Abstract

本发明公开了一种沟槽式金刚石串珠和金刚石绳锯，包括一钢丝绳与若干个金刚石串珠，相邻金刚石串珠之间通过注射橡胶(塑料)材料形成隔套层。其中金刚石串珠为圆形或正多边形，上有2-8道沟槽，这些沟槽可以起到减小切割阻力，携带冷却水，容屑，排屑的作用，实现金刚石绳锯高速切割。

本发明涉及金刚石工具领域。尤其是金刚石绳锯领域。
背景技术
金刚石串珠绳可广泛应用于大理石、花岗岩、砂岩等石材的开采切割，亦广泛应用于建筑施工领域，可进行房屋、桥梁、大型柱墩、水泥管道及水下建筑物切割。随着绳锯切割市场的发展，高效切割成为成为该领域发展的重点。近年来出现了电镀、钎焊等单层金刚石串珠，这些串珠串珠具有金刚石出刃高度高，容屑空间大的特点，切割效率高，但此类串珠寿命短不能满足市场需求。制造工艺难度亦很大。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术上的不足，提供了一种有沟槽的金刚石串珠和金刚石绳锯。
下面将对本发明技术方案加以简述：
1、本发明是针对电镀、钎焊金刚石串珠寿命短的缺点，提供一种高效率，低制造成本的具有沟槽的金刚石串珠和金刚石绳锯。
2、上述的金刚石绳锯，其特征在于：金刚石串珠(1)为圆形或正多边形的串珠。
3、上述的金刚石绳锯，其特征在于：圆形或正多边形的金刚石串珠上有2-8道沟槽。
4、上述的金刚石绳锯，其特征在于：有沟槽的串珠在切割时接触面小，可以储水、排屑，实现快速切割。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。专业的技术人员更容易理解本发明。
本发明金刚石绳锯可由以下方法制得：
如图4所示，沟槽式金刚石串珠和金刚石绳锯，它是在现有的烧结金刚石串珠的基础上对串珠结构改进制造而成。将混合好的原材料放入钢模中(制作钢模时即做成所设计的形状)冷压成型，制成了金刚石串珠生坯，将金刚石串珠生坯置入石墨模具(制作石墨模具时即做成所设计的形状)然后将生坯热压烧结成型。将上述烧结好的沟槽式金刚石串珠(1)穿到钢丝绳(3)上，在注胶机上，通过钢模将橡胶(或塑料)材料注射到钢丝绳上，形成隔套层(2)，制成的金刚石绳锯。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施例，但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此，凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动，均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。

Claims (2)

1.一种沟槽式金刚石串珠和金刚石绳锯，其特征在于：包括一钢丝绳(3)与若干个金刚石串珠(1)，相邻金刚石串珠注入橡胶(塑料)材料从而形成隔套层(2)，形成完整的金刚石串珠绳。其中金刚石串珠(1)为一种圆形或多边形有沟槽的串珠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种沟槽式金刚石串珠和金刚石绳锯，其特征在于：有沟槽的串珠在切割时接触面小，可以储水、排屑，实现快速切割。
