Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于祛除疤痕的药物组合物及其制备方法,以鲜白果仁、白花蛇草、白芷、白茅根、白癣皮、黄柏、酒精、碘酊、冰醋酸、蒸馏水、明矾、酮康唑片剂为原料,制备而成外用药液。本发明具有平皴皱、护血管、增加血流量、排脓生肌、活血止痛、抗菌、抗病毒和消炎的作用,可用于皮肤燥痒、疥癣,对治疗痤疮疤痕、手术疤痕、烧烫伤疤痕、烟疤疤痕及各种皮肤浅部真菌感染有显著效果。
Description
技术领域 本发明属于药物组合物技术领域,具体涉及一种用于祛除疤痕的药物组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术 疤痕是物理、生物、化学等因素的损害作用于人体皮肤软组织,导致皮肤软组织的严重损伤而不能完全自行正常修复,转由纤维组织替代修复留下的即影响外观又影响功能的局部症状,常见的疤痕有痤疮疤痕、手术疤痕、烧烫伤疤痕和烟疤等。
痤疮疤痕是由青春痘痤疮在恢复后所留下的疤痕,是由于青春期内分泌失调导致毛囊及皮脂腺阻塞、发炎,通常分为寻常性痤疮、坏死性痤疮、聚合性痤疮等;痤疮是皮肤毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症性疾病,与普通的毛囊炎和皮肤感染不同的是,后者容易治疗,病程也很短,普通的抗生素治疗一般都有效,但是痤疮炎症消退非常缓慢,严重程度变异也非常大,常常会破坏毛囊皮脂腺结构,轻者可以不留痕迹,较重者可留下色素性印记;当痤疮形成后,患者经常下意识的用手去挤压,从而造成局部皮肤有损伤,使皮肤的屏障保护功能降低,细菌乘虚而入,继发皮脂腺炎症,使炎症不断加重,直至形成化脓性皮脂腺炎症,在皮脂营腔内组织修复与破坏并存,易致形成疤痕疙瘩,疤痕增生,以及萎缩性疤痕,凸凹不平型疤痕。
手术疤痕,即手术后留在皮肤表面的增生性疤痕,手术切口的选择会影响手术的效果及手术疤痕的形状、大小、深浅等,即使再好的缝合技术也会留下一条缝合疤痕,而且不能保证不增生、扩大疤痕,因此手术时选择正确的手术切口,能为以后消除手术疤痕打下良好的基础。
烫伤常见低热烫伤,低热烫伤又可称为低温烫伤,是因为皮肤长时间接触高于体温的低热物体而造成的烫伤,接触70℃的温度持续一分钟,皮肤可能就会被烫伤;而当皮肤接触近60℃的温度持续五分钟以上时,也有可能造成烫伤,这种烫伤就叫做低温烫伤;由于低热烫伤常发生在人体下肢,一般情况下,皮肤与低温热源短时间接触,仅造成真皮浅层的水疱型烫伤,但如果低温热源持续作用,就会逐渐发展为真皮深层及皮下各层组织烫伤;低温烫伤和高温引起的烫伤不同,创面疼痛感不十分明显,仅在皮肤上出现红肿、水疱、脱皮或者发白的现象,面积也不大,烫伤皮肤表面看上去烫伤不太严重,但创面深严重者甚至会造成深部组织坏死,如果处理不当,严重会发生溃烂,长时间都无法愈合。由于烫伤引起真正意义的创伤发生,皮肤的全层受到损伤时,纤维结缔组织就会大量增生,形成坚硬的、边缘不规则形状与蟹足或蜈蚣相似的烫伤疤痕。
目前,去除疤痕的方法有多种,常见的有切除疤痕无创缝合;软组织扩张器扩张正常皮肤后修复疤痕;疤痕内药物注射;疤痕磨削术;外用药喷、涂等方法,这些方法均可改善外观、缓解疤痕增生,手术、植皮、药物注射、磨削等方法虽然效果好,但治疗的费用高,需要病人再次进行手术治疗,病人接受程度低;而现有技术的外用药不会让病人进行二次手术,但效果差见效慢。
发明内容 本发明的目的是解决现有技术存在治疗费用高和祛疤效果差的技术问题,提供一种用于祛除疤痕的药物组合物及其制备方法,以弥补现有技术的不足。
本发明药物组合物经过多年临床治疗证明对祛除痤疮疤痕、手术疤痕、烧烫伤疤痕和烟疤有显著的治疗效果,能有效的加速皮肤新陈代谢,使皮肤光滑、洁亮。
本发明是由下述配比的原料制备而成:
鲜白果仁500粒、白花蛇草300g、白芷300g、白茅根120g、白癣皮120g、黄柏150g、酒精1000g、碘酊1000g、冰醋酸600g、蒸馏水300g、明矾300g、酮康唑片剂20片。
本发明的药物组合物及其制备方法,具体操作步骤为:
(1)、将鲜白果仁榨汁,取白果汁液备用;
(2)、将白花蛇草、白芷、白茅根、白癣皮、黄柏混合并加入2000g的水,文火煎40分钟,待自然降温至50℃后,滤出纯净的药液500g备用;
(3)、将蒸馏水、明矾、酮康唑片剂混合并充分搅拌溶解后得混合液后备用;
(4)、将步骤(2)滤出的纯净药液500g与步骤(3)得的混合液混合均匀,再依次加入酒精、碘酊、冰醋酸以及步骤(1)得的白果汁液,充分混合均匀后即得本发明药液,定名为:祛疤精。
使用方法:外敷,为达到最佳的治疗效果,使用前,需先将患处清理干净,再涂抹本发明药液祛疤精于患处,一日一次,可在晚上睡前进行涂抹,7天为一个疗程。
注:本发明药液不可用于破损暴漏性伤口,患者在用药期间,应保持良好的生活作息时间,不可让患处皮肤受到外界刺激,饮食应以清淡为主,忌食刺激性食物。
白果仁:去皮的银杏果仁,含有多种营养元素,具有益肺气、治咳喘、止带虫、缩小便、平皴皱、护血管、增加血流量等食疗作用和医用效果。
白花蛇草:为一年生披散草本,味苦、淡,性寒。主要功效是清热解毒、消痛散结、利尿除湿,尤善治疗各种类型炎症。在临床实践中,白花蛇舌草若配伍得当,可治疗多种疾病。
白芷:多年生高大草本,以根入药,有祛病除湿、排脓生肌、活血止痛等功能。主治风寒感冒、头痛、鼻炎、牙痛。治头痛,眉棱骨痛,齿痛,鼻渊,寒湿腹痛,肠风痔漏,赤白带下,痈疽疮疡,皮肤燥痒,疥癣。
白茅根:白茅根为禾本科植物多年生草本白茅的根茎。别名:茅根、地管、茹根、蓝根。主治:凉血止血,清热解毒。用于吐血,尿血,热淋,水肿,黄疸,小便不利,热病烦渴,胃热呕哕,咳嗽。
白癣皮:多年生宿根草本,全株有强烈香气;味苦、寒;功能主治:清热燥湿,祛风解毒,用于湿热疮毒,黄水淋漓,湿疹,风疹,疥癣疮瘌,风湿热痹,黄疸尿赤。
黄柏:为芸香科植物黄皮树的干燥树皮,苦、寒。归肾、膀胱经。具有清热燥湿、泻火除蒸、解毒疗疮功效。具有广泛的抗菌、抗病毒和消炎的作用。
碘酊:适应症为用于皮肤感染和消毒,外用。
冰醋酸:也叫乙酸、醋酸,是一种有机一元酸,为食醋内酸味及刺激性气味的来源。用以治疗各种皮肤浅部真菌感染,灌洗创面及鸡眼、疣的治疗。
蒸馏水:就是将水蒸馏、冷凝的水,具有低渗作用,用蒸馏水冲洗手术伤口,使创面可能残留的肿瘤细胞吸水膨胀,破裂,坏死,失去活性,避免肿瘤在创面种植生长。
明矾:化学名称为十二水硫酸铝钾,也称白矾,是含有结晶水的硫酸钾和硫酸铝的复盐。对多种革兰阴性、阳性球菌和杆菌都有抑制作用;对常见化脓菌有较强抑菌作用;对金黄色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌有抑制作用。对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、炭疽杆菌、弗氏和志贺痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌和副伤寒甲杆菌、变形杆菌及葡萄球菌等有抑制作用;对绿色链球菌、溶血性链球菌、肺炎球菌、白喉杆菌作用最强,对牛型布氏杆菌、百日咳杆菌、脑膜炎球菌作用次之,对流感杆菌无作用;高浓度明矾液对人型(H37RV)及牛型结核杆菌也有抑制作用;对羊毛状小孢子菌和红色毛癣菌有很强的抑制作用。中医认为,明矾具有解毒杀虫,爆湿止痒,止血止泻,清热消痰的功效抗阴道滴虫等作用。
酮康唑片剂:治疗皮肤癣菌和(或)酵母菌引起的皮肤、毛发和粘膜感染,由于其感染部位、面积及深度等因素导致局部治疗无效时,方可用本品治疗。对皮肤真菌病、花斑癣、糠秕孢子菌性毛囊炎、皮肤念珠菌病、慢性皮肤粘膜念珠菌病、慢性、复发性阴道念珠菌病有治疗作用。酮康唑片的规格为:0.2g/片。
本发明药液的使用结果表明,具有平皴皱、护血管、增加血流量、排脓生肌、活血止痛、抗菌、抗病毒和消炎的作用,可用于皮肤燥痒、疥癣,对治疗痤疮疤痕、手术疤痕、烧烫伤疤痕、烟疤疤痕及各种皮肤浅部真菌感染有显著效果。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种用于祛除疤痕的药物组合物及其制备方法,是由下列按重量配比的原料制备而成:
白果仁500粒、白花蛇草300g、白芷300g、白茅根120g、白癣皮120g、黄柏150g、酒精1000g、碘酊1000g、冰醋酸600g、蒸馏水300g、明矾300g、酮康唑片剂20片。
具体操作步骤为:
(1)、将鲜白果仁榨汁,取白果汁液备用;
(2)、将白花蛇草、白芷、白茅根、白癣皮、黄柏混合并加入2000g的水,文火煎40分钟,待自然降温至50℃后,滤出纯净的药液500g备用;
(3)、将蒸馏水、明矾、酮康唑片剂混合并充分搅拌溶解后得混合液后备用;
(4)、将步骤(2)滤出的纯净药液500g与步骤(3)得的混合液混合均匀,再依次加入酒精、碘酊、冰醋酸以及步骤(1)得的白果汁液,充分混合均匀后即得本发明药液。
使用前,需先将患处清理干净,再涂抹本发明药液于患处,一日一次,可在晚上睡前进行涂抹,7天为一个疗程。
药理实验
研究本发明药物组合物祛疤精对小白鼠疤痕祛除的影响
实验动物:取9个月健康小白鼠30只,每只体重约50g,雌雄各半,随机分成对照组和治疗组两组,每组15只,治疗组采用本发明实施例1所得的药物组合物,对照组采用密丽疤痕灵膏,郑州密丽药业有限公司。
建立手术疤痕和烫伤疤痕模型:进行无菌操作,手术前对小白鼠用10﹪水合氯醛0.03ml/10g静脉麻醉,右前肢和右后肢分别剃毛清洁消毒,先用手术刀在右前肢垂直切长度为1.5cm的刀口,刀口深度0.5cm,用生理盐水冲洗,洒青霉素粉预防感染,进行缝合包扎;再用加热至90℃的金属片接触右后肢皮肤,静置30秒后与皮肤分离,使右后肢的真皮深层组织出现烫伤的症状;术后需对小白鼠进行3天抗感染治疗,给予青霉素40万U,肌肉注射,1次/日。
两组动物苏醒后,继续进行适应性饲养六天,两组动物在进食上无差异,饲养温度控制在20~25℃,湿度50﹪~70﹪,待手术疤痕愈合,并出现结缔组织后,于第七天对两组动物开始给药:对照组用消毒棉棒沾取密丽疤痕灵膏后,涂抹于小白鼠的右前、后肢患处,1次/日;治疗组用消毒棉棒沾取实施例1中的药液并涂抹于小白鼠的右前、后肢患处,1次/日;于用药后第15天和第30天分两次对两组小白鼠进行对比,观察皮肤组织的恢复情况,结果见表1和表2:

由上可知,治疗组和对照组在治愈数和无效数方面有显著差异,治疗组的恢复效果要明显好于对照组。
实施例二
临床统计资料
观察病例:265例,男性152例,女性113例,年龄6-56岁;其中手术疤痕82例,烧伤疤痕76例,烟疤疤痕19例,烫伤疤痕88例。
治疗标准:患处红肿、热痛消失,无癍痕,肤色正常为痊愈。
治疗效果:手术疤痕痊愈79例,烧伤疤痕痊愈70例,烟疤疤痕痊愈18例,烫伤疤痕痊愈86例,治愈率在95﹪以上。
实施例三
典型病例如下:
1、刘某,女,38岁,右手臂被热水烫伤一年,烫伤面积5cm×12cm,高度3mm-5mm,外敷本发明药液一个疗程后,疤痕处有明显好转,皮肤坏死组织面积减少,继续外敷2个月后烫伤处疤痕已接近正常皮肤。
2、柴某某,男,33岁,右小腿处做手术后留下5cm×1cm的垂直手术疤痕,外敷本发明药液2个疗程后,结缔组织面积明显缩小,继续外敷3个月后手术疤痕接近周围皮肤。
3、邢某,男,18岁,处于青春期学业压力大,面部及背部有明显痤疮,外敷1个疗程后,面部皮肤黑色素降低,开始长出嫩皮,6个疗程后,面部及背部皮肤明显改善,肤色无明显差异,继续外敷2个月后,皮肤光滑,痤疮消失。
4、刘某、女、21岁,性格叛逆,手臂部有五处烟头烧伤疤痕,外敷1个疗程后,患处红肿、热痛感消失,皮肤结缔组织面积减小,继续外敷3个月后,患处无癍痕,接近周围肤色。
本发明采用的上述药物互作配伍,能发挥其协同治病的作用,能促进皮肤生长,改善肤色,平皴皱、护血管、增加血流量、排脓生肌、活血止痛、抗菌、抗病毒和消炎的作用;本申请人结合祖传去疤痕秘方,在多年的行医实践中,通过对传统中药的研究,结合辨证论治,寻求最佳治疗方案;在临床上及时随访患者治疗效果,发明了此药物组合物,治愈率达百分之九十五以上。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于祛除疤痕的药物组合物,其特征是由下述配比的原料制备而成:鲜白果仁500粒、白花蛇草300g、白芷300g、白茅根120g、白癣皮120g、黄柏150g、酒精1000g、碘酊1000g、冰醋酸600g、蒸馏水300g、明矾300g、酮康唑片剂20片;
具体制备步骤如下:
(1)、将鲜白果仁榨汁,取白果汁液备用;
(2)、将白花蛇草、白芷、白茅根、白癣皮、黄柏混合并加入2000g的水,文火煎40分钟,待自然降温至50℃后,滤出纯净的药液500g备用;
(3)、将蒸馏水、明矾、酮康唑片剂混合并充分搅拌溶解后得混合液后备用;
(4)、将步骤(2)滤出的纯净药液500g与步骤(3)得的混合液混合均匀,再依次加入酒精、碘酊、冰醋酸以及步骤(1)得的白果汁液,充分混合均匀后即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于祛除疤痕的药物组合物的制备方法,其特征是按下述操作步骤进行:
(1)、将鲜白果仁榨汁,取白果汁液备用;
(2)、将白花蛇草、白芷、白茅根、白癣皮、黄柏混合并加入2000g的水,文火煎40分钟,待自然降温至50℃后,滤出纯净的药液500g备用;
(3)、将蒸馏水、明矾、酮康唑片剂混合并充分搅拌溶解后得混合液后备用;
(4)、将步骤(2)滤出的纯净药液500g与步骤(3)得的混合液混合均匀,再依次加入酒精、碘酊、冰醋酸以及步骤(1)得的白果汁液,充分混合均匀后即可。
