Abstract

一种管束干燥机用动力传动结构,包括干燥机底座、设置于干燥机底座上的减速机底座以及电机底座,所述电机、减速机各自安装在电机底座、减速机底座上,所述电机输出轴上套接有小带轮,所述减速机输入轴上上套接有大带轮,大小带轮间连接有皮带,减速机输出轴上套接有小齿轮,小齿轮与套接于传动轴上的大齿轮啮合。减少了传动部件,降低了制造成本,减少了传动机构的维护点,缩短了传动机构的整体尺寸,从而减少了管束干燥机的占地面积。

 本发明是关于GZG型管束干燥机的动力传动结构,属机械设备技术领域。 
背景技术
 GZG型管束干燥机动力传动结构是保证管束干燥机正常运行的动力传输系统,传统的GZG型管束干燥机传动机构是电动机底座和减速机底座固定在管束干燥机底座上,电动机和减速机固定在相应的底座上,电动机通过带轮和皮带带动减速机输入轴,减速机输出轴带动联轴器,联轴器带动装有轴承、轴承座和小齿轮的小齿轮轴,小齿轮轴带动小齿轮,小齿轮带动大齿轮,大齿轮通过大齿轮锥套带动传动轴。此传动结构由于有联轴器和小齿轮轴及小齿轮轴上的轴承、轴承座等零、部件,制造成本较高,结构复杂,润滑维护点多,使整机轴向尺寸加大。 
发明内容
本发明正是为了克服上述不足,提供了一种制造成本较低,润滑维护点少,结构紧凑的GZG型管束干燥机用新型传动结构。 
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种管束干燥机用动力传动结构,包括干燥机底座、设置于干燥机底座上的减速机底座以及电机底座,所述电机、减速机各自安装在电机底座、减速机底座上,其特征在于所述电机输出轴上套接有小带轮,所述减速机输入轴上上套接有大带轮,大小带轮间连接有皮带,减速机输出轴上套接有小齿轮,小齿轮与套接于传动轴上的大齿轮啮合。 
作为优选,减速机机箱为铸钢。 
作为优选,传动轴上套接有大齿轮锥套,大齿轮锥套与大齿轮中心孔过盈配合连接。 
本发明的有益效果:本发明的主要创新在于GZG型管束干燥机用新型传动结构,去掉了传统GZG型管束干燥机传动结构的联轴器,小齿轮轴和小齿轮轴上所带的轴承和轴承座,把小齿轮直接安装在减速机输出轴上,减少了传动部件,降低了制造成本,减少了传动机构的维护点,缩短了传动机构的整体尺寸,从而减少了管束干燥机的占地面积。 
作为本发明结构的技术保证,对减速机的输出轴部分进行了加强。

具体实施方式
一种管束干燥机用动力传动结构,包括干燥机底座001、设置于干燥机底座001上的减速机底座002以及电机底座003,所述电机031、减速机021各自安装在电机底座003、减速机底座002上,所述电机031输出轴上套接有小带轮032,所述减速机021输入轴上上套接有大带轮022,大小带轮(032、022)间连接有皮带004,减速机021输出轴上套接有小齿轮005,小齿轮005与套接于传动轴006上的大齿轮007啮合。减速机021机箱为铸钢。传动轴006上套接有大齿轮锥套008,大齿轮锥套008与大齿轮007中心孔过盈配合连接。

1.一种管束干燥机用动力传动结构,包括干燥机底座、设置于干燥机底座上的减速机底座以及电机底座,所述电机、减速机各自安装在电机底座、减速机底座上,其特征在于所述电机输出轴上套接有小带轮,所述减速机输入轴上上套接有大带轮,大小带轮间连接有皮带,减速机输出轴上套接有小齿轮,小齿轮与套接于传动轴上的大齿轮啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种管束干燥机用动力传动结构,其特征在于减速机机箱为铸钢。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种管束干燥机用动力传动结构,其特征在于传动轴上套接有大齿轮锥套,大齿轮锥套与大齿轮中心孔过盈配合连接。
