材料中很重要的组成部分。市场上的涂料往往由于表面预处理不当、涂料质量和涂装工艺不良而造成的遮盖力不足、漆膜剥落、针孔、起泡、裂纹、漏涂、流挂等缺陷。特别是外墙涂料,通常用于涂刷建筑外立墙面的,所以最重要的一项指标就是抗紫外线照射,要求达到长时间照射不变色具备抗水性能,漆膜要硬而平整,脏污一冲就掉。由于外墙必须经历风吹日晒,因此在风化以及防腐方面的要求比较高。市场上价格适中的外墙涂料使用年限较短而且一旦风化原美观的房屋也略失风采。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种由聚氨酯、改性剂、增韧剂、催干剂、流平剂以及防腐剂制得,制得的产品防腐性能好,涂层具有良好的附着力、韧性、耐磨性、保光保色性,还有较好的耐温性且施工方便,干燥速度快的聚氨酯外墙防腐涂料。
本发明的技术方案是,一种聚氨酯外墙防腐涂料,所述聚氨酯外墙防腐涂料由聚氨酯、改性剂、增韧剂、催干剂、流平剂以及防腐剂制得,所述改性剂为氯磺化聚乙烯,所述增韧剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,所述催干剂为环烷酸皂,所述流平剂为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,所述防腐剂为二氧化硫,所述聚氨酯外墙防腐涂料各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述聚氨酯占85.7%-90.1%,所述氯磺化聚乙烯占1.8%-2.7%,所述邻苯二甲酸二丁酯占3.2%-4.1%,所述环烷酸皂占1.1%-1.9%,所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛占2.2%-3.1%,所述二氧化硫占1.6%-2.5%。 
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的聚氨酯外墙防腐涂料中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述聚氨酯占89.6%,所述氯磺化聚乙烯占1.9%,所述邻苯二甲酸二丁酯占3.3%,所述环烷酸皂占1.2%,所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛占2.3%,所述二氧化硫占1.7%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的聚氨酯外墙防腐涂料中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述聚氨酯占86.4%,所述氯磺化聚乙烯占2.6%,所述邻苯二甲酸二丁酯占3.9%,所述环烷酸皂占1.8%,所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛占2.9%,所述二氧化硫占2.4%。

另外,可通过调节各成分的不同重量百分比,使得得到的产品性能高低不一。

1.一种聚氨酯外墙防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯外墙防腐涂料由聚氨酯、改性剂、增韧剂、催干剂、流平剂以及防腐剂制得,所述改性剂为氯磺化聚乙烯,所述增韧剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,所述催干剂为环烷酸皂,所述流平剂为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,所述防腐剂为二氧化硫,所述聚氨酯外墙防腐涂料各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述聚氨酯占85.7%-90.1%,所述氯磺化聚乙烯占1.8%-2.7%,所述邻苯二甲酸二丁酯占3.2%-4.1%,所述环烷酸皂占1.1%-1.9%,所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛占2.2%-3.1%,所述二氧化硫占1.6%-2.5%。
