Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于汽车坐垫的复合针织面料,包括设于最底部的橡胶底层,所述的橡胶底层顶面竖向方向并列设有2条以上的导气槽,相邻两条导气槽中间设有柱状凸起部,柱状凸起部顶面设有圆孔,橡胶底层上方覆盖有缓冲棉层,缓冲棉层设有供柱状凸起部穿过的棉层通孔,缓冲棉层上方覆盖有针织布,针织布上也设有供柱状凸起部穿过的针织布通孔,柱状凸起部顶面通过熔胶方式形成环状凸缘将针织布与缓冲棉层铆接在橡胶底层上,不仅具有很好的舒适度,而且具有良好的透气性,同时具有防滑性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于汽车坐垫的复合针织面料。
背景技术
随着汽车越来越普及,汽车行业的配件越来越被重视,尤其是汽车坐垫更是种类繁多,汽车坐垫都是采用柔性棉质材料,但是这类产品虽然舒适度上增加了,但是透气性上比较欠缺,不透气的坐垫容易产生皮肤问题。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是,提供一种用于汽车坐垫的复合针织面料,不仅具有很好的舒适度,而且具有良好的透气性,同时具有防滑性。
本发明的技术方案是:一种用于汽车坐垫的复合针织面料,包括设于最底部的橡胶底层,所述的橡胶底层顶面竖向方向并列设有2条以上的导气槽,相邻两条导气槽中间设有柱状凸起部,柱状凸起部顶面设有圆孔,橡胶底层上方覆盖有缓冲棉层,缓冲棉层设有供柱状凸起部穿过的棉层通孔,缓冲棉层上方覆盖有针织布,针织布上也设有供柱状凸起部穿过的针织布通孔,柱状凸起部顶面通过熔胶方式形成环状凸缘将针织布与缓冲棉层铆接在橡胶底层上。
优选的,所述的橡胶底层顶面横向方向并列设有2条以上的导气槽。增加面料的透气效果。
优选的,所述的热熔胶层底部设有横竖交叉的防滑槽。防滑槽可以增加本方案放置在汽车座椅上的摩擦力。
优选的,所述的圆孔边缘处为楔形面。这样方便熔胶枪对准圆孔。
优选的,所述的吸水棉层为竹炭纤维棉。
优选的,所述的针织布为醋酸纤维针织面布。
采用本技术方案后,首先最上方的针织布具有透气性好、柔软有弹力的特点,特别是天气热的时候可以迅速将臀部的汗液吸收,进而渗透到缓冲棉层上,不会长时间滞留在针织布上,缓冲棉层主要起到柔性缓冲的作用,其吸收的汗液可以经下方橡胶底层的导气槽中排出,同时导气槽还能加速缓冲棉层、针织布与外界空气的相对流通,橡胶底层上的柱状凸起部首先可以起到将缓冲棉层、针织布固定在橡胶底层的作用,其次柱状凸起部顶部外露在针织布表面,橡胶材料本身具有防滑效果,就相当于在针织布表面分布了多个防滑凸起,增加坐垫的防滑效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明:
如图1至图4所示,一种用于汽车坐垫的复合针织面料,包括设于最底部的橡胶底层1,橡胶底层采用橡胶材料,橡胶材料本身质地较软,缓冲效果好,而且还具有一定的防滑效果,放置在汽车座椅上基本不会发生移动,所述的橡胶底层顶面竖向方向并列设有2条以上的导气槽11,相邻两条导气槽中间设有柱状凸起部12,柱状凸起部顶面设有圆孔121,橡胶底层上方覆盖有缓冲棉层2,缓冲棉层设有供柱状凸起部穿过的棉层通孔21,缓冲棉层上方覆盖有针织布3,针织布上也设有供柱状凸起部穿过的针织布通孔31,柱状凸起部顶面通过熔胶方式形成环状凸缘122将针织布与缓冲棉层铆接在橡胶底层上,熔胶的方法可以用熔胶枪接触到圆孔内并进行下压,圆孔周边的橡胶材料达到一定温度后融化并挤压成环状凸缘,类似于铆钉铆接后的形状,产业化生产时可以利用大型压模熔融的方式一次性多点融胶,可以大幅提高生产效率,采用本技术方案后,首先最上方的针织布具有透气性好、柔软有弹力的特点,特别是天气热的时候可以迅速将臀部的汗液吸收,进而渗透到缓冲棉层上,不会长时间滞留在针织布上,缓冲棉层主要起到柔性缓冲的作用,其吸收的汗液可以经下方橡胶底层的导气槽中排出,同时导气槽还能加速缓冲棉层、针织布与外界空气的相对流通,橡胶底层上的柱状凸起部首先可以起到将缓冲棉层、针织布固定在橡胶底层的作用,其次柱状凸起部顶部外露在针织布表面,橡胶材料本身具有防滑效果,就相当于在针织布表面分布了多个防滑凸起,增加坐垫的防滑效果。
为了增加面料的透气效果,所述的橡胶底层顶面横向方向并列设有2条以上的导气槽。同时如图3所示,所述的热熔胶层底部设有横竖交叉的防滑槽13,防滑槽可以增加本方案放置在汽车座椅上的摩擦力。
如图4所示,所述的圆孔121边缘处为楔形面1211,在小批量生产时这样方便熔胶枪对准圆孔。在大批量生产时,方便上模的点胶头进入圆孔。
所述的缓冲棉层为竹炭纤维棉,竹炭纤维编制而成的竹炭纤维棉其吸水性能更加好,可以迅速将针织布上渗透的水分吸收到缓冲棉层上,而且具有吸湿排汗、干爽不粘腻、抑菌除臭、耐洗抗皱不缩水,富含对人体有益的氧离子、钙、镁、钾、锰、磷等多种天然矿物等优点,非常适合汽车坐垫上使用。所述的针织布为醋酸纤维针织面布,醋酸纤维具有真丝一样的独特性能,纤维光泽及颜色鲜艳,手感优良,作为汽车坐垫具有极佳的外观效应和手感度,而且还具有吸湿透气、质地轻、回潮率低、不易起球、抗静电等特点,吸湿透气非常适合于本方案,而且还具有传统棉质坐垫不具有的抗静电效果。
以上仅就本发明较佳的实例作了说明,但不能理解为是对权利要求的限制。本发明不仅局限与以上实例,其具体结构允许有变化,本领域技术人员可以根据本发明作出各种改变和变形,只要不脱离本发明的精神,均应属于本发明所附权利要求所定义的范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于汽车坐垫的复合针织面料,其特征在于:包括设于最底部的橡胶底层(1),所述的橡胶底层顶面竖向方向并列设有2条以上的导气槽(11),相邻两条导气槽中间设有柱状凸起部(12),柱状凸起部顶面设有圆孔(121),橡胶底层上方覆盖有缓冲棉层(2),缓冲棉层设有供柱状凸起部穿过的棉层通孔(21),缓冲棉层上方覆盖有针织布(3),针织布上也设有供柱状凸起部穿过的针织布通孔(31),柱状凸起部顶面通过熔胶方式形成环状凸缘(122)将针织布与缓冲棉层铆接在橡胶底层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车坐垫的复合针织面料,其特征在于:所述的橡胶底层顶面横向方向并列设有2条以上的导气槽(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车坐垫的复合针织面料,其特征在于:所述的热熔胶层底部设有横竖交叉的防滑槽(13)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车坐垫的复合针织面料,其特征在于:所述的圆孔(121)边缘处为楔形面(1211)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车坐垫的复合针织面料,其特征在于:所述的缓冲棉层为竹炭纤维棉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车坐垫的复合针织面料,其特征在于:所述的针织布为醋酸纤维针织面布。
