Abstract

一种聚苯胺改性水性聚氨酯的制备方法,首先制备聚苯胺,再以IPDI、N-204、DEG、DPMA为原料制备预聚体,以聚苯胺改性水性聚氨酯乳液。本发明得到的水性聚氨酯成膜后具有较好的耐腐蚀性。

一种聚苯胺改性水性聚氨酯的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚苯胺改性水性聚氨酯的制备方法,属化工领域。
技术背景
水性聚氨酯是集高性能和环保于一身的高档、高附加值涂料,已经成为世界先进国家的标准涂料之一,也是国际重点推广研究的涂料品种,目前我国的水性聚氨酯涂料还处于研究开发阶段,普遍依赖进口。国外水性聚氨酯涂料的开发虽然较我国早,但水性聚氨酯在耐腐蚀性能方面仍需改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种聚苯胺改性水性聚氨酯的制备方法,得到的水性聚氨酯具有很好的耐腐蚀性。
为实现以上目的,本发明的一种聚苯胺改性水性聚氨酯的制备方法,其步骤具体为:(1) 将过硫酸铵溶解于盐酸溶液中,另外将苯胺溶解在盐酸溶液中,搅拌均匀后,将两份溶液先后放入容器中搅拌反应8h,过滤,用蒸馏水洗涤至滤液为无色;再溶于氨水中进行脱杂,得到聚苯胺;(2) 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚二醇(N-204)、一缩二乙二醇(DEG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为原料制备预聚体,85℃搅拌反应2h,过程中视体系黏度添加N-甲级吡咯烷酮(NMP);(3) 将聚苯胺溶解到N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,搅拌均匀后加到上述预聚体乳液中,反应1h;降温至40℃,加入三乙胺中和,反应3-4min;(4) 加入水强力搅拌乳化1h,得到聚苯胺改性的水性聚氨酯。
进一步的,所述的步骤(1)中过硫酸铵与苯胺的质量比为1:1;过硫酸铵与盐酸的质量比为10:8;苯胺与盐酸的质量比为1:1;
进一步的,所述的步骤(2)中预聚体原料的配比为:IPDI与N-204的摩尔比为1.25:1-1.35:1,DEG的用量占预聚体质量的3%-4%,DMPA的用量为预聚体质量的4%-5%。
进一步的,所述的步骤(3)中聚苯胺与预聚体乳液的质量比为1-5:100;聚苯胺与N-甲基吡咯烷酮的质量比为1-5:10;三乙胺的物质的量与DMPA的物质的量相同。
进一步的,所述的步骤(4)中水的用量为预聚体总质量的2倍;搅拌转速为2000r/min。
本发明产生的有益效果为,聚苯胺稳定的链结构以及链上氮杂原子对金属的吸附性具有独特的耐腐蚀性能,可以提高水性聚氨酯的耐腐蚀性能。
实施例
实施例1:
(1) 将10份过硫酸铵溶解于8份盐酸溶液中,另外将10份苯胺溶解在10份盐酸溶液中,搅拌均匀后,将两份溶液先后放入容器中搅拌反应8h,过滤,用蒸馏水洗涤至滤液为无色;再溶于氨水中进行脱杂,得到聚苯胺;(2) 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚二醇(N-204)、一缩二乙二醇(DEG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为原料制备预聚体,85℃搅拌反应2h,过程中视体系黏度添加N-甲级吡咯烷酮(NMP);其中IPDI与N-204的摩尔比为1.25:1,DEG的用量占预聚体质量的3%,DMPA的用量为预聚体质量的4%;(3) 将1份聚苯胺溶解到10份N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,搅拌均匀后加入100份上述预聚体乳液中,反应1h;降温至40℃,加入三乙胺中和,反应3-4min;(4) 加入200份水强力搅拌乳化1h,搅拌转速为2000r/min,得到聚苯胺改性的水性聚氨酯。
实施例2:
(1) 将10份过硫酸铵溶解于8份盐酸溶液中,另外将10份苯胺溶解在10份盐酸溶液中,搅拌均匀后,将两份溶液先后放入容器中搅拌反应8h,过滤,用蒸馏水洗涤至滤液为无色;再溶于氨水中进行脱杂,得到聚苯胺;(2) 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚二醇(N-204)、一缩二乙二醇(DEG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为原料制备预聚体,85℃搅拌反应2h,过程中视体系黏度添加N-甲级吡咯烷酮(NMP);其中IPDI与N-204的摩尔比为1.35:1,DEG的用量占预聚体质量的4%,DMPA的用量为预聚体质量的5%;(3) 将5份聚苯胺溶解到10份N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,搅拌均匀后加入100份上述预聚体乳液中,反应1h;降温至40℃,加入三乙胺中和,反应3-4min;(4) 加入200份水强力搅拌乳化1h,搅拌转速为2000r/min,得到聚苯胺改性的水性聚氨酯。

Claims (10)

1.一种聚苯胺改性水性聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
(1) 将过硫酸铵溶解于盐酸溶液中,另外将苯胺溶解在盐酸溶液中,搅拌均匀后,将两份溶液先后放入容器中搅拌反应8h,过滤,用蒸馏水洗涤至滤液为无色;再溶于氨水中进行脱杂,得到聚苯胺;
(2) 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚二醇(N-204)、一缩二乙二醇(DEG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为原料制备预聚体,85℃搅拌反应2h,过程中视体系黏度添加N-甲级吡咯烷酮(NMP);
(3) 将聚苯胺溶解到N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,搅拌均匀后加到上述预聚体乳液中,反应1h;降温至40℃,加入三乙胺中和,反应3-4min;
(4) 加入水强力搅拌乳化1h,得到聚苯胺改性的水性聚氨酯。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种聚苯胺改性水性聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(1)中过硫酸铵与苯胺的质量比为1:1。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种聚苯胺改性水性聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(1)中过硫酸铵与盐酸的质量比为10:8。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种聚苯胺改性水性聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(1)中苯胺与盐酸的质量比为1:1。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种氨基硅改性水性聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(2)中预聚体原料的配比为:IPDI与N-204的摩尔比为1.25:1-1.35:1,DEG的用量占预聚体质量的3%-4%,DMPA的用量为预聚体质量的4%-5%。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种聚苯胺改性水性聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(3)中聚苯胺与预聚体乳液的质量比为1-5:100。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种聚苯胺改性水性聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(3)中聚苯胺与N-甲基吡咯烷酮的质量比为1-5:10。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种聚苯胺改性水性聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(3)中三乙胺的物质的量与DMPA的物质的量相同。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种聚苯胺改性水性聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(4)中水的用量为预聚体总质量的2倍。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种聚苯胺改性水性聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(4)中搅拌转速为2000r/min。
