本发明公开一种通信用耐气候数据软电缆,其第一护套层包覆于2根铜导体外表面,第二护套层包覆于钢丝外表面;第一护套层由位于内侧的聚氯乙烯层和位于外侧的热塑性聚氨酯层组成;热塑性聚氨酚弹性体80~100份,低密度聚乙烯10~20份,乙烯丙烯酸乙酯8~15份,乙烯丁烯共聚物5~10份,二氧化硅4~8份,丁腈复合物8~20份,氯化聚乙烯5~10份,锡酸锌5~15份,氢氧化镁5~12份,复合钼抑烟剂2~8份,蒙脱土1~5份,钙锌复合稳定剂1~3份,双(3,5‑三级丁基‑4‑羟基苯基)硫醚1~3份,硬脂酸锌2~4份。本发明提高了耐气候性和阻燃性能,同时也避免了分层现象,改善了聚氯乙烯层、热塑性聚氨酯层接触面相容性和粘接牢度,提高了产品性能的可靠性和使用寿命。

通信用耐气候数据软电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种数据线缆,尤其涉及一种通信用耐气候数据软电缆。
背景技术
现有通信用数据线缆护套绝缘性能差,容易老化,机械性能耐环境性能差。主要存在以下技术问题:(1)在要求同时提高绝缘性能、耐气候性和阻燃性能等多种指标时,难以同时兼顾到,往往导致其中部分指标下降或难提高;(2)电缆在受到拉力撕开时,受力点都会集中,电缆很容易就被分离,易破坏电缆的缆芯;(3)热稳定性和耐辐照的特性较差,绝缘性能、表面耐磨性和表面硬度,也有待改善。如何解决上述技术问题成为本领域技术人员努力的方向。
发明内容
本发明提供一种通信用耐气候数据软电缆,此通信用耐气候数据软电缆提高了耐气候性和阻燃性能,同时也避免了由于材料差异性较大,导致的分层现象,改善了聚氯乙烯层、热塑性聚氨酯层接触面相容性和粘接牢度,提高了产品性能的可靠性和使用寿命。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种通信用耐气候数据软电缆,包括钢丝和4根包覆有聚乙烯层的芯线,此芯线由位于中心的聚乙烯条和绞合于聚乙烯条外表面的6根铜导体组成;
第一护套层包覆于2根所述铜导体外表面,第二护套层包覆于钢丝外表面;一条形连接部位于第一护套层和第二护套层之间,此条形连接部左、右两侧均设有V形凹槽;所述第一护套层由位于内侧的聚氯乙烯层和位于外侧的热塑性聚氨酯层组成,第一聚乙烯绳、第二聚乙烯绳位于条形连接部内部且分别位于V形凹槽两侧;所述聚乙烯层内沿周向分布有若干个气孔;
所述热塑性聚氨酯层由以下组分组成:
热塑性聚氨酯弹性体 80~100份,
熔融指数为1~8g/10min的低密度聚乙烯 10~20份,
乙烯丙烯酸乙酯 8~15份,
乙烯丁烯共聚物 5~10份,
二氧化硅 4~8份,
丁腈复合物 8~20份,
氯化聚乙烯 5~10份,
锡酸锌 5~15份,
氢氧化镁 5~12份,
复合钼抑烟剂 2~8份,
蒙脱土 1~5份,
钙锌复合稳定剂 1~3份,
双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚 1~3份,
硬脂酸锌 2~4份。
上述技术方案中进一步的改进技术方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述热塑性聚氨酯层由以下组分组成:
热塑性聚氨酯弹性体 85~95份,
熔融指数为1~8g/10min的低密度聚乙烯 12~18份,
乙烯丙烯酸乙酯 10~14份,
乙烯丁烯共聚物 6~8份,
二氧化硅 4~8份,
丁腈复合物 12~18份,
氯化聚乙烯 6~9份,
锡酸锌 7~12份,
氢氧化镁 5~12份,
复合钼抑烟剂 3~8份,
蒙脱土 1~5份,
钙锌复合稳定剂 1~3份,
双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚 1~3份,
硬脂酸锌 2~4份。
2. 上述方案中,所述聚氯乙烯层与热塑性聚氨酯层接触的表面沿周向均匀分布有若干个凸块。
3. 上述方案中,所述聚氯乙烯层与热塑性聚氨酯层接触的表面沿周向均匀分布有若干个凸块。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1. 本发明通信用耐气候数据软电缆,所述第一护套层由位于内侧的聚氯乙烯层和位于外侧的热塑性聚氨酯层组成,热塑性聚氨酯层包括热塑性聚氨酯弹性体80~100份,搭配的熔融指数为1~8g/10min的低密度聚乙烯10~20份,乙烯丙烯酸乙酯8~15份,钙锌复合稳定剂1~3份,双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚1~3份,硬脂酸锌2~4份,乙烯丁烯共聚物5~10份,二氧化硅4~8份,氯化聚乙烯5~10份,使得第一护套层综合了各自的优点,提高了耐气候性和阻燃性能,同时也避免了由于材料差异性较大,导致的分层现象,改善了聚氯乙烯层、热塑性聚氨酯层接触面相容性和粘接牢度,提高了产品性能的可靠性和使用寿命;其次,其提高了第一护套层热稳定性效果、耐辐照的特性,同时提高了绝缘性能、表面耐磨性和表面硬度,表面雾面哑光效果优良并降低材料的收缩率。
2. 本发明通信用耐气候数据软电缆,其第一护套层中位于聚氯乙烯层外表面的热塑性聚氨酯层进一步含有锡酸锌5~15份,氢氧化镁5~12份,复合钼抑烟剂2~8份,蒙脱土1~5份并与其它组分协同作用,丁腈复合物8~20份,大提高了材料阻燃性能,代表阻燃性的氧指数极高,并且使得材料在燃烧时具有良好的成炭效果,形成了稳定的中空复合炭结构,阻止了材料的二次燃烧和火焰传播。
3. 本发明通信用耐气候数据软电缆,其芯线由位于中心的聚乙烯条和绞合于聚乙烯条外表面的6根铜导体组成在保证自承电缆抗拉强度的基础上,通过采用在脖子中间的两侧各增加一道V型凹槽,第一聚乙烯绳、第二聚乙烯绳位于条形连接部内部且分别位于V形凹槽两侧,电缆在受到拉力撕开时,受力点都会集中在V型凹槽部分,电缆很容易就被分离,并且不会破坏电缆的缆芯;其次,所述第一护套层由位于内侧的聚氯乙烯层和位于外侧的热塑性聚氨酯层组成,所述聚氯乙烯层与热塑性聚氨酯层接触的表面沿周向均匀分布有若干个凸块,外护套层内均有含有若干个空洞,在拉力作用下,既实现了高绝缘,也实现了耐腐蚀,且护套层不分离或分层,提高了产品的可靠性和寿命,也而改善了线缆的传输性能,又提高了柔韧性,防止频繁弯曲造成聚氯乙烯层、热塑性聚氨酯层开裂或分层。

实施例:一种通信用耐气候数据软电缆,包括钢丝1和4根包覆有聚乙烯层21的芯线2,此芯线2由位于中心的聚乙烯条10和绞合于聚乙烯条10外表面的6根铜导体11组成;
第一护套层3包覆于2根所述铜导体2外表面,第二护套层4包覆于钢丝1外表面;一条形连接部5位于第一护套层3和第二护套层4之间,此条形连接部5左、右两侧均设有V形凹槽6;所述第一护套层3由位于内侧的聚氯乙烯层31和位于外侧的热塑性聚氨酯层32组成,第一聚乙烯绳81、第二聚乙烯绳82位于条形连接部5内部且分别位于V形凹槽6两侧;所述聚乙烯层21内沿周向分布有若干个气孔9。
上述聚氯乙烯层31与热塑性聚氨酯层32接触的表面沿周向均匀分布有若干个凸块7;上述聚氯乙烯层31表面的凸块7数量为8个

1.一种通信用耐气候数据软电缆,其特征在于:包括钢丝(1)和4根包覆有聚乙烯层(21)的芯线(2),此芯线(2)由位于中心的聚乙烯条(10)和绞合于聚乙烯条(10)外表面的6根铜导体(11)组成;
第一护套层(3)包覆于4 根所述芯线(2)外表面,第二护套层(4)包覆于钢丝(1)外表面;一条形连接部(5)位于第一护套层(3)和第二护套层(4)之间,此条形连接部(5)左、右两侧均设有V形凹槽(6);所述第一护套层(3)由位于内侧的聚氯乙烯层(31)和位于外侧的热塑性聚氨酯层(32)组成,第一聚乙烯绳(81)、第二聚乙烯绳(82)位于条形连接部(5)内部且分别位于V形凹槽(6)两侧;所述聚乙烯层(21)内沿周向分布有若干个气孔(9);
所述热塑性聚氨酯层(32)由以下组分组成:
热塑性聚氨酯弹性体 80~100份,
熔融指数为1~8g/10min的低密度聚乙烯 10~20份,
乙烯丙烯酸乙酯 8~15份,
乙烯丁烯共聚物 5~10份,
二氧化硅 4~8份,
丁腈复合物 8~20份,
