技术领域
本发明涉及中药制剂领域，特别涉及一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
放射治疗是恶性肿瘤的主要治疗手段之一，所有接受放射治疗的患者，均会发生不同程度的急性放射性皮肤损伤。按照国际抗癌联盟(UICC)急性放射反应评分标准评定放射性皮肤损伤程度。0度：无变化。I度：水疱形成，轻度红斑，脱毛，干性皮损，出汗减少。II度：明显红斑，斑状湿性皮损，中度水肿。III度：融合性湿性皮损，凹陷性水肿。IV度：坏死、溃疡、出血。中医学认为，放射线是“火热毒邪”，放射性皮肤损伤是由于热毒过盛，火毒郁于肌肤，热盛则肉腐，从而产生脱屑、溃疡；热邪伤阴，热毒内郁而见脱屑、热痒；热入营血，血热互结，外发于皮肤而出现红斑；血失濡润，气血凝滞，经络阻塞而致灼痛，属中医学烧伤、烫伤等范畴。目前治疗放射性皮肤损伤的方法虽很多，但其疗效差，有时患者不得不停止放疗，从而影响放射治疗的正常进行，影响治疗效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷，本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，由以下组分按照重量分数组成：
煅石膏40-50份，珍珠3-9份，赤石脂10-20份，白薇3-9份，血竭2-6份，栀子3-9份，丹皮6-12份，赤芍5-15份，水牛角10-20份，鲜马齿苋：80-90份，鲜芦根80-90份，菊花10-20份，升麻3-9份，连翘5-15份。
在上述方案的基础上，一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，由以下组分按照重量分数组成：
煅石膏45份，珍珠6份，赤石脂15份，白薇6份，血竭4份，栀子6份，丹皮9份，赤芍10份，水牛角15份，鲜马齿苋85份，鲜芦根85份，菊花15份，升麻6份，连翘10份。
如上所述的治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，具体的制备方法如下：
(1)按量称取组合物中各组分，将煅石膏和珍珠粉碎至1200目，将赤石脂、白薇、血竭、栀子、丹皮、赤芍、水牛角、菊花、升麻和连翘粉碎至700目，将鲜马齿苋和鲜芦根捣碎后挤出汁，留汁备用；
(3)将粉碎后的组合物加入到800份水中浸泡30min，之后武火煮沸，改文火持续煎煮20min，之后浓缩干燥成粉末；
(4)将鲜马齿苋汁和鲜芦根汁加入到干燥后的粉末中，自然晾干。
本发明所述的组合物，按照中医理论配制而成，组合物中：煅石膏：清热泻火、收敛生肌；珍珠：镇心定惊、收敛生肌；赤石脂：止血、收涩、生肌敛疮；白薇：清热凉血、解毒疗疮；血竭：止血、生肌敛疮；五药共为君药；栀子：消肿止痛、凉血止血；丹皮：清热凉血、活血散瘀；赤芍：清热凉血、祛瘀止痛；水牛角：清热凉血、泻火解毒；鲜马齿苋：清热解毒、凉血止血；五药共为臣药；鲜芦根：清热排脓；菊花：清热解毒、疏风散热；升麻：发表透疹、清热解毒；连翘：清热解毒、消痈散结；四药共为佐药。十四药合用，共奏生肌敛疮、凉血止血、清热解毒之功效。
本发明所述的治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，按照中医理论配制而成，各味中药组合，相辅相成，发挥治疗放射性皮炎的疗效，中药制剂，毒副作用小，成本低，标本兼治，制备方法中将各组分超微粉碎，最大释放药物有效成分。

1.一般资料
患者42例，均为我院接受放疗的病人，经诊断确诊为放射性皮炎。其中：男22例，女20例；年龄27-72岁，平均49.5岁。

(1)局部一次或短时间(数日)内多次受到总剂量大于5Gy照射；(2)临床表现可分三度，I度：初期反应为红斑，假愈期2～6周，极期症状为红斑、脱毛，参考剂量为5Gy；II度：初期反应为红斑、麻木感，假愈期1～3周，极期症状有二次红斑、毛囊疹、水泡，参考剂量为10Gy；III度：初期反应为红斑、麻木感、瘙痒、水肿，假愈期数小时～10天，极期症状有溃疡、坏死，参考剂量为15Gy。
3.治疗方法：
将本发明实施例2制备的药物粉末用凡士林制成软膏外敷，粉末与凡士林重量比：1∶3，外敷厚约2mm，并轻轻按摩，用双层无菌纱布覆盖宽松包扎固定，每日一次，5天为一疗程，连续治疗3个疗程。
4.疗效标准
显效：治疗后12h见效，创面分泌物明显减少，疼痛明显减轻，3d～5d创面完全治愈；
有效：治疗后分泌物逐渐减少，创面逐渐缩小，疼痛症状有所减轻，创面6d～14d治愈；
无效：治疗15d以上症状无明显好转，局部渗出伴脓性分泌物增多，需借助其他治疗方法进行治疗。
5.治疗效果
连续治疗15天观察疗效：显效29例，有效12例，无效1例，总有效率为97.6％。

Claims (2)
1.一种治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，其特征在于由以下组分按照重量份数制备而成：
煅石膏40-50份，珍珠3-9份，赤石脂10-20份，白薇3-9份，血竭2-6份，栀子3-9份，丹皮6-12份，赤芍5-15份，水牛角10-20份，鲜马齿苋80-90份，鲜芦根80-90份，菊花10-20份，升麻3-9份，连翘5-15份；
具体的制备方法如下：
(1)按量称取组合物中各组分，将煅石膏和珍珠粉碎至1200目，将赤石脂、白薇、血竭、栀子、丹皮、赤芍、水牛角、菊花、升麻和连翘粉碎至700目，将鲜马齿苋和鲜芦根捣碎后挤出汁，留汁备用；
(3)将粉碎后的组合物加入到800份水中浸泡30min，之后武火煮沸，改文火持续煎煮20min，之后浓缩干燥成粉末；
(4)将鲜马齿苋汁和鲜芦根汁加入到干燥后的粉末中，自然晾干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗放射性皮炎的中药组合物，其特征在于由以下组分按照重量份数制备而成：
煅石膏45份，珍珠6份，赤石脂15份，白薇6份，血竭4份，栀子6份，丹皮9份，赤芍10份，水牛角15份，鲜马齿苋85份，鲜芦根85份，菊花15份，升麻6份，连翘10份。
