风湿骨病主要是由于风寒引起的血液循环不通畅，致使包括肌、韧带、滑囊、筋膜的营养供给不良导致的疾病。关节病变除有疼痛外尚伴有肿胀和活动障碍，呈发作与缓解交替的慢性病程，部分患者且可出现关节致残和内脏功能衰竭。 风湿骨病是缠绵难愈的慢性全身性疾病，尤以青壮年发病率较高（80%的患者年龄在20岁——45岁)1、初发时起病缓慢，患者先是几周内到几个月的疲倦乏力，体重减轻、胃纳不佳、低热和手足麻木刺痛等前驱症状。2、随后发生关节疼痛、僵硬、肿大周围皮肤温热、潮红自动和被动运动都引起疼痛。开始一、二个关节受累，往往是游走性。3、以后发展为对称性多关节炎从四肢远端的小关节开始再累及其它关节。其次为掌指、趾、腕、膝、肘、踝、肩和髋关节等，晨间关节僵硬，肌肉酸痛。4、随着风湿、类风湿关节炎病变的发展，患者不规则发热，脉搏加快，显著贫血，关节成僵硬而畸形，导致残废。膝、肘、手指、腕部成固定屈位，手指向外侧成半脱位，患者失去生活自理能力，终日不离床褥，不能动弹而极度痛苦。目前治疗风湿骨病的中西药物较多，但存在疗效较慢，需要一定时间，西药治疗大量激素、止痛药所带来的副作用，加重了肌体损害程度，或者治疗效果不佳，且难以根治的缺陷。
由于中医治疗疗效稳定，不易复发，大多数患者都选择中药来治疗。但是因为该类疾病发病机制十分复杂，单独应用任何一种药物都难以阻断这种多因素、多病理过程所致的疾病发展，因此需要使用两种或多种作用机制、影响途径和不良反应不同的药物联合应用，以期达到减轻疼痛、抑制滑膜炎症，防止关节损伤，维持长期缓解，达到远期改善、减轻毒性的目的。虽然目前临床上有许多治疗类风湿、肌肉劳损、骨关节炎等病症的中药制剂，虽然具有一定疗效，但是缺乏整体治疗。例如CN201310674909.0 公开的一种治疗风湿骨病的中药组合物中记载的中药制剂的药品稳定性不好且气味重，沙粒感强，患者顺应性差，剂量不易控制。例如CN201410243981.2 公开的治疗风湿骨病的中药组合物及其制剂和制备方法中所记载的药物虽然具有较好的疗效，但它治疗效果还是不大明显，治疗周期比较长，还需辅入其它药物治疗，且存在间断的复发性较大。而因此，迫切需要寻找一种易吸收、药效好、无毒无副作用的治疗风湿骨病的中药制剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗风湿骨病的中药制剂及其制备方法，具有见效快、疗效显著、治疗范围广的特点，可有效解决风湿骨病的治疗问题，且制备工艺独到，方法简单，生产成本低。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供了一种治疗风湿骨病的中药制剂，该中药制剂由以下重量份配比的原料制成：茯苓10-15份、续断15 -20份、鸡血藤20-25份、补骨脂15-20份、当归15-20份、 三七8-10份、寻骨风8-10份、小茴香14-16份、木香20-30份、全蝎25-35份、松节5-10份、附子25-35份、杜仲10-15份、 伸筋草10-18份、金银花25-30份、西洋参25-30份、丁香20-25份、翼首草3-10份和藕节3-10份。
该中药制剂由以下重量份配比的原料制成：茯苓10份、续断15 份、鸡血藤20份、补骨脂15份、当归15份、 三七8份、寻骨风8份、小茴香14份、木香20份、全蝎25份、松节5份、附子25份、杜仲10份、 伸筋草10份、金银花25份、西洋参25份、丁香20份、翼首草3份和藕节3份。
该中药制剂由以下重量份配比的原料制成：茯苓15份、续断20份、鸡血藤25份、补骨脂20份、当归20份、 三七10份、寻骨风10份、小茴香16份、木香30份、全蝎35份、松节10份、附子35份、杜仲15份、 伸筋草18份、金银花30份、西洋参30份、丁香25份、翼首草10份和藕节10份。

所述中药制剂制成药剂学上的水剂。
一种治疗风湿骨病的中药制剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤 ： （1）将组方中各组分药物研磨粉碎制成药粉； （2）将步骤（1）中所得药粉混合均匀，用温度为25-35℃的清水浸泡12小时，用水量为所述药粉重量的3-6倍； （3）先用武火熬炼10-15分钟，然后文火加热，沸腾持续0.5-3h后，过滤药渣，得药液； （4）将步骤（3）所得药液无菌灌装，即可得水剂。
步骤（1）中药粉的细度为80-120目。
步骤（3）中文火加热，沸腾持续0.5-1.5h。
本发明的有益效果是：该中药制剂经过潜心研究，严格加工、精密配伍，组方严谨，标本同治，而且无毒无明显副作用，治疗效果好，可避免手术痛苦，更大的节省了医疗费用和缩短了治疗时间，更大地造福于社会，也给患者和家属带来了方便。同时本制备方法工艺独到，方法简单，成本低，节能环保。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种治疗风湿骨病的中药制剂，该中药制剂由以下重量份配比的原料制成：茯苓10-15份、续断15 -20份、鸡血藤20-25份、补骨脂15-20份、当归15-20份、 三七8-10份、寻骨风8-10份、小茴香14-16份、木香20-30份、全蝎25-35份、松节5-10份、附子25-35份、杜仲10-15份、 伸筋草10-18份、金银花25-30份、西洋参25-30份、丁香20-25份、翼首草3-10份和藕节3-10份。
其制备方法如下： （1）将组方中各组分药物研磨粉碎制成细度为80-120目的药粉； （2）将步骤（1）中所得药粉混合均匀，用温度为25-35℃的清水浸泡12小时，用水量为所述药粉重量的3-6倍； （3）先用武火熬炼10-15分钟，然后文火加热，沸腾持续0.5-3h后，过滤药渣，得药液； （4）将步骤（3）所得药液无菌灌装，即可得中药制剂（水剂）。

一种治疗风湿骨病的中药制剂，该中药制剂由以下重量份配比的原料制成：茯苓15份、续断20份、鸡血藤25份、补骨脂20份、当归20份、 三七10份、寻骨风10份、小茴香16份、木香30份、全蝎35份、松节10份、附子35份、杜仲15份、 伸筋草18份、金银花30份、西洋参30份、丁香25份、翼首草10份和藕节10份。
其制备方法如下： （1）将组方中各组分药物研磨粉碎制成细度为120目的药粉； （2）将步骤（1）中所得药粉混合均匀，用温度为35℃的清水浸泡12小时，用水量为所述药粉重量的6倍； （3）先用武火熬炼15分钟，然后文火加热，沸腾持续3h后，过滤药渣，得药液； （4）将步骤（3）所得药液无菌灌装，即可得中药制剂（水剂）。
实施例4
一种治疗风湿骨病的中药制剂，该中药制剂由以下重量份配比的原料制成：茯苓12份、续断18份、鸡血藤22份、补骨脂18份、当归17份、 三七9份、寻骨风9份、小茴香15份、木香25份、全蝎30份、松节8份、附子30份、杜仲13份、 伸筋草14份、金银花28份、西洋参28份、丁香23份、翼首草6份和藕节7份。
其制备方法如下： （1）将组方中各组分药物研磨粉碎制成细度为100目的药粉； （2）将步骤（1）中所得药粉混合均匀，用温度为30℃的清水浸泡12小时，用水量为所述药粉重量的4.5倍； （3）先用武火熬炼12分钟，然后文火加热，沸腾持续1.5h后，过滤药渣，得药液； （4）将步骤（3）所得药液无菌灌装，即可得中药制剂（水剂）。
实施例5
本临床试验100例，选择确诊的风湿骨病患者，均来源于门诊病历，其中男性60例女性40例；年龄25-40岁50例，年龄41-84岁50例；
治疗方法：口服本发明中药制剂（水剂）每次10毫升，每日2次，半月为一疗程，共2-3个疗程。 疗效判定标准：以症状改变程度为疗效判定标准。
观察结果： 用本发明药物，治疗风湿骨病患者100例，取得了较好的临床疗效，治愈89例，显效10例，无效1例，有效率达到99%，所有病历均无不良反应。对临床治愈人员随机抽查20人，随访2年未见复发。 用药期间未发现局部及全身过敏现象，用药安全。
典型病例举例：
病历1：吴某某 男54岁 ，诊断为类风湿急性活动期，服用本药物第三天，症状逐渐缓解。一疗程后症状消失，持续服用水剂到第二疗程，以巩固疗效，现完全康复，情绪乐观。
病例2：张某某，男65岁，南京市人，职业：工人。诊断：类风湿病，服用水剂一周后症状好转，酸胀症状减轻，服用此药物2疗程，临床治愈，活动自如，能正常从事劳动。
病例3 李某某 女38岁 连云港市人，诊断：类风湿病。服用水剂服用一个周后，临床治愈。
病例4 于某某 男44岁，就诊某医院诊断“类风湿关节炎”，经治疗效果不佳，就诊我院ｘ线检查显示关节边缘有骨刺形成、关节间隙变窄，诊断:骨性关节炎;服用2个疗程，关节症状消失，化验指标正常。随访至今，关节无症状，临床治愈。

1.一种治疗风湿骨病的中药制剂，其特征在于该中药制剂由以下重量份配比的原料制成：茯苓10-15份、续断15 -20份、鸡血藤20-25份、补骨脂15-20份、当归15-20份、 三七8-10份、寻骨风8-10份、小茴香14-16份、木香20-30份、全蝎25-35份、松节5-10份、附子25-35份、杜仲10-15份、 伸筋草10-18份、金银花25-30份、西洋参25-30份、丁香20-25份、翼首草3-10份和藕节3-10份。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的治疗风湿骨病的中药制剂，其特征在于该中药制剂由以下重量份配比的原料制成：茯苓10份、续断15 份、鸡血藤20份、补骨脂15份、当归15份、 三七8份、寻骨风8份、小茴香14份、木香20份、全蝎25份、松节5份、附子25份、杜仲10份、 伸筋草10份、金银花25份、西洋参25份、丁香20份、翼首草3份和藕节3份。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的治疗风湿骨病的中药制剂，其特征在于 该中药制剂由以下重量份配比的原料制成：茯苓15份、续断20份、鸡血藤25份、补骨脂20份、当归20份、 三七10份、寻骨风10份、小茴香16份、木香30份、全蝎35份、松节10份、附子35份、杜仲15份、 伸筋草18份、金银花30份、西洋参30份、丁香25份、翼首草10份和藕节10份。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的治疗风湿骨病的中药制剂，其特征在于该中药制剂由以下重量份配比的原料制成：茯苓12份、续断18份、鸡血藤22份、补骨脂18份、当归17份、 三七9份、寻骨风9份、小茴香15份、木香25份、全蝎30份、松节8份、附子30份、杜仲13份、 伸筋草14份、金银花28份、西洋参28份、丁香23份、翼首草6份和藕节7份。
5.根据权利要求 1-4 中任一项所述的治疗风湿骨病的中药制剂，其特征在于：所述中药制剂制成药剂学上的水剂。
6.一种权利要求 5 所述的治疗风湿骨病的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于 ，包括以下步骤 ： （1）将组方中各组分药物研磨粉碎制成药粉； （2）将步骤（1）中所得药粉混合均匀，用温度为25-35℃的清水浸泡12小时，用水量为所述药粉重量的3-6倍； （3）先用武火熬炼10-15分钟，然后文火加热，沸腾持续0.5-3h后，过滤药渣，得药液； （4）将步骤（3）所得药液无菌灌装，即可得水剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的治疗风湿骨病的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于 ：步骤（1）中药粉的细度为80-120目。
8.根据权利要求6所述的治疗风湿骨病的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于 ：步骤（3）中文火加热，沸腾持续0.5-1.5h。
