Abstract

一种多用途移动上料机，包括机架、进料机构、提升机构、物料提升架和翻料机构等。进料机构与深加工设备配合，便于进料；提升机构用于提升物料车；物料提升架与提升机构连接，以承载物料车；翻料机构用于将物料车翻转。本发明多用途移动上料机方便运输和方便操作，适用于多种场合。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种物料加料装置，尤其涉及一种移动上料机，具有多种用途。
背景技术
在肉类产品加工行业，深加工设备(如滚揉机、搅拌机、灌肠机等)需要添加原料或辅料，其操作者工作强度大，工作时间长，需要自动化的上料机。而目前市场上有的上料机，都是一对一设计的，不能同时适应多种不同高度的设备。而对使用客户来说，如果有很多不同规格的老设备，都想使用自动化的上料机，那么就要配上多台上料机。这样使用客户的设备成本就非常的高，而且使用的上料机种类越多，使用越不方便，维修成本也越高，占地面积也大。
因此，需要一种多用途的机器设备以解决实际的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多用途移动上料机，以实现多种场合的应用需求。
本发明技术方案如下：
一种多用途移动上料机，包括
机架，其底脚上设有若干转轮；
进料机构，包括进料支架、进料升降架、进料升降油缸和进料斗，进料升降架套设于进料支架内，其上设有若干升降导轮，进料斗置于进料升降架上，进料升降油缸活动端与进料升降架连接，另一端固定于机架；
提升机构，包括提升支架，第一提升架、第二提升架、提升油缸、提升导轮和提升链条，第一提升架底端设置第一提升导轮，第二提升架底端设置第二提升导轮，第一提升架套置于第二提升架内，第二提升架套置于提升支架内，提升油缸的活动端与第一提升架上端连接，该连接处还设置提升导轮，提升链条一端固定于提升支架，另一端跨过提升导轮连接于第二提升架底端；
物料提升架，与第一提升架连接，以承载物料车；
翻料机构，包括翻料曲臂和翻料油缸，翻料油缸固定于第一提升架上端，翻料曲臂的两端分别与翻料油缸的活动端和物料提升架连接。
所述的多用途移动上料机还包括定位车架，用于上料机到达深加工设备衔接的快速定位。
所述的多用途移动上料机还包括液压控制系统，置于机架，用于控制上料机的液压系统。
所述的进料机构还包括进料传感器和微调机构。
所述的提升机构，在提升支架上设有位置传感器，以确定提升的高度。
本发明采用二级升降，即降低了设备不用时的总高度，方便运输和方便操作(设备总高度的降低，使产品的移动过程中更安全)，同时提升总高度也增加了。解决了即想提升的高又想设备移动时重心低(安全)的矛盾。

具体实施方式
以下详细描述本发明的技术方案。本发明实施例仅供说明具体结构，该结构的规模不受实施例的限制。
如图1所示，多用途移动上料机包括机架1、进料机构2、提升机构3、物料提升架4和翻料机构5，以及定位车架6和液压控制系统7。机架1其底脚上设有若干转轮。定位车架6用于上料机到达深加工设备衔接的快速定位。液压控制系统置于机架，用于控制上料机的液压系统。
物料提升架4与第一提升架32连接，以承载物料车。
翻料机构5包括翻料曲臂51和翻料油缸52，翻料油缸固定于第一提升架32上端，翻料曲臂的两端分别与翻料油缸的活动端和物料提升架连接。
如图1和图2所示，进料机构2，包括进料支架21、进料升降架22、进料升降油缸23和进料斗24。进料升降架套设于进料支架内，其上设有若干升降导轮27，进料斗置于进料升降架上，进料升降油缸活动端与进料升降架连接，另一端固定于机架。进料机构还包括进料传感器25和微调机构26。
如图1、图3和图4所示，提升机构3包括提升支架31，第一提升架32、第二提升架33、提升油缸34、提升导轮35和提升链条36。在提升支架上设有位置传感器39，以确定提升的高度。第一提升架底端设置第一提升导轮37，第二提升架底端设置第二提升导轮38，第一提升架套置于第二提升架内，第二提升架套置于提升支架内，提升油缸的活动端与第一提升架上端连接，该连接处还设置提升导轮，提升链条一端固定于提升支架，另一端跨过提升导轮连接于第二提升架底端。
当提升油缸作用在二级升降架上时，使二级升降装置升高。在二级升降装置升高的同时，带动提升导轮的升高，提升导轮的升高使提升链条相对提升导轮转动，两者的相对运动，带动了一级升降架的升高。当物料提升架身高至指定位置时，翻料油缸活动端推动翻料曲臂，使得物料提升架，将物料车的物体通过进料斗被加入深加工设备中。
如图5至图7所示为本发明上料机工作状态。通过进料升降油缸把物料车升到深加工设备的入口高度，通过提升机构将物料车提升至进料斗的高度，由翻转机构将物料车内的料倒入进料斗内。

Claims (5)

1.一种多用途移动上料机，其特征是包括
机架，其底脚上设有若干转轮；
进料机构，包括进料支架、进料升降架、进料升降油缸和进料斗，进料升降架套设于进料支架内，其上设有若干升降导轮，进料斗置于进料升降架上，进料升降油缸活动端与进料升降架连接，另一端固定于机架；
提升机构，包括提升支架，第一提升架、第二提升架、提升油缸、提升导轮和提升链条，第一提升架底端设置第一提升导轮，第二提升架底端设置第二提升导轮，第一提升架套置于第二提升架内，第二提升架套置于提升支架内，提升油缸的活动端与第一提升架上端连接，连接处还设置提升导轮，提升链条一端固定于提升支架，另一端跨过提升导轮连接于第二提升架底端；
物料提升架，与第一提升架连接，以承载物料车；
翻料机构，包括翻料曲臂和翻料油缸，翻料油缸固定于第一提升架上端，翻料曲臂的两端分别与翻料油缸的活动端和物料提升架连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多用途移动上料机，其特征是还包括定位车架，用于上料机到达深加工设备衔接的快速定位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多用途移动上料机，其特征是还包括液压控制系统，置于机架，用于控制上料机的液压系统。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多用途移动上料机，其特征是所述的进料机构还包括进料传感器和微调机构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多用途移动上料机，其特征是所述的提升支架上设有位置传感器。
