Abstract
本发明涉及一种污泥热解气化处理工艺及一种污泥热解气化处理系统。其目的是为了提供一种工艺简单、占地面积小、成本低、安全环保的污泥处理工艺和设备。本发明包括多段炉、污泥脱水机、余热锅炉、后燃烧室、洗气塔和气体发电机,将污泥和生活垃圾分别经过污泥脱水机脱水和分类后输送到多段炉中进行热解,通过控制多段炉的温度和进氧量使污泥和生活垃圾充分热解,热解后得到固态产物和气态产物。含氮、钾的固态产物对外排出制成有机肥,含氮、硫、碳、氢的气态产物依次经过后燃烧室、余热锅炉、布袋除尘器、洗气塔,分别去除气态产物中的有害气体、水分和颗粒杂质,最终得到甲烷、乙炔和乙烷等可燃气体,并通入到气体发电机中用于发电。

背景技术
[0002]目前国内污泥处理技术主要有两种:污泥厌氧消化技术和污泥堆肥技术。
[0003] 污泥厌氧消化技术是指污泥在无氧条件下,由兼性菌和厌氧细菌将污泥中的可生物降解的有机物分解成二氧化碳、甲烷和水等,使污泥得到稳定的过程,是污泥减量化、稳定化的常用手段之一。目前,国内很多污水处理厂都设置了污泥厌氧消化处理设施,但是仍在正常运行的并不多。究其原因:首先,污泥厌氧消化技术处理污泥的投资较大,我国污泥消化处理的相关工程经验也不多,大型的污泥消化设备大都是从国外进口的,基础投资和运行成本较高。其次,污泥厌氧消化处理除需要投入大量资金建设消化装置之外,还需投入大量资金建设配套处理设施,污泥经厌氧消化后只能减量1/3到1/2左右的质量。从污泥处置的整个产业链角度来看,厌氧消化还没有达到最终处置的目的,还会留下大量剩余污泥残渣需要通过其他技术进行处理。产生的消化液C0D (化学需氧量)浓度相当高,需建立配套的污水处理设施或者返回到污水处理厂进行处理。因此,建设消化处理工程不能仅仅考虑消化装置的投资和运行成本,还要考虑其他配套条件的投资和运行成本。第三,我国污泥的含砂量较高,有机质含量比欧美国家低,污泥的可生化性差,消化设备运行的稳定性、沼气产率等指标普遍都达不到国外的标准,所以在国外普遍使用的消化技术,在我国运行效果并不理想,因此也很难推广和普及。
[0004] 污泥堆肥技术一般分为好氧堆肥和厌氧堆肥两种。好氧堆肥是在有氧情况下有机物料的分解过程,其代谢产物主要是二氧化碳、水和热;厌氧堆肥是在无氧条件下有机物料的分解,其最后的产物是甲烷、二氧化碳和许多低分子量的中间产物,如有机酸等。厌氧堆肥于好氧堆肥相比较,单位质量的有机质降解产生的能量较少,而且厌氧堆肥通常容易发出臭气,因此几乎所有的堆肥工程系统都采用好氧堆肥。尽管污泥的好氧堆肥投资成本相对比较低但其有不容忽视的缺点:(1)污泥堆肥易受天气影响;(2)占地面积比较大;(3)堆肥周期比较长,静态堆肥周期18〜24天,动态堆肥周期10〜14天,因此不适宜大型污水处理厂的污泥处理;(4)多为敞开式堆肥,臭气问题始终无法解决,项目选址很困难;(5)因为重金属的富集,污泥堆肥肥料销路不好;(6)仅利用了好氧反应后剩余部分有机质,大量有机质转化为气体,未加利用,没有最大限度实现资源化。

[0006] 本发明一种污泥热解气化处理系统,包括多段炉、污泥脱水机、余热锅炉、后燃烧室、洗气塔和储气罐,污泥脱水机的出料口与多段炉顶端的物料进口连接,多段炉又包括主体外壳、中心轴、炉床、1巴臂和驱动电机,主体外壳的内壁上铺设有耐火层,在主体外壳的顶端和底端分别设置有密封盖,中心轴穿过主体外壳内部的第一空腔,中心轴顶端从主体外壳顶端的中间位置伸出,中心轴底端从主体外壳底端的中间位置伸出,驱动电机的驱动轴与中心轴底端的外壁连接,在位于第一空腔内部的中心轴上沿从上到下的方向均匀设置有6〜17层筛料装置,每层筛料装置又包括连接圆环、耙臂、耙齿和炉床,连接圆环套设在中心轴的外壁上,在每个连接圆环的外侧边缘处设置有至少一个连接端,连接端与耙臂的一端连接,耙臂的另一端靠近主体外壳的内壁,在耙臂的下端设置有耙齿,耙齿下方沿水平方向设置有炉床,炉床外侧边缘与主体外壳的内壁连接,炉床内侧边缘靠近中心轴,炉床内侧边缘与中心轴之间设置有第一落料孔,从上到下的各层筛料装置又可分为上部筛料装置、中部筛料装置和下部筛料装置,上部筛料装置的层数为2层〜7层,中部筛料装置的层数为1层〜7层,下部筛料装置的层数为3层,在位于上部筛料装置和中部筛料装置中奇数层的炉床的外侧边缘处开设有第二落料孔,并在炉床内侧边缘处的上端设置有凸筋,在位于下部筛料装置中的最上层炉床的外侧边缘处开设有第二落料孔,并在炉床内侧边缘处的上端设置有凸筋,下部筛料装置中的后两层炉床的外侧边缘处开设有第二落料孔,在主体外壳一侧的壳体上开设有6〜17个通气孔,在各通气孔处安装有氧传感器,在主体外壳另一侧的壳体上安装有多个点火器,在主体外壳顶端设置有排气烟®,中心轴顶端与排气烟囱连通,在主体外壳底端设置有排渣管道,多段炉顶端的热解气排出口与后燃烧室的进气口连通,在后燃烧室的侧壁上开设有天然气进气口和助燃风进气口,点火器和天然气进气口分别与天然气输送管道连接,通气孔和助燃风进气口分别通过输气管道与助燃空气风机连接,后燃烧室的侧壁上安装有氧传感器,后燃烧室的排气口与余热锅炉的进气口连接,余热锅炉的热解气排出口与布袋除尘器的进气口连接,布袋除尘器的出气口与洗气塔的进气口连接,洗气塔的排气口与储气罐的进气口连接。

[0028] 如图2所示,为本发明一种污泥热解气化处理系统的结构中多段炉的主视剖视图,包括主体外壳31、中心轴32、炉床33、耙臂34、驱动电机15和中心轴冷风机14。主体外壳31为钢板制成的竖直放置的圆筒形结构,主体外壳31的内壁上铺设有耐火层,在主体外壳31的顶端和底端分别设置有密封盖,主体外壳31底端还安装有支架46。在主体外壳31的中部沿竖直方向设置有圆管形结构的中心轴32,中心轴32穿过主体外壳31的内部第一空腔,中心轴32顶端从主体外壳31顶端的中间位置伸出,中心轴32顶端的侧壁上开设有热气排出口 47,热气排出口 47通过管道与多段炉1内部第一空腔的中部位置连通。中心轴32底端从主体外壳31底端的中间位置伸出,在中心轴32底端设置有驱动电机15和中心轴冷风机14,驱动电机15的驱动轴与中心轴32底端的外壁连接,在驱动电机15工作的情况下驱动轴能够带动中心轴32旋转,中心轴冷风机14的出风口通过管道与中心轴32内部的第二空腔连通,将冷却风输送到第二空腔内。在位于第一空腔内部的中心轴32上沿从上到下的方向依次设置有6〜17层筛料装置,上部筛料装置的层数为2层〜7层,中部筛料装置的层数为1层〜7层,下部筛料装置的层数为3层,本实施例选择10层筛料装置,上部筛料装置为第一层、第二层和第三层,中部筛料装置为第四层、第五层、第六层和第七层,下部筛料装置为第八层、第九层和第十层。每层筛料装置又包括连接圆环40、耙臂34、耙齿35和炉床33,连接圆环40套设在中心轴32的外壁上并能够以中心轴32为轴进行旋转,在每个连接圆环40的外侧边缘处均匀的设置有四个连接端,每个连接端分别与长条形耙臂34的一端连接,耙臂34的另一端靠近主体外壳31的内壁,在耙臂34的下端沿耙臂34的延伸方向并排设置有齿形结构的耙齿35,耙齿35下方沿水平方向设置有由耐火砖制成的圆环形结构炉床33,炉床33外侧边缘与主体外壳1的内壁连接,炉床33内侧边缘靠近中心轴32,炉床33内侧边缘与中心轴33之间设置有第一落料孔37。在从上到下的各层筛料装置中,第一层、第三层、第五层、第七层、第八层、第九层和第十层的炉床33的外侧边缘处开设有第二落料孔36,第一层、第三层、第五层、第七层和第八层的炉床33内侧边缘处的上端设置有凸筋38。在主体外壳1 一侧的壳体上沿竖直方向并排开设有与筛料装置层数相同的多个通气孔41,在各通气孔41处安装有氧传感器,能够对空气中的氧气含量进行检测,各通气孔41的开设高度分别与各筛料装置的安装高度相对应,使各通气孔41中通入的空气能够准确的分布到各层。在主体外壳31另一侧的壳体上沿竖直方向并排安装六个点火器39,各点火器39的点火端分别位于壳体外部,各点火器39的放电端位于壳体内部,六个点火器39的安装高度分别位于筛料装置第一层和第二层之间、第二层和第三层之间、第四层和第五层之间、第五层和第六层之间、第七层和第八层之间、第八层和第九层之间。在主体外壳1顶端的边缘位置还分别设置有与第一空腔内部连通的物料进口 44和排气烟囱42,中心轴32顶端与排气烟囱42侧壁上的进风口连接,使第二空腔与排气烟囱42内部相互连通。在主体外壳31底端设置有与第一空腔内部连通的排渣管道45。
[0029] 多段炉I对污泥进行煅烧处理的过程为:通过物料进口 44向第一空腔中不断加入脱水后的污泥,启动点火器39进行点火,对第二空腔内部进行加热升温,并通过十个通气孔41分别向第二空腔内通入空气,分别控制点火器39和通气速度分别对加热温度和进氧量进行调节,使上部筛料装置的温度保持在128°C〜288°C,进氧量占通入空气总量的28%〜49%;中部筛料装置的温度保持在340°C〜516°C,进氧量占通入空气总量的32%〜51% ;下部筛料装置的温度保持在360°C,进氧量占通入空气总量的25%〜38%,通过分别对各层温度和进氧量的控制使污泥在多段炉I内充分热解。同时打开驱动电机15和中心轴冷风机14,中心轴32在驱动轴的带动下进行旋转,中心轴冷风机14将冷却风从中心轴32底端通入到第二空腔内,对多段炉I进行降温,防止多段炉I内部温度集聚过高无法达到最好的加热效果。加入的污泥首先落在第一层筛料装置中的炉床33上,旋转的耙齿35将污泥均匀铺平在炉床33上,点火器39对污泥进行加热,随着污泥的不断加入,多余的污泥被耙齿35推向炉床33两侧的边缘处,由于第一层炉床33的内侧边缘处设置的凸筋38阻挡了污泥从第一落料孔37掉落,污泥从第二落料孔36掉落到第二层筛料装置中的炉床33上,第二层炉床33上的污泥加热后被耙齿35推向炉床33两侧的边缘处并从第一落料孔37掉落到第三层筛料装置中的炉床33上,在各层炉床33上加热后的污泥在耙齿35的推动下依次向下一层掉落,位于第一层、第三层、第五层、第七层和第八层的污泥分别通过各层的第二落料孔掉36落到下一层,位于第二层、第四层、第六层的污泥分别通过各层的第一落料孔37掉落到下一层,位于第九层和第十层的污泥分别通过第一落料孔37和第二落料孔36掉落到下一层。污泥在多段炉I内充分热解最终生成固态产物和第一气态产物,包含氮元素和钾元素的固态产物通过排渣管道45排出到多段炉I外部,生产成复合肥,包含氮元素、硫元素、碳元素和氢元素的第一气态产物通过排气烟® 42排出到多段炉I外部,并进行进一步的净化出去多余的氮元素和硫元素。

1.一种污泥热解气化处理系统,其特征在于:包括多段炉(I)、污泥脱水机(2)、余热锅炉(4)、后燃烧室(3)、洗气塔⑶和储气罐(10),污泥脱水机⑵的出料口与多段炉(I)顶端的物料进口连接,多段炉(I)又包括主体外壳(31)、中心轴(32)、炉床(33)、耙臂(34)和驱动电机(15),主体外壳(31)的内壁上铺设有耐火层,在主体外壳(31)的顶端和底端分别设置有密封盖,中心轴(32)穿过主体外壳(31)内部的第一空腔,中心轴(32)顶端从主体外壳(31)顶端的中间位置伸出,中心轴(32)底端从主体外壳(31)底端的中间位置伸出,驱动电机(15)的驱动轴与中心轴(32)底端的外壁连接,在位于第一空腔内部的中心轴(32)上沿从上到下的方向均匀设置有6〜17层筛料装置,每层筛料装置又包括连接圆环(40)、耙臂(34)、耙齿(35)和炉床(33),连接圆环(40)套设在中心轴(32)的外壁上,在每个连接圆环(40)的外侧边缘处设置有至少一个连接端,连接端与耙臂(34)的一端连接,耙臂(34)的另一端靠近主体外壳(31)的内壁,在耙臂(34)的下端设置有耙齿(35),耙齿(35)下方沿水平方向设置有炉床(33),炉床(33)外侧边缘与主体外壳(31)的内壁连接,炉床(33)内侧边缘靠近中心轴(32),炉床(33)内侧边缘与中心轴(32)之间设置有第一落料孔(37),从上到下的各层筛料装置又可分为上部筛料装置、中部筛料装置和下部筛料装置,上部筛料装置的层数为2层〜7层,中部筛料装置的层数为I层〜7层,下部筛料装置的层数为3层,在位于上部筛料装置和中部筛料装置中奇数层的炉床的外侧边缘处开设有第二落料孔(36),并在炉床(33)内侧边缘处的上端设置有凸筋(38),在位于下部筛料装置中的最上层炉床的外侧边缘处开设有第二落料孔(36),并在炉床(33)内侧边缘处的上端设置有凸筋(38),下部筛料装置中的后两层炉床的外侧边缘处开设有第二落料孔(36),在主体外壳(31) —侧的壳体上开设有6〜17个通气孔(41),在各通气孔(41)处安装有氧传感器,在主体外壳(31)另一侧的壳体上安装有多个点火器(39),在主体外壳(31)顶端设置有排气烟囱(42),中心轴(32)顶端与排气烟囱(42)连通,在主体外壳(31)底端设置有排渣管道(45),多段炉(I)顶端的热解气排出口与后燃烧室(3)的进气口连通,在后燃烧室(3)的侧壁上开设有天然气进气口和助燃风进气口,点火器(39)和天然气进气口分别与天然气输送管道连接,通气孔(41)和助燃风进气口分别通过输气管道与助燃空气风机(15)连接,后燃烧室⑶的侧壁上安装有氧传感器,后燃烧室⑶的排气口与余热锅炉⑷的进气口连接,余热锅炉(4)的热解气排出口与布袋除尘器(7)的进气口连接,布袋除尘器(7)的出气口与洗气塔⑶的进气口连接,洗气塔(9)的排气口与储气罐(10)的进气口连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种污泥热解气化处理系统,其特征在于:所述污泥热解气化处理系统还包括第一螺旋进料器(5)、刮板式输送机¢)、第二螺旋送料器(12)和气体发电机(11),第一螺旋进料器(5)和刮板式输送机(6)设置在污泥脱水机(2)和多段炉(I)之间,污泥脱水机⑵的出料口与第一螺旋送料器(5)的进料口连接,第一螺旋进料器(5)的出料口与刮板式输送机(6)的进料口连接,刮板式输送机(6)的出料口通过输送管路与多段炉⑴的物料进口连接,第二螺旋送料器(12)的进料口与多段炉⑴底端的排渣管道(45)连接,储气罐(10)的排气口与气体发电机(11)的气体输送端连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种污泥热解气化处理系统,其特征在于:所述污泥热解气化处理系统还包括旋风器(17)、分流器、第三螺旋送料器(21)和搅拌机(19),旋风器(17)的进料口与输送生活垃圾的管道连接,旋风器(17)的风力入口和后燃烧室(3)的风力入口分别与补风风机(22)的风力输出端连接,旋风器(17)的出料口与第一分流器(18)的入料端口连接,第一分流器(18)的两个出料端口分别与搅拌机(19)的进料口和第三螺旋送料器(21)的进料口连接,搅拌机(19)的出料口与第二分流器(20)的入料口连接,第二分流器(20)的两个出料口又分别与多段炉(I)的物料进口和第三螺旋送料器(21)的进料口连接,第三螺旋送料器(21)的出料口安装在多段炉(I)外壁的中部位置,并与多段炉(I)内部的炉床(33)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种污泥热解气化处理系统,其特征在于:所述中心轴(32)为内部设置有第二空腔的圆管形结构,中心轴(32)顶端的侧壁上开设的热气排出口(47)与多段炉(I)内部第一空腔的中部位置连通,在中心轴(32)底端还设置中心轴冷风机(14),中心轴冷风机(14)的出风口通过管道与中心轴(32)内部的第二空腔连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种污泥热解气化处理系统,其特征在于:所述筛料装置的数量为10层,从上到下第一层、第二层和第三层为上部筛料装置,第四层、第五层、第六层和第七层为中部筛料装置,第八层、第九层和第十层为下部筛料装置,第一层、第三层、第五层、第七层、第八层、第九层和第十层的炉床的外侧边缘处开设有第二落料孔(36),第一层、第三层、第五层、第七层和第八层的炉床(33)内侧边缘处的上端设置有凸筋(38),在主体外壳(31) —侧的壳体上开设通气孔(41)的数量为10个,各通气孔(41)沿竖直方向并排开设,各通气孔(41)的开设高度分别与各筛料装置的安装高度相对应,在主体外壳(31)另一侧的壳体上安装点火器(39)的数量为6个,各点火器(39)沿竖直方向并排安装,点火器(39)的点火端位于壳体外部,点火器(39)的放电端位于壳体内部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种污泥热解气化处理系统,其特征在于:所述6个点火器(39)的安装高度分别位于筛料装置第一层和第二层之间、第二层和第三层之间、第四层和第五层之间、第五层和第六层之间、第七层和第八层之间、第八层和第九层之间。
7.—种权利要求1中采用的污泥热解气化处理工艺,其特征在于:所述污泥热解气化处理工艺包括多个步骤: 步骤一:脱水前的污泥经过污泥脱水机(2)脱水后通过多段炉(I)进行热解,控制点火器(39)温度和通气速度,使上部筛料装置的温度保持在128°C〜288°C,进氧量占通入空气总量的28%〜49%;中部筛料装置的温度保持在340°C〜516°C,进氧量占通入空气总量的32%〜51%;下部筛料装置的温度保持在360°C,进氧量占通入空气总量的25%〜38%,污泥在多段炉(I)内热解生成固态产物和第一气态产物,主要含氮元素和钾元素的固态产物通过排渣管道(45)排出,并制成复合肥,主要含氮元素、硫元素、碳元素和氢元素的第一气态产物通过排气烟囱(42)排出到多段炉(I)外部; 步骤二:从多段炉(I)内部排出的第一气态产物进入后燃烧室(3)进行高温燃烧,对第一气态产物和空气的通入速度进行调节,保持进氧量占通入空气总量的48%〜68 %,第一气态产物在后燃烧室(3)内停留的时间为1.5s〜5.5s,剩余的第二气态产物主要含有碳元素和氢元素; 步骤三:将第二气态产物输送到余热锅炉(4)内进行加热,得到不含水分的第三气态产物; 步骤四:将第三气态产物通过布袋除尘器(7)进行除尘,得到去除了灰尘和颗粒杂质的第四气态产物; 步骤五:将第四气态产物通入洗气塔(8)进行洗气,进一步去除含硫的杂质气体后得到第五气态产物; 步骤六:将第五气态产物进行储存。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种污泥热解气化处理工艺,其特征在于:所述脱水前的污泥含水量为80%以下,经过污泥脱水机(2)脱水后的污泥依次经过第一螺旋送料器(5)和刮板式输送机(6)的输送到多段炉(I)内进行热解。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种污泥热解气化处理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中将生活垃圾依次经过旋风器(17)和搅拌机(19)进行混合,并依次经过第一分流器(18)和第二分流器(20)将生活垃圾分为易热解垃圾和不易热解垃圾,不易热解垃圾通过多段炉(I)顶端的物料进口输送到多段炉(I)内进行热解,易热解的垃圾通过第三螺旋送料器(21)输送到多段炉⑴内部中间位置的炉床(33)上进行热解。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种污泥热解气化处理工艺,其特征在于:所述上部筛料装置为第一层、第二层和第三层,中部筛料装置为第四层、第五层、第六层和第七层,下部筛料装置为第八层、第九层和第十层。
