本发明公开了一种电加热再生装置,包括再生炉,还设有一电能加热器和流化干燥器,所述电能加热器设有进气管和出气管,出气管连通流化干燥器的下方,所述流化干燥器的一侧设有进料口,另一侧设有出料口,出料口与再生炉上端连接,所述电能加热器和再生炉连接交流电源,所述再生炉的下端出料口设有急冷槽。本发明利用流化干燥器对进入再生炉的活性炭预先干燥,避免活性炭烧结以及灰化,本发明结构简单,安装使用方便,再生碳质量高,机械强度高,再生损失不大于3%,加热管的安装易拆除,易检修。

本发明涉及再生炉及其附件改造,特别涉及一种电加热再生装置。
                              
背景技术
活性炭使用一定时期后,吸附能力达到饱和,目前活性炭的再生方法普遍是采用高温加热法,利用电极及活性炭自身电阻电容,在国内得到多方厂家使用,采用高温加热法,再生炉温度的高低和炭的流速电流电压大小有很大的关系,尤其是活性炭被污染后,导电率下降,使炉温不能上升,再生炉电源不稳定,活性炭被烧结、灰化,被迫停止工作。
 
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种解决上述问题,活性炭不烧结,不灰化的电加热再生装置。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种电加热再生装置,包括再生炉,还设有一电能加热器和流化干燥器,所述电能加热器设有进气管和出气管,出气管连通流化干燥器的下方,所述流化干燥器的一侧设有进料口,另一侧设有出料口,出料口与再生炉上端连接,所述电能加热器和再生炉连接交流电源,所述再生炉的下端出料口设有急冷槽。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述流化干燥器的顶部设有排气口。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述交流电源为380V交流电源。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明利用流化干燥器对进入再生炉的活性炭预先干燥,避免活性炭烧结以及灰化,本发明结构简单,安装使用方便,再生碳质量高,机械强度高,再生损失不大于3%,加热管的安装易拆除,易检修。

图1示出了本发明一种电加热再生装置的一种实施方式,包括再生炉1,还设有一电能加热器2和流化干燥器3,所述电能加热器2设有进气管4和出气管5,出气管5连通流化干燥器3的下方,所述流化干燥器3的一侧设有进料口6,另一侧设有出料口7,出料口7与再生炉1上端连接,所述电能加热器2和再生炉1连接交流电源,所述再生炉1的下端出料口设有急冷槽8。所述流化干燥器3的顶部设有排气口9,所述交流电源为380V交流电源。

1.电加热再生装置,包括再生炉(1),其特征在于:还设有一电能加热器(2)和流化干燥器(3),所述电能加热器(2)设有进气管(4)和出气管(5),出气管(5)连通流化干燥器(3)的下方,所述流化干燥器(3)的一侧设有进料口(6),另一侧设有出料口(7),出料口(7)与再生炉(1)上端连接,所述电能加热器(2)和再生炉(1)连接交流电源,所述再生炉(1)的下端出料口设有急冷槽(8)。
2.根据权利所述要求1所述的电加热再生装置,其特征在于:所述流化干燥器(3)的顶部设有排气口(9)。
