Abstract

本发明公开一种低损耗锰锌铁氧体的制造方法,锰锌铁氧体的主料的组分:52~55mol%氧化铁、37~43mol%四氧化三锰,余量为氧化锌,将主料进行一次砂磨,掺入Co3O4,以及TiO2、Ni2O3和SnO2中的至少一种,总掺入量为1000~5000ppm;预烧,温度为850-980℃;预烧后进行二次砂磨,并掺入Ta2O5和SiO2,以及Nb2O5、ZrO2、CaCO3、和V2O5中的至少一种,总掺入量为700~1200ppm;造粒,成型;烧结,温度为1150-1250℃,氧分压为3-6%。与常规磁芯相比,该方法所得锰锌铁氧体磁芯具有宽温低功率损耗的特点,特别是在低温。

Description

一种低损耗锰锌铁氧体的制造方法
技术领域
本发明属于磁性材料领域,具体涉及一种低损耗锰锌铁氧体的制造方法。
背景技术
随着电力电子技术的不断进步,电子整机系统向小型轻量化、多功能化、平面贴装化、集成数字化以及智能化等方向发展,在一般的应用对于绿色、高效能的要求越来越高,而更为重要的是为了适应全球不同环境的应用,要求电源不仅要适应高温的环境,同时也要适应超低温的环境,这样对其中磁性材料的要求也就越来越高,要求磁性材料不仅在高温下、同时在常温甚至在超低温下都有较优越的低损耗性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有锰锌铁氧体在极端温度特别是超低温下功率损耗大的问题,提供一种低损耗锰锌铁氧体的制造方法。
本发明实现上述目的所采用的技术方案如下:
一种低损耗锰锌铁氧体的制造方法,步骤如下:
(1)锰锌铁氧体的主料的组分:52~55mol% 氧化铁、37~43mol%四氧化三锰,余量为氧化锌,将主料进行一次砂磨,在一次砂磨时掺入Co3O4,以及TiO2、Ni2O3和SnO2中的至少一种,总掺入量为主料总质量的1000~5000ppm;
(2)一次砂磨后的颗粒进行预烧,温度为850-980℃;
(3)预烧后进行二次砂磨,并掺入Ta2O5和SiO2,以及Nb2O5、ZrO2、CaCO3、和V2O5中的至少一种,总掺入量为主料总质量的700~1200ppm;
(4)二次砂磨后造粒,成型;
(5)烧结,保温温度为1150-1250℃,氧分压为3-6%。
进一步,步骤(2)的预烧在回转窑炉进行。
进一步,步骤(3)二次砂磨后颗粒的平均粒径为0.7-0.9微米。
进一步,步骤(5)保温时间为3~5小时。
与常规磁芯相比,按本发明所述方法制得的锰锌铁氧体磁芯在-25~100℃范围内具有更为稳定的功率损耗,特别是在室温至-25℃的低温范围内,功率损耗有显著降低,如-25℃时,功耗下降20%。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
主料由Fe2O3、Mn3O4和ZnO组成,按53mol%的Fe2O3、37mol%的Mn3O4,余量为ZnO,称取各主料成分。
将上述主料以及Co3O4(2000ppm)和Ni2O3(100ppm)送入砂磨机,进行一次砂磨,时间30分钟。
一次砂磨后的物料通过喷雾干燥机干燥得到颗粒,颗粒采用通过式方式在回转窑中进行预烧,温度为850℃。
预烧的颗粒再进行二次砂磨,同时掺入Ta2O5(500ppm)、SiO2(100ppm)、CaCO3(400ppm)和ZrO2(200ppm),砂磨后的平均粒径控制在0.7-0.9微米左右。
二次砂磨后的物料加入10wt%的浓度为7-9wt%的PVA溶液,搅拌2小时后,喷雾造粒制成40-160目的颗粒,颗粒调湿(含水量为0.3-0.5wt%,流动角小于30度),再用压机压制成型,制成生坯。
生坯在温度为1200℃、氧分压为3-6%下保温烧结4小时,得到低损耗锰锌铁氧体磁芯。
如未特别说明,本发明中各添加物的ppm含量是以主料的总质量为基础计算。
所得低损耗锰锌铁氧体在100KHz,200mT下的功耗温度曲线如图1所示。
实施例2
主料由Fe2O3、Mn3O4和ZnO组成,按55mol%的Fe2O3、38mol%的Mn3O4,余量为ZnO,称取各主料成分。
将上述主料以及Co3O4(300ppm)、SnO2(1000ppm)和Ni2O3(1200ppm)送入砂磨机,进行一次砂磨,时间30分钟。
一次砂磨后的物料通过喷雾干燥机干燥得到颗粒,颗粒采用通过式方式在回转窑中进行预烧,温度为980℃。
预烧的颗粒再进行二次砂磨,同时掺入Ta2O5(400ppm)、SiO2(200ppm)和ZrO2(100ppm),砂磨后的平均粒径控制在0.7-0.9微米左右。
二次砂磨后的物料加入10wt%的浓度为7-9wt%的PVA溶液,搅拌2小时后,喷雾造粒制成40-160目的颗粒,颗粒调湿(含水量为0.3-0.5wt%,流动角小于30度),再用压机压制成型,制成生坯。
生坯在温度为1250℃、氧分压为3-6%下保温烧结3小时,得到低损耗锰锌铁氧体磁芯。
实施例3
主料由Fe2O3、Mn3O4和ZnO组成,按53mol%的Fe2O3、40mol%的Mn3O4,余量为ZnO,称取各主料成分。
将上述主料以及Co3O4(2000ppm)和TiO2(1000ppm)送入砂磨机,进行一次砂磨,时间30分钟。
一次砂磨后的物料通过喷雾干燥机干燥得到颗粒,颗粒采用通过式方式在回转窑中进行预烧,温度为950℃。
预烧的颗粒再进行二次砂磨,同时掺入Ta2O5(200ppm)、SiO2(500ppm)和V2O5(100ppm),砂磨后的平均粒径控制在0.7-0.9微米左右。
二次砂磨后的物料加入10wt%的浓度为7-9wt%的PVA溶液,搅拌2小时后,喷雾造粒制成40-160目的颗粒,颗粒调湿(含水量为0.3-0.5wt%,流动角小于30度),再用压机压制成型,制成生坯。
生坯在温度为1200℃、氧分压为3-6%下保温烧结5小时,得到低损耗锰锌铁氧体磁芯。
实施例4(常规磁芯)
主料由Fe2O3、Mn3O4和ZnO组成,按53mol%的Fe2O3、36mol%的Mn3O4,余量为ZnO,称取各主料成分。
将上述主料送入砂磨机,进行一次砂磨,时间30分钟。
一次砂磨后的物料通过喷雾干燥机干燥得到颗粒,颗粒采用通过式方式在回转窑中进行预烧,温度为950℃。
预烧的颗粒再进行二次砂磨,同时掺入CaCO3(200ppm)、Nb2O5(300ppm)和V2O5(200ppm),砂磨后的平均粒径控制在0.7-0.9微米左右。
二次砂磨后的物料加入10wt%的浓度为7-9wt%的PVA溶液,搅拌2小时后,喷雾造粒制成40-160目的颗粒,颗粒调湿(含水量为0.3-0.5wt%,流动角小于30度),再用压机压制成型,制成生坯。
生坯在温度为1360℃、氧分压为3-6%下保温烧结4小时,得到锰锌铁氧体磁芯。
由图1可以看出,与未掺入Co3O4、Ta2O5(200ppm)和SiO2的锰锌铁氧体磁芯相比,本发明的锰锌铁氧体磁芯在-25~100℃范围内具有更为稳定的功率损耗,特别是在室温至-25℃的低温范围内,功率损耗有显著降低,如-25℃时,功耗下降20%。

Claims (4)

1.一种低损耗锰锌铁氧体的制造方法,步骤如下:
(1)锰锌铁氧体的主料的组分:52~55mol% 氧化铁、37~43mol%四氧化三锰,余量为氧化锌,将主料进行一次砂磨,在一次砂磨时掺入Co3O4,以及TiO2、Ni2O3和SnO2中的至少一种,总掺入量为主料总质量的1000~5000ppm;
(2)一次砂磨后的颗粒进行预烧,温度为850-980℃;
(3)预烧后进行二次砂磨,并掺入Ta2O5和SiO2,以及Nb2O5、ZrO2、CaCO3、和V2O5中的至少一种,总掺入量为主料总质量的700~1200ppm;
(4)二次砂磨后造粒,成型;
(5)烧结,保温温度为1150-1250℃,氧分压为3-6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述低损耗锰锌铁氧体的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)的预烧在回转窑炉进行。
3.根据权利要求1所述低损耗锰锌铁氧体的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)二次砂磨后颗粒的平均粒径为0.7-0.9微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述低损耗锰锌铁氧体的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)保温时间为3~5小时。
