淀粉是人类生活中常见的食品,淀粉,既可以做成面食,还可以在烹饪时作为调料添加到菜品中,提升菜品的口感。但淀粉口味单一,食品较少,不能够满足需要,因此需要添加剂来调节淀粉食品。但同时随着人们更加的关注健康和食品添加剂问题的不断出现,各种食品添加剂成为了人们关注的焦点。因此,需要一种高效的添加剂,既能够满足使用需要,又绿色环保。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种改进的淀粉类食品添加剂,能够提高食品的新鲜度,提高口感、增强食欲,可用于多种淀粉类食品。
