技术领域
    本发明主要涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种汽车用憎水自洁防水涂料。
背景技术
    所谓涂料是指涂布于物体表面在一定的条件下能形成薄膜而起保护、装饰或其他特殊功能(绝缘、防锈、防霉、耐热等)的一类液体或固体材料。因早期的涂料大多以植物油为主要原料,故又称作油漆。现在合成树脂已大部分或全部取代了植物油,故称为涂料。涂料应用于生活中各个方面,涂料不仅要求粘结性强、耐候性好,抗性高,还要无毒无污染,因此不断提高涂料的综合质量对于改善人们生活水平,加快城市发展有很重大的意义。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种汽车用憎水自洁防水涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种汽车用憎水自洁防水涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液73-80、4-二甲氨基吡啶0.1-0.3、纤维素醚1-2、4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷1-2、聚偏二氟乙烯2-3、丙二醇苯醚1-2、六方氮化硼3-4、磷酸甲苯二苯酯4-5、石墨粉8-14、玻璃微珠2-4、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵1-2、三硬脂酸甘油酯3-4、甘露醇2-3、去离子水10-14、粘结助剂4-6;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液31-40、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯4-7、抗坏血酸钙0.7-2、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-2、硅藻土3-4、马来酸二丁酯2-3、聚苯并咪唑1-2、三羟甲基丙烷1-2、过硫酸钾1-2、去离子水5-8;
将硅藻土与抗坏血酸钙混合,球磨均匀后加入马来酸二丁酯,在40-50℃下保温搅拌3-5分钟,加入到甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯中,搅拌均匀;
将十二烷基苯磺酸钠加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入过硫酸钾、三羟甲基丙烷,100-200转/分搅拌分散6-10分钟;
将上述处理后的物料混合,搅拌均匀后与剩余各原料混合,300-400转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种汽车用憎水自洁防水涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将纤维素醚、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵混合加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后石墨粉、4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷,200-300转/分搅拌混合10-16分钟;
将六方氮化硼、玻璃微珠、聚偏二氟乙烯混合,球磨均匀后加入三硬脂酸甘油酯,在60-65℃下搅拌混合3-5分钟,冷却至常温;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,700-800转/分搅拌分散30-40分钟,即得所述汽车用憎水自洁防水涂料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的防水涂料具有优异的疏水、抗沾污性,附着力好,抗渗性能强,还具有很好的耐候性,表面抗性高,防止建筑物的涂膜外观易脏、雨后泛白,可保证建筑物外墙表面能长久地保持清洁华丽的表面。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种汽车用憎水自洁防水涂料,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液80、4-二甲氨基吡啶0.3、纤维素醚2、4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷2、聚偏二氟乙烯2、丙二醇苯醚1-2、六方氮化硼3、磷酸甲苯二苯酯4、石墨粉14、玻璃微珠4、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵1、三硬脂酸甘油酯3、甘露醇3、去离子水14、粘结助剂4;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液40、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯7、抗坏血酸钙0.7、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1、硅藻土3、马来酸二丁酯2-3、聚苯并咪唑1、三羟甲基丙烷1、过硫酸钾2、去离子水8;
将硅藻土与抗坏血酸钙混合,球磨均匀后加入马来酸二丁酯,在50℃下保温搅拌3分钟,加入到甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯中,搅拌均匀;
将十二烷基苯磺酸钠加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入过硫酸钾、三羟甲基丙烷,100转/分搅拌分散10分钟;
将上述处理后的物料混合,搅拌均匀后与剩余各原料混合,400转/分搅拌分散30分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种汽车用憎水自洁防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将纤维素醚、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵混合加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后石墨粉、4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷,300转/分搅拌混合16分钟;
将六方氮化硼、玻璃微珠、聚偏二氟乙烯混合,球磨均匀后加入三硬脂酸甘油酯,在65℃下搅拌混合3分钟,冷却至常温;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合, 800转/分搅拌分散30分钟,即得所述汽车用憎水自洁防水涂料。
性能测试:
延伸率:≥300% ;
不透水性:0.3MPa( 一个小时不透水)。

1.一种汽车用憎水自洁防水涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液73-80、4-二甲氨基吡啶0.1-0.3、纤维素醚1-2、4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷1-2、聚偏二氟乙烯2-3、丙二醇苯醚1-2、六方氮化硼3-4、磷酸甲苯二苯酯4-5、石墨粉8-14、玻璃微珠2-4、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵1-2、三硬脂酸甘油酯3-4、甘露醇2-3、去离子水10-14、粘结助剂4-6;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液31-40、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯4-7、抗坏血酸钙0.7-2、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-2、硅藻土3-4、马来酸二丁酯2-3、聚苯并咪唑1-2、三羟甲基丙烷1-2、过硫酸钾1-2、去离子水5-8;
将硅藻土与抗坏血酸钙混合,球磨均匀后加入马来酸二丁酯,在40-50℃下保温搅拌3-5分钟,加入到甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯中,搅拌均匀;
将十二烷基苯磺酸钠加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入过硫酸钾、三羟甲基丙烷,100-200转/分搅拌分散6-10分钟;
将上述处理后的物料混合,搅拌均匀后与剩余各原料混合,300-400转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的汽车用憎水自洁防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将纤维素醚、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵混合加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后石墨粉、4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷,200-300转/分搅拌混合10-16分钟;
将六方氮化硼、玻璃微珠、聚偏二氟乙烯混合,球磨均匀后加入三硬脂酸甘油酯,在60-65℃下搅拌混合3-5分钟,冷却至常温;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,700-800转/分搅拌分散30-40分钟,即得所述汽车用憎水自洁防水涂料。
