本发明涉及一种聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料专用闭孔水性涂料及其制备方法和应用,属于水性涂料技术领域。其包括丙烯酸酯乳液,填料,成膜助剂,阻燃剂,增稠剂,防霉杀菌剂,消泡剂,异丙醇,去离子水,色浆,将上述原料混合搅拌即得产品聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料专用闭孔水性涂料。本发明制备的涂料应用于微波暗房吸波材料上面装饰封闭孔隙等,制作工艺简单、施工方式灵活,在30℃时50min可固化,涂膜黏附力强、色泽亮、涂膜完全封闭孔隙。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料专用闭孔水性涂料及其制备方法和应用,具体地说是为聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料表面封闭孔隙并装饰的专用闭孔水性涂料,属于水性涂料技术领域。
背景技术
目前,我国还没有聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料专用水性闭孔涂料生产,事实证明聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料专用水性闭孔涂料有特殊要求,现广泛应用于聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料涂料是水性聚乙烯醇类的涂料,此种涂料缺陷:1、聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料表面的孔隙无法封闭,固含量太低,水份达90%;2、无法解决吸波材料掉碳粉、阻燃物析出、防吸湿;3、仅起个体装饰作用,由于无法封闭孔隙,导致色差明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供一种聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料专用水性闭孔涂料及其制备方法和应用,解决了原来水性聚乙烯醇类的涂料无法封闭孔隙掉碳粉、阻燃物析出、吸湿,孔隙封闭后并能解决整体色差问题。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料专用闭孔水性涂料,配方比例按重量份计如下:包括75-85份的丙烯酸酯乳液,15-25份的填料,2-5份的成膜助剂,4-7份的阻燃剂,1-3份的增稠剂,0.1-0.2份的防霉杀菌剂,0.4-0.6份的消泡剂,5-8份的异丙醇,10-20份的去离子水,2-5份的色浆。
所述填料为钛白粉和碳酸钙。
所述成膜助剂为醇酯十二。
所述阻燃剂为溴系阻燃剂。
所述增稠剂为非离子型缔合增稠剂。
所述防霉杀菌剂为氯甲基异噻唑啉酮。
所述消泡剂为TEGO Foamex 810。
所述聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料专用闭孔水性涂料的制备方法,步骤为:先将10-20份的去离子水、5-8份的异丙醇、50-56份的丙烯酸酯乳液依次加入到搅拌釜中,然后再依次加入2-5份的成膜助剂、4-7份的阻燃剂、0.1-0.2份的防霉杀菌剂、2-5份的色浆,在300-500r/min的速度搅拌下缓慢添加15-25份的填料,在800-1200r/min转速条件下高速分散30-50min,然后在500-700r/min转速条件下将剩余25-29份的丙烯酸酯乳液和0.4-0.6份的消泡剂加入到搅拌釜中,添加1-3份的增稠剂调节黏度至1000-3000cps时,即得到产品聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料专用闭孔水性涂料。
将所得聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料专用闭孔水性涂料涂覆在产品表面,涂膜厚度200-300μm,然后在30-50℃下固化50-30min。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制备的涂料应用于微波暗房吸波材料上面装饰封闭孔隙等,制作工艺简单、施工方式灵活,在30℃时50min可固化,涂膜黏附力强、色泽亮、涂膜完全封闭孔隙。

实施例1
一种聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料专用水性闭孔涂料,按重量份计原料如下:丙烯酸乳液80份、填料20份、成膜助剂4份、阻燃剂5份、0.1份的防霉杀菌剂、消泡剂0.5份、增稠剂2份、助剂3份、异丙醇7份、去离子水15份、色浆4份。
所述填料为钛白粉。所述成膜助剂为醇酯十二。所述阻燃剂为溴系阻燃剂。所述增稠剂为非离子型缔合增稠剂。所述防霉杀菌剂为氯甲基异噻唑啉酮。所述消泡剂为TEGO Foamex 810。
所述聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料专用闭孔水性涂料的制备方法,步骤为:先将15份的去离子水、7份的异丙醇、51份的丙烯酸酯乳液依次加入到搅拌釜中,然后再依次加入4份的成膜助剂、5份的阻燃剂、0.1份的防霉杀菌剂、4份的色浆,在400r/min的速度搅拌下缓慢添加20份的填料,在1000r/min转速条件下高速分散40min,然后在600r/min转速条件下将剩余29份的丙烯酸酯乳液和0.5份的消泡剂加入到搅拌釜中,添加2份的增稠剂调节黏度至2000cps时,即得到产品聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料专用闭孔水性涂料。
实施例2
一种聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料专用水性闭孔涂料,按重量份计原料如下:丙烯酸乳液85份、填料20份、成膜助剂2.8份、阻燃剂4.5份、0.15份的防霉杀菌剂、消泡剂0.4份、增稠剂1份、助剂1.2份、异丙醇7份、去离子水15份、色浆2份。
所述填料为钛白粉和碳酸钙。所述成膜助剂为醇酯十二。所述阻燃剂为溴系阻燃剂。所述增稠剂为非离子型缔合增稠剂。所述防霉杀菌剂为氯甲基异噻唑啉酮。所述消泡剂为TEGO Foamex 810。

一种聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料专用水性闭孔涂料,按重量份计原料如下:丙烯酸乳液75份、填料25份、成膜助剂2.8份、阻燃剂4.5份、增稠剂1份、助剂1.2份、0.2份的防霉杀菌剂、消泡剂0.6份、异丙醇7份、去离子水10份、色浆2.8份。

应用实施例1 刷涂
开罐后充分搅拌至均匀。用毛刷将涂料均匀的延同一方向涂刷,略微干燥后,表面如有不均匀的涂料用干净的棉布擦去,使已涂泡沫类吸波材料表面平整。泡沫类吸波材料表面涂刷到位,不留死角。
首先进行刷涂,正常干燥时间,标准环境(30℃,相对空气湿度50%)。然后进行表干,保持涂刷表面通风良好,时间20-25min;再进行实干,时间40-50min。表干后可再涂。
本操作方法直接涂刷、无须打底、无须稀释、搅拌均匀、涂刷二到三遍。无须设备投资,损耗小;缺点是美观性差,人工成本大,效益低。
本发明制备的涂料应用于微波暗房吸波材料上面装饰封闭孔隙等。
应用实施例2 喷涂
采用专用高压喷涂设备,正常干燥时间,标准环境(30℃,相对空气湿度50%)。表干:保持涂刷表面通风良好, 表干20-25min;实干40-50min;表干后可再涂。
开罐后充分搅拌至均匀;用高压喷枪将涂料均匀的喷涂,略微干燥后,表面如有不均匀的涂料用干净的棉布擦去,使已涂泡沫类吸波材料表面平整。泡沫类吸波材料表面喷涂到位,不留死角。
本操作方法采用直接喷涂、无须打底、无须稀释、搅拌均匀、喷涂刷二到三遍。其美观性好,人工成本低,效益高;缺点是需设备投资,损耗大。
本发明制备的涂料应用于微波暗房吸波材料上面装饰封闭孔隙等。

1.聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料专用闭孔水性涂料,其特征是配方比例按重量份计如下:包括75-85份的丙烯酸酯乳液,15-25份的填料,2-5份的成膜助剂,4-7份的阻燃剂,1-3份的增稠剂,0.1-0.2份的防霉杀菌剂,0.4-0.6份的消泡剂,5-8份的异丙醇,10-20份的去离子水,2-5份的色浆;
将上述原料混合搅拌即得产品聚氨酯泡沫类吸波材料专用闭孔水性涂料。
