Abstract
本发明属于中药制剂领域，特别涉及一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的中药制剂，由下述重量份数的原料制成的：独活2份、土茯苓5份、泽泻2份、益母草3份、丹参4份和雷公藤2份，具有祛瘀通络、散瘀止痛的功效，治疗类风湿性关节炎具有疗效确切、见效快、疗效高、无毒副作用的特点。

本发明属于中药制剂领域，特别涉及一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的中药制剂。
背景技术
类风湿性关节炎是一种以关节病变为主的慢性全身性疾病，属中医的“痹症”范畴，《素问·痹论》中“风寒湿三气杂至合而为痹”，认为本病是正气不足，肝肾亏虚，风寒湿邪乘虚而入，痹阻经络、筋骨肌肉导滞气血瘀滞，久而成痹。临床多表现为全身发热、关节肌肉灼热、疼痛甚或局部肿胀、发红、发热，痛有定处，晨僵屈伸不利，晚期关节畸形并呈梭形肿胀。临床中通过辨证施治，采取祛湿通络，佐以散瘀止痛为治疗大法，取得了较好的效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种治疗类风湿关节炎的中药制剂，具有疗效确切、见效快、疗效高、无毒副作用的特点。
本发明一种治疗类风湿关节炎的中药制剂，其特征在于由如下重量份数的中药原料制成：独活2份、土茯苓5份、泽泻2份、益母草3份、丹参4份和雷公藤2份。
本发明可以制成中药学上可接受的各种制剂，优选汤剂。
制备方法：按上述重量称取原料，置多功能提取罐中加水煎煮二次，第一次加总药材五倍重量的水，煎煮二小时，取煎液，第二次加总药材三倍重量的水，煎煮一小时，取两次滤液混合、过滤，热封袋中，100℃高温灭菌，每袋200ml。
用法及用量：口服，每日早晚各一次，每次一袋，30天为一个疗程。服药期间禁食辛辣食物。
本发明药物机理如下：
独活：祛风湿、止痹痛、解表，本品具有祛风除湿、散寒通痹的功效。
土茯苓：解表祛湿、通利关节，本品甘淡，解表利湿的作用较好。
泽泻：利水渗湿、泄热。
益母草：活血调经、利水消肿、清热解毒。
丹参：活血调经、凉血消痈、安神，本品为活血化瘀的要药，广泛用于各种瘀血症。
雷公藤：祛风除湿、活血通络、消肿止痛、杀虫解表。
疗效判断：
显效：临床症状全部消失，关节功能恢复正常，能参加正常的工作和生活。
有效：主要症状明显减轻，关节功能有明显进步，工作能力和生活能力有所改善。
无效：疼痛虽然减轻，但关节功能障碍无明显改善。
治疗结果：临床试验治疗类风湿性关节炎患者120例，服用本发明汤剂，每次一袋，一日二次，30天为一疗程。经三个疗程治疗，显效84例，占70％，有效24例，占20％，无效12例，占10％，总有效率90％。通过治疗所示，对病人无任何副作用，三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常现象。
以下列举几个典型病例：
病例1：患者张某某，女，51岁，患类风湿性关节炎十余年，多方治疗无效，半年来靠口服激素缓解症状，于2008年来诊，查双手指关节明显肿胀、畸形并呈梭状肿胀，给予本发明药物口服三个疗程后，症状全部消失，关节功能基本恢复正常，并能参加正常工作和生活，随防一年未加重。
病例2：患者齐某，女，49岁，患类风湿性关节炎一年余，患者双手指关节明显肿胀，握拳困难、活动受限，不能参加正常劳动。给予本发明药物口服三个疗程后，症状全部消失，活动自如，随防一年未加重。
病例3：患者杨某某，男，46岁，患类风湿性关节炎，关节肿胀疼痛，活动受限，给予本发明药物口服三个疗程后，症状全部消失，活动自如并能参加农村劳动，随防一年未加重。
本发明有如下优点：
(1)本发明所使用的中草药均符合中华人民共和国药典规定。
(2)根据配伍本发明具有祛湿通络、散瘀止痛的功效，临床根据辨证主要用于湿邪内充、瘀阻经络、肌肉关节失养型。
(3)本发明对类风湿性关节炎有较好的治疗作用，并且可预防类风湿性关节炎的复发。
(4)本发明无毒无害，组方严谨、科学，具有见效快、疗效高、服用方便、不易复发的优点。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例
汤剂，按重量份数称取原料：独活2份、土茯苓5份、泽泻2份、益母草3份、丹参4份和雷公藤2份。
