Abstract
本发明公开了一种高分子环保阻燃电缆,包括绞合软导体、绝缘层和外护层,所述外护层包括铠甲层以及包裹于铠甲层外部的外套层;所述绝缘层内包覆绞合软导体,所述绝缘层外部包覆外护层,所述绞合软导体外包覆有一层阻燃包覆层,所述绝缘层为由多个粉末状阻燃物混合而成的混合型阻燃填充层,该高分子环保阻燃电缆采用高分子环保材料制成,不但阻燃效果好,而且对人体无毒无害,同时制作工艺简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,尤其涉及一种高分子环保阻燃电缆,属于阻燃电缆技术领域。
背景技术
阻燃电缆是电缆产品的一个分支,阻燃电线电缆具有特殊的阻燃,低发烟和有毒烟雾抑制性能,除了需要的属性为694:1990。 发生火灾时,普通聚氯乙烯绝缘电线,浓黑的烟雾和有毒气体所产生的的盐酸气体,对人体呼吸道具有的致命的损害度,同时还阻碍了救援行动。阻燃电缆适用于固定敷设在交流50Hz、电压等级在1kV及以下的输配电线路上作输送电能用;主要用于如酒店,银行,医院,工厂,商业与住宅的综合布线等阻燃要求较高的场合。由于阻燃电缆较高的阻燃要求,因此在配方上势必用到各类阻燃材料和阻燃助剂,现在的情况来看,卤和具有协同效应的卤—锑系统在世界阻燃剂用量中已占据主要份额,其中用量最大的是溴系阻燃剂,主要有四溴双酚A、十溴联苯醚、四溴邻苯二甲酚酐、二溴新戊二醇,据瑞士科学家报道,多溴二苯醚燃烧时,生成有毒致癌的多溴代二苯并二口恶烷及二苯并呋喃,反对卤化物作为阻燃剂的声音近几年来不绝于耳,有关含卤化物的阻燃剂带来的环境安全问题在些地方引起了广泛的关注,因此,阻燃材料绿色化势在必行。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题,提出一种高分子环保阻燃电缆,该高分子环保阻燃电缆采用高分子环保材料制成,不但阻燃效果好,而且对人体无毒无害,同时制作工艺简单。
为达到上述技术目的,本发明采用了一种高分子环保阻燃电缆,包括绞合软导体、绝缘层和外护层,所述外护层包括铠甲层以及包裹于铠甲层外部的外套层;所述绝缘层内包覆绞合软导体,所述绝缘层外部包覆外护层,所述绞合软导体外包覆有一层阻燃包覆层,所述绝缘层为由多个粉末状阻燃物混合而成的混合型阻燃填充层。
作为本发明之优选,所述阻燃包覆层由复合式阻燃橡胶和贝壳粉合成。
作为本发明之进一步优选,所述混合型阻燃填充层由贝壳粉、水镁粉、硅藻土、蒙脱土、聚氨酯泡沫阻燃剂按照一定的比例混合制成。
作为本发明之改进,所述外套层外部涂覆有一层阻燃涂层。
作为本发明之更进一步优选,所述复合式阻燃橡胶由氯丁橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯和硅橡胶组成,所述氯丁橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、硅橡胶和贝壳粉合成比例为8比2。
作为本发明之更进一步优选,所述贝壳粉、水镁粉、硅藻土、蒙脱土和聚氨酯泡沫阻燃剂之间的比例为9比1。
作为本发明之更进一步优选,所述阻燃涂层为聚多巴胺合成涂层。
采用上述结构和配方后,本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明采用多种天然材料作为阻燃材料,如 贝壳粉、水镁粉、硅藻土、蒙脱土等,不但阻燃效果好,而且环保无毒;
2、本发明的每个结构层的材料组成配方都较为简单,不但节省了材料成本,还提高了加工效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。
由图1可知,一种高分子环保阻燃电缆,包括绞合软导体1、绝缘层2和外护层,在本发明中,外护层包括铠甲层3以及包裹于铠甲层3外部的外套层4;在绝缘层2内包覆绞合软导体1,该绝缘层2外部由内到外分别包覆铠甲层3及外套层4,作为本发明的重大改进之处,在外套层4外部涂覆有一层阻燃涂层6,本发明中,优选的阻燃涂层6为聚多巴胺合成涂层,聚多巴胺从深海贝类中提取,合成图层后不但环保,而且具有非常好的阻燃效果。
在本发明中,绝缘层2为由多个粉末状阻燃物混合而成的混合型阻燃填充层。在本发明中,优选的混合型阻燃填充层由贝壳粉、水镁粉、硅藻土、蒙脱土、聚氨酯泡沫阻燃剂按照一定的比例混合制成。
在上述实施例中,所提到的贝壳粉、水镁粉、硅藻土、蒙脱土和聚氨酯泡沫阻燃剂之间的比例为9比1。
当然,在实际应用中,贝壳粉、水镁粉、硅藻土、蒙脱土和聚氨酯泡沫阻燃剂之间的比例也可以为8比2。
在实际应用中,贝壳粉、水镁粉、硅藻土、蒙脱土和聚氨酯泡沫阻燃剂之间的比例也可以为7.5比2.5。
在绞合软导体1外包覆有一层阻燃包覆层5,在本发明中,阻燃包覆层5由复合式阻燃橡胶和贝壳粉合成,这里所提到的复合式阻燃橡胶由氯丁橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯和硅橡胶组成,并且氯丁橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、硅橡胶和贝壳粉合成比例为8比2。
当然,上面所提到的复合式阻燃橡胶也可以是由氯丁橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯和硅橡胶中的两种、或三种的任意组合。
总体来说,本发明采用多种天然材料作为阻燃材料,如 贝壳粉、水镁粉、硅藻土、蒙脱土等,不但阻燃效果好,而且环保无毒;本发明的每个结构层的材料组成配方都较为简单,不但节省了材料成本,还提高了加工效率。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种高分子环保阻燃电缆,包括绞合软导体、绝缘层和外护层,所述外护层包括铠甲层以及包裹于铠甲层外部的外套层;所述绝缘层内包覆绞合软导体,所述绝缘层外部包覆外护层,其特征在于,所述绞合软导体外包覆有一层阻燃包覆层,所述绝缘层为由多个粉末状阻燃物混合而成的混合型阻燃填充层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高分子环保阻燃电缆,其特征在于,所述阻燃包覆层由复合式阻燃橡胶和贝壳粉合成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高分子环保阻燃电缆,其特征在于,所述混合型阻燃填充层由贝壳粉、水镁粉、硅藻土、蒙脱土、聚氨酯泡沫阻燃剂按照一定的比例混合制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高分子环保阻燃电缆,其特征在于,所述外套层外部涂覆有一层阻燃涂层。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种高分子环保阻燃电缆,其特征在于,所述复合式阻燃橡胶由氯丁橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯和硅橡胶组成,所述氯丁橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、硅橡胶和贝壳粉合成比例为8比2。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种高分子环保阻燃电缆,其特征在于,所述贝壳粉、水镁粉、硅藻土、蒙脱土和聚氨酯泡沫阻燃剂之间的比例为9比1。
7.如权利要求3所述的一种高分子环保阻燃电缆,其特征在于,所述阻燃涂层为聚多巴胺合成涂层。
