技术领域
本发明涉及中药制剂领域，特别涉及一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物粉剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
放射治疗是恶性肿瘤的主要治疗手段之一，所有接受放射治疗的患者，均会发生不同程度的急性放射性皮肤损伤。按照国际抗癌联盟(UICC)急性放射反应评分标准评定放射性皮肤损伤程度。0度：无变化。I度：水疱形成，轻度红斑，脱毛，干性皮损，出汗减少。II度：明显红斑，斑状湿性皮损，中度水肿。III度：融合性湿性皮损，凹陷性水肿。IV度：坏死、溃疡、出血。中医学认为，放射线是“火热毒邪”，放射性皮肤损伤是由于热毒过盛，火毒郁于肌肤，热盛则肉腐，从而产生脱屑、溃疡；热邪伤阴，热毒内郁而见脱屑、热痒；热入营血，血热互结，外发于皮肤而出现红斑；血失濡润，气血凝滞，经络阻塞而致灼痛，属中医学烧伤、烫伤等范畴。目前治疗放射性皮肤损伤的方法虽很多，但其疗效差，有时患者不得不停止放疗，从而影响放射治疗的正常进行，影响治疗效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷，本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物粉剂及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物粉剂，由以下组分按照重量分数组成：
白芨3-9份，乳香3-9份，没药3-9份，珍珠3-9份，赤石脂15-25份，玄参5-15份，四季青20-30份，栀子炭5-15份，马齿苋30-40份，马勃3-9份，黄柏3-9份，龙胆草3-9份，川芎10-12份，莪术3-9份。
在上述方案的基础上，一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物粉剂，由以下组分按照重量分数组成：
白芨6份，乳香6份，没药6份，珍珠6份，赤石脂20份，玄参10份，四季青25份，栀子炭10份，马齿苋35份，马勃6份，黄柏6份，龙胆草6份，川芎11份，莪术6份。
上述治疗放射性皮炎的中药粉剂，具体的制备方法如下：
(1)按量称取组合物中各组分，将珍珠粉碎至1200目，将组合物中其他组分粉碎至700目；
(2)将粉碎后的组合物加入到800份水中浸泡30min，浸泡后用武火煮沸，改文火持续煎煮20min，之后浓缩干燥成粉末。
本发明所述的治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，按照中医理论配制而成，组合物中各组分在本发明组合物中发挥着特定的作用，具体如下：白芨：收敛止血、消肿生肌；乳香：活血消肿、生肌止痛；没药：活血止痛、消肿生肌；珍珠：镇心定惊、收敛生肌；赤石脂：收涩、生肌敛疮；五药共为君药；玄参：清热凉血、解毒散结、滋阴降火；四季青：清热解毒、凉血敛疮；栀子炭：凉血止血、消肿；马齿苋：清热解毒、凉血止血；马勃：清热解毒、凉血止血；五药共为臣药；黄柏：清热燥湿、泻火解毒；龙胆草：清热燥湿、泻肝火；川芎：活血行气、祛风止痛；莪术：行气止痛、破血祛瘀；四药共为佐药。十四味中药合用，共奏收敛生肌、活血凉血、清热、燥湿、行气之功效。
本发明所述的治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物粉剂，按照中医理论配制而成，各味中药组合，相辅相成，发挥治疗放射性皮炎的功效，中药制剂，毒副作用小，成本低，标本兼治，制备方法中将各组分超微粉碎，最大释放药物有效成分。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物粉剂，由以下组分按照重量分数组成：(每份10g)
白芨3份，乳香3份，没药3份，珍珠3份，赤石脂15份，玄参5份，四季青20份，栀子炭5份，马齿苋30份，马勃3份，黄柏3份，龙胆草3份，川芎10份，莪术3份。
具体的制备方法如下：
(1)按量称取组合物中各组分，将珍珠粉碎至1200目，将组合物中其他组分粉碎至700目；
(2)将粉碎后的组合物加入到800份水中浸泡30min，浸泡后用武火煮沸，改文火持续煎煮20min，之后浓缩干燥成粉末。
实施例2
一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物粉剂，由以下组分按照重量分数组成：(每份10g)

制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物粉剂，由以下组分按照重量分数组成：(每份10g)
白芨9份，乳香9份，没药9份，珍珠9份，赤石脂25份，玄参15份，四季青30份，栀子炭15份，马齿苋40份，马勃9份，黄柏9份，龙胆草9份，川芎12份，莪术9份。
制备方法与实施例1相同。
临床资料
1.一般资料
患者54例，均为我院接受放疗的病人，经诊断确诊为放射性皮炎。其中：男29例，女25例；年龄28-74岁，平均51.4岁。
2.诊断标准
(1)局部一次或短时间(数日)内多次受到总剂量大于5Gy照射；(2)临床表现可分三度，I度：初期反应为红斑，假愈期2～6周，极期症状为红斑、脱毛，参考剂量为5Gy；II度：初期反应为红斑、麻木感，假愈期1～3周，极期症状有二次红斑、毛囊疹、水泡，参考剂量为10Gy；III度：初期反应为红斑、麻木感、瘙痒、水肿，假愈期数小时～10天，极期症状有溃疡、坏死，参考剂量为15Gy。
3.治疗方法：
将本发明实施例2制备的药物粉末用凡士林制成软膏外敷，粉末与凡士林重量比：1∶2，外敷厚约2mm，并轻轻按摩，用双层无菌纱布覆盖宽松包扎固定，每日一次，7天为一疗程，连续治疗3个疗程。
4.疗效标准
显效：治疗后12h见效，创面分泌物明显减少，疼痛明显减轻，3d～5d创面完全治愈；
有效：治疗后分泌物逐渐减少，创面逐渐缩小，疼痛症状有所减轻，创面6d～14d治愈；
无效：治疗15d以上症状无明显好转，局部渗出伴脓性分泌物增多，需借助其他治疗方法进行治疗。
5.治疗效果
连续治疗21天观察疗效：显效34例，有效18例，无效2例，总有效率为96.3％。

白芨3-9份，乳香3-9份，没药3-9份，珍珠3-9份，赤石脂15-25份，玄参5-15份，四季青20-30份，栀子炭5-15份，马齿苋30-40份，马勃3-9份，黄柏3-9份，龙胆草3-9份，川芎10-12份，莪术3-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物粉剂，其特征在于由以下组分按照重量分数组成：
白芨6份，乳香6份，没药6份，珍珠6份，赤石脂20份，玄参10份，四季青25份，栀子炭10份，马齿苋35份，马勃6份，黄柏6份，龙胆草6份，川芎11份，莪术6份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物粉剂，其特征在于具体的制备方法如下：
