本发明公开了一种隔热美饰防水涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:硅丙乳液72-80、叔丁基二苯基氯硅烷0.5-1、氟化锌1-2、丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠1-2、甘露醇2-3、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸0.3-0.8、1,2-二甲基咪唑1-2、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.8-1、萤石粉6-10、滑石粉6-8、万寿菊精油0.2-0.3、醋酸乙烯酯2-4、成膜助剂5-7、去离子水10-17,本发明的防水涂料具有隔热保温、美饰的功效,表面流平性好,抗渗、防潮、防毒性好,广泛适用于屋面外墙、卫生间、楼顶花园、地面、地下室、地下隧道、水池、水道的建筑防水。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种隔热美饰防水涂料。
背景技术
随着国内涂料行业的不断发展和细化,市场对具有特种功能性涂料的要求亦越来越突出,其中对于抗沾污、耐水、耐酸碱腐蚀、阻燃等性能要求更加高,现有的防水材料保光、保色性差,不隔热美饰、易开裂、易变黄,且有的对人体还具有一定的危害,隔热美饰性差,因此为了满足各行业对防水涂料的要求,生产高性能,应用广泛的防水涂料很有必要。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种隔热美饰防水涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种隔热美饰防水涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液72-80、叔丁基二苯基氯硅烷0.5-1、氟化锌1-2、丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠1-2、甘露醇2-3、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸0.3-0.8、1,2-二甲基咪唑1-2、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.8-1、萤石粉6-10、滑石粉6-8、万寿菊精油0.2-0.3、醋酸乙烯酯2-4、成膜助剂5-7、去离子水10-17;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液30-40、芦荟凝胶2-3、10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒0.2-0.3、硫酸氢钾1-2、羧酸甘油酯2-4、三甲基苄基氯化铵1-2、季戊四醇2-3、去离子水60-70;
将羧酸甘油酯与季戊四醇混合,加入上述去离子水重量的30-40%,在70-75℃下搅拌混合4-6分钟,搅拌均匀,得凝液;
将三甲基苄基氯化铵加入到剩余的去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入上述凝液、芦荟凝胶,30-40℃下搅拌混合5-7分钟,加入10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒、硫酸氢钾,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,500-600转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
一种隔热美饰防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将椰油酸二乙醇酰胺加入到甘露醇中,搅拌均匀后加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入萤石粉、叔丁基二苯基氯硅烷,200-300转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟;
将氟化锌、滑石粉混合球磨,加入醋酸乙烯酯、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,50-60℃下搅拌混合2-3分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,1000-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述隔热美饰防水涂料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的防水涂料具有隔热保温、美饰的功效,表面流平性好,抗渗、防潮、防毒性好,广泛适用于屋面外墙、卫生间、楼顶花园、地面、地下室、地下隧道、水池、水道的建筑防水。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种隔热美饰防水涂料,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液80、叔丁基二苯基氯硅烷0.5、氟化锌2、丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠1、甘露醇2、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸0.8、1,2-二甲基咪唑2、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.8、萤石粉10、滑石粉8、万寿菊精油0.3、醋酸乙烯酯4、成膜助剂5-7、去离子水17;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液30、芦荟凝胶2、10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒0.3、硫酸氢钾1、羧酸甘油酯4、三甲基苄基氯化铵2、季戊四醇2、去离子水70;
将羧酸甘油酯与季戊四醇混合,加入上述去离子水重量的30%,在75℃下搅拌混合4分钟,搅拌均匀,得凝液;
将三甲基苄基氯化铵加入到剩余的去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入上述凝液、芦荟凝胶,30℃下搅拌混合5分钟,加入10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒、硫酸氢钾,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,600转/分搅拌分散30分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
一种隔热美饰防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将椰油酸二乙醇酰胺加入到甘露醇中,搅拌均匀后加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入萤石粉、叔丁基二苯基氯硅烷,300转/分搅拌分散5分钟;
将氟化锌、滑石粉混合球磨,加入醋酸乙烯酯、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,60℃下搅拌混合2分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,1200转/分搅拌分散30分钟,即得所述隔热美饰防水涂料。
性能测试:
延伸率:≥300% ;
不透水性:0.3MPa( 一个小时不透水)。

1.一种隔热美饰防水涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液72-80、万寿菊精油0.2-0.3、叔丁基二苯基氯硅烷0.5-1、氟化锌1-2、丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠1-2、甘露醇2-3、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸0.3-0.8、1,2-二甲基咪唑1-2、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.8-1、萤石粉6-10、滑石粉6-8、醋酸乙烯酯2-4、成膜助剂5-7、去离子水10-17;
所述的成膜助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
醋丙乳液30-40、芦荟凝胶2-3、10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒0.2-0.3、硫酸氢钾1-2、羧酸甘油酯2-4、三甲基苄基氯化铵1-2、季戊四醇2-3、去离子水60-70;
将羧酸甘油酯与季戊四醇混合,加入上述去离子水重量的30-40%,在70-75℃下搅拌混合4-6分钟,搅拌均匀,得凝液;
将三甲基苄基氯化铵加入到剩余的去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入上述凝液、芦荟凝胶,30-40℃下搅拌混合5-7分钟,加入10,10'-氧代双吩恶砒、硫酸氢钾,搅拌至常温,加入剩余各原料,500-600转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述成膜助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的隔热美饰防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将椰油酸二乙醇酰胺加入到甘露醇中,搅拌均匀后加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入萤石粉、叔丁基二苯基氯硅烷,200-300转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟;
将氟化锌、滑石粉混合球磨,加入醋酸乙烯酯、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,50-60℃下搅拌混合2-3分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,1000-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述隔热美饰防水涂料。
