本发明涉及一种新型的酯聚合物缓蚀阻垢剂的生产投料配比,其特征在于所述的一种新型的酯聚合物缓蚀阻垢剂的生产投料配比是300公斤定量水、70公斤分子量调节剂。 本发明的优势是: 丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯共聚物、有机磷、锌盐、铜缓蚀剂组成的一种多功能复合水质稳定剂,不含重金属离子、低毒、含磷量低,适用水质范围广,与常用的杀菌灭藻剂相溶性好,药剂热稳定性好,不易分解降效。在循环冷却水证章运行时,不需加酸调节PH,可在碱性条件下运行,并在循环冷却水中微量分析比较简单。

背景技术 
工业循环冷却水系统虽然可以节约大量水资源,但在运行过程中由于空气污染、水温升高
、浓缩倍数的提高、工艺介质泄漏等因素的影响,细菌和溶解氧含量大大增加,导致循环冷却水出现严重的结垢、腐蚀和菌藻滋生等弊端,使系统的换热效率大为降低,检修频繁,
甚至严重威胁生产的正常进行。磷系水处理剂容易滋生菌藻、污染环境;硅系易结垢;全有机配方费用较高。 随着人类环保意识的日益增强,“绿色阻垢剂”的概念已被提出并成为21世纪水处理剂的发展方向。聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)就是近年来逐步发展起来的新一代无磷、易生物降解的高效绿色阻垢剂但单一PESA的缓蚀性能一般、而同时添加阻垢剂、
缓蚀剂又会造成生产成本的提高。这一严峻的现实表明迫切需要开发一种能够同时满足阻垢
、缓蚀要求的新型复合水处理剂。

本发明的目的克服以上技术的不足,提供一种新型的酯聚合物缓蚀阻垢剂的生产投料配比。为实现上述发明目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:本发明涉及一种新型的酯聚合物缓蚀阻垢剂的生产投料配比,其特征在于所述的一种新型的酯聚合物缓蚀阻垢剂的生产投料配比是300公斤定量水、70公斤分子量调节剂。所述的一种新型的酯聚合物缓蚀阻垢剂的生产投料配比分别在滴加罐D1泵入70% 丙烯酸水溶液115公斤、滴加罐D2泵入丙烯酸羟丙酯8公斤、滴加罐D3泵入450公斤-缓蚀单体羟乙基阳离子咪唑啉丙烯酸酯。
本发明的优势是:
丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯共聚物、有机磷、锌盐、铜缓蚀剂组成的一种多功能复合水质稳定剂,不含重金属离子、低毒、含磷量低,适用水质范围广,与常用的杀菌灭藻剂相溶性好,药剂热稳定性好,不易分解降效。在循环冷却水证章运行时,不需加酸调节PH,可在碱性条件下运行,并在循环冷却水中微量分析比较简单。
