心肌纤维化（myocardial fibrosis），又称为心肌钙化，是由中重度的冠状动脉粥样硬化性狭窄引起心肌纤维持续性和（或）反复加重的心肌缺血缺氧所产生的结果，导致逐渐发展为心力衰竭的IHD，即慢性缺血性心脏病（chronic ischemic heart disease）。肉眼观：心脏体积增大，重量增加，所有心腔扩张；心壁厚度可能正常，伴有多灶性白色纤维条索或条块，甚至透壁性瘢痕；心内膜增厚并失去正常光泽，有时可见机化的附壁性血栓。光镜下，广泛性、多灶性心肌纤维化，伴邻近心肌纤维萎缩和（或）肥大，常有部分心肌纤维肌浆空泡化，尤以内膜下区明显，以及陈旧性心肌梗死或瘢痕灶。临床上可表现为心律失常或心力衰竭。
对于该病的治疗目前尚缺乏公认有效的治疗药物。中医中药是我国医学的瑰宝，有一些能保护器官及抗纤维化的药物，其中很多在抗肝纤维化方面进行过动物实验和临床观察，但在心肌纤维化方面的研究很少。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种用于治疗心肌纤维化的中药，通过选择合适的药材及其配比，达到安全有效治疗心肌纤维化的目的。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种用于治疗心肌纤维化的中药，其特征在于，它是由以下重量配比的原料药材制备而成：三棱15份、莪术15份、木香10份、香附10份、香橼15份、佛手20份、丹参20份、青皮10份、陈皮10份、枳实10份、枳壳15份、当归20份、生地黄20份、熟地黄20份、川穹15份、白芍20份、桔梗15份、牛膝15份、甘草10份、柴胡15份、桃仁10份、红花10份。
发明人认为心肌纤维化心脏病属中医学“胸痹”、“心痛”范畴，本病属本虚标实，气虚为本，血瘀为标。气为血帅，阴阳互根，气血协调则营卫和谐，气血乖戾则虚瘀互见。治宜补气治本，活血治标，故组配本方。本发明虽然不一定是所有治疗心肌纤维化的药物中疗效最好的，也不一定是生产成本最低的，但是却为临床治疗心肌纤维化提供了一种新的选择，至少为应用其他药物无效的患者提供了一种新的治疗希望。对于心肌纤维化这种疑难、顽固疾病的治疗而言，本发明应当说具有显著的进步意义。
下面结合临床实验数据说明本发明的有益效果：
1、一般资料
2010年12月至2013年12月间，发明人共收集64例心肌纤维化患者。其临床诊断参照国际心脏病学会(ISFC)及世界卫生组织(WHO)制定的缺血性心脏病的诊断标准。且患者年龄均在70岁以下，并能坚持服药10周，并具有临床随访条件。其中男性30例，女性34例；平均年龄(58.2±9)岁；属心绞痛者45例，陈旧性心肌梗死者4例，无症状心肌缺血者5例。
排除合并严重肝肾功能不全、肺纤维化或并发严重糖尿病、急性心肌梗死、严重心律失常、脑血管病变、急性心力衰竭和不能配合者。
所有患者随机分为治疗组40例，对照组24例。两组比较性别、年龄、病情等无显著性差异，具有可比性。
2、试验方法
2.1治疗方法
治疗组口服本发明按照具体实施例1制得的煎剂，每日3次。疗程10周。
对照组口服螺内酯片（沈阳管城制药有限责任公司生产），按照其说明书服用。疗程10周。
3 疗效观察
3.1 观察方法
放免法测定血清型前胶原(PCⅢ)、层粘蛋白(LN)和透明质酸(HA)。所有人选对象清晨空腹低温采血2~3ml，24h分离血清，并储存在-20％低温冰箱内，备用检测。放免试剂盒由上海海军医学研究所提供，严格照说明书提供的流程操作。
3.2 统计学方法
全部数据用SPSS软件建立数据库输入计算机进行处理，各组数据以均数±标准差表示，组间比较采用t检验。
3.3 观察项目
两组治疗前后PCⅢ、LN、HA变化情况比较见表1。

4、讨论
型前胶原(PCⅢ)水平与心肌间质纤维化程度有关，是反应心肌纤维化活动的最好指标；透明质酸 (HA)为葡萄糖胺多聚糖，由成纤维细胞分泌，属细胞外重要问质之一；层粘蛋白(LN)属非胺原糖蛋白，两者均参与心肌纤维化的形成。因此，血清型前胶原(PCIII)、层粘蛋白(LN) 、透明质酸 (HA)水平的监测作为一种无创伤的方法，可间接反应心肌纤维化程度。
可见，本发明制得的药物能够有效治疗心肌纤维化，具有一定的推广应用价值。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解和实施本发明，下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明。
具体实施例1
称取：三棱15克、莪术15克、木香10克、香附10克、香橼15克、佛手20克、丹参20克、青皮10克、陈皮10克、枳实10克、枳壳15克、当归20克、生地黄20克、熟地黄20克、川穹15克、白芍20克、桔梗15克、牛膝15克、甘草10克、柴胡15克、桃仁10克、红花10克；加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；滤渣加6倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩至120克，即得符合正常成人一天用量的煎剂。
用于治疗心肌纤维化。口服，每日分早中晚三次服用。
具体实施例2
称取：三棱15克、莪术15克、木香10克、香附10克、香橼15克、佛手20克、丹参20克、青皮10克、陈皮10克、枳实10克、枳壳15克、当归20克、生地黄20克、熟地黄20克、川穹15克、白芍20克、桔梗15克、牛膝15克、甘草10克、柴胡15克、桃仁10克、红花10克；加10倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，包装，即得符合正常成人一天用量的散剂。
用于治疗心肌纤维化。口服，每日服用一次。
具体实施例3
称取：三棱15克、莪术15克、木香10克、香附10克、香橼15克、佛手20克、丹参20克、青皮10克、陈皮10克、枳实10克、枳壳15克、当归20克、生地黄20克、熟地黄20克、川穹15克、白芍20克、桔梗15克、牛膝15克、甘草10克、柴胡15克、桃仁10克、红花10克；加6倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮1小时，合并煎煮液，浓缩，干燥，装入胶囊壳，即得符合正常成人一天用量的胶囊剂。
用于治疗心肌纤维化。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。
