背景技术
在临床医学中，腰痛发病率仅次于感冒，居第2位，而肾虚所致腰痛患病率排在首位。肾虚腰痛，多因房室不节、劳倦过度等损伤肾脏精气所致。肾虚腰痛常见于中老年人和体质虚弱之人。临床中轻者仅限于腰部疼痛，重者可出现腰部功能障碍，如身躯转侧不利，甚至发生僵直等。
对于腰痛的治疗，现代西药中除镇痛药以外尚无特效药物，这就突显了西医治疗的局限性。由于临床上腰痛的机制多不明确，故在临床中用药止痛的选择有难度。而中医治疗腰痛比西医更丰富，更有经验和优势。在我国中医的大量文献中，认为腰乃肾之外候，《素问·脉要精微论》曰：“腰者，肾之府，转摇不能，肾将惫矣”。表明腰痛是先因肾虚，后感风寒湿邪，经络气血受阻，肾脏阴阳被遏，不通则痛。但是采用传统中医方法治疗，由于中药苦味重，口感不佳，服用困难，很多患者很难长期坚持服用，一旦有疗效即停药而影响疗效。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是根据传统中医食疗理论，提供一种具有调理腰痛功能、方便食用的本草食疗组合物及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：一种具有调理腰痛功能的本草食疗组合物，由以下重量份数的组份组成：杜仲提取物10-30份，补骨脂提取物10-20份，核桃肉提取物5-20份，黑豆提取物10-30份，黄芪提取物10-30份，党参提取物10-20份，当归提取物10-20份，川芎提取物10-20份，红花提取物10-20份，茯苓提取物0-30份，白术提取物10-30份，苍术提取物0-30份，陈皮提取物0-20份，枸杞提取物0-20份，大蒜提取物5-15份，山药提取物0-20份，白芍提取物10-20份，甘草提取物5-15份。上述提取物均由水提取得到。
一种具有调理腰痛功能的本草食疗组合物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)将以下原料分别清洗干净：杜仲、补骨脂、核桃肉、黑豆、黄芪、党参、当归、川芎、红花、茯苓、白术、苍术、陈皮、枸杞、大蒜、山药、白芍、甘草，分别用粉碎机粉碎，将上述粉碎后的各原料粉末分别用其重量10～20倍的蒸馏水于80℃～100℃提取，提取2次～3次，每次时长2h～3h，合并得到的提取液，经过滤、浓缩、喷雾干燥后制得各原料相应的提取物；

(3)将步骤(2)得到的混合物制成药物产品，并进行灭菌处理。

本发明是根据传统中医辩证理论，分析现代人体体质，审明病症病因，合理选用药食两用原料，科学配伍，经现代制剂工艺加工制作而成，各种原料容易采集且效果明显。杜仲性温，味甘，归肝、肾经，具有补肝肾、强筋骨等功效；补骨脂性温，味辛、苦，归肾、脾经，具有温肾助阳，温脾止泻等功效；核桃肉性温，味甘，归肾、肺、大肠经，具有补肾、温肺、润肠等功效；黑豆性平、味甘、归脾,肾经，有解表清热、养血平肝、补肾壮阴、补虚黑发之功效。黄芪性温，味甘，归肺、脾经，具有补气升阳，生津养血、行滞通痹等功效；党参性平，味甘，归脾、肺经，具有健脾益肺、养血生津等功效。当归性温、味甘、辛，归肝、心、脾经，具有补血活血、调经止痛等功效；川芎性温、味辛，归肝、胆、心包经，具有活血行气、祛风止痛等功效；红花性温、味辛，归心、肝经，具有活血通络、散瘀止痛等功效；白芍性微寒，味苦酸，归肝、脾经，具有养血调经，柔肝止痛等功效；茯苓性平，味甘、淡，归心、肺、脾、肾经，具有利水渗湿，健脾，宁心等功效；白术性温、味苦、甘，归脾、胃经，具有健脾益气、燥湿利水，止汗等功效；苍术性温、味辛、苦，归脾、胃、肝经，具有燥湿健脾，祛风散寒等功效；陈皮性温，味苦、辛，归肺、脾经，具有理气健脾、燥湿化痰等功效。枸杞性平，味甘，归肝、肾经，具有滋补肝肾、益精明目等功效；山药性平，味甘，归脾、肺、肾经，具有补脾养胃，生津益肺、补肾涩精等功效；大蒜性温，味辛平，归脾、胃、肺经，具有温中健胃，消食理气等功效。甘草性平，味甘，归心、肺、脾、胃经，具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、调和诸药等功效。本发明中杜仲、补骨脂、核桃肉、黑豆补肝肾、强筋骨；黄芪、党参补脾益肺，调理气血；当归、川芎、红花、白芍活血散瘀止痛，茯苓、白术、苍术、陈皮健脾益气、祛湿止痛；枸杞、山药补肾益精，滋阴润燥，大蒜宣通祛寒，行沸通络；甘草补脾胃，调和诸药。各种组分均属于食物范围，合用可以起到补肾强腰、健脾益气、活血通络、祛湿止痛、扶正祛邪、标本兼顾的食疗作用。本发明采用现代制剂技术，准确控制产品质量，将产品制成胶囊剂、片剂、袋泡茶、固体饮料等方便携带的剂型，为公众服用该产品提供了方便。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明产品成本低，营养丰富，具有调理腰痛的功能，有准确的有效成分定量指标，无任何毒副作用，方便食用。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述，所举实例只用于解释本发明，并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1：
将杜仲、补骨脂、核桃肉、黑豆、黄芪、党参、当归、川芎、红花、茯苓、白术、苍术、陈皮、大蒜、白芍、甘草原料清洗干净，用粉碎机粉碎，将上述粉碎后的原料粉末分别用其重量15倍的蒸馏水于90℃提取，提取3次，每次时长2h，合并得到的提取液，经过滤、浓缩、喷雾干燥后制得相应的提取物。将各种提取物按比例(杜仲提取物20份，补骨脂提取物10份，核桃肉提取物10份，黑豆提取物20份，黄芪提取物20份，党参提取物10份，当归提取物10份，川芎提取物10份，红花提取物10份，茯苓提取物10份，白术提取物20份，苍术提取物10份，陈皮提取物10份，大蒜提取物15份，白芍提取物10份，甘草提取物10份)充分混合。用一般的药物制剂方法，制成胶囊剂型的药物产品，每粒240mg，并进行灭菌。
病例1
腰痛患者1，男，50岁，患腰痛已十多年，反复发作，以酸胀痛、冷痛为主；活动后，尤其脊柱垂直应力加大后症状加重，不能久坐、久站，坐位症状重于站位，咳嗽、喷嚏可使疼痛加重。另外患者神疲肢冷、面色胱白，舌淡脉沉。给其服用实施例1制得的胶囊剂型药物产品，每天3次，每次3粒，三周后，腰痛症状基本消失，日常工作和运动恢复正常，继续服用一个月后症状完全消失。半年后回访，患者腰痛症状没有复发。
实施例2：
将杜仲、补骨脂、核桃肉、黑豆，黄芪、党参、当归、川芎、红花、茯苓、白术、苍术、枸杞、大蒜、山药、白芍、甘草原料清洗干净，用粉碎机粉碎，将上述粉碎后的原料粉末分别用其重量20倍的蒸馏水于80℃提取，提取2次，每次时长3h，合并得到的提取液，经过滤、浓缩、喷雾干燥后制得相应的提取物。将各种提取物按比例(杜仲提取物10份，补骨脂提取物15份，核桃肉提取物5份，黑豆提取物10份，黄芪提取物10份，党参提取物15份,当归提取物20份，川芎提取物15份，红花提取物15份，茯苓提取物30份，白术提取物30份，苍术提取物30份，枸杞提取物10份，大蒜提取物10份，山药提取物10份，白芍提取物15份，甘草提取物15份)充分混合。制成片剂型的药物产品，用一般的药物制剂方法，每片0.5g，并进行灭菌。
病例2
患者2，男，45岁，农民，因2年前谷雨前后在地里劳作淋雨，回家后觉腰部酸胀无力，腰部发凉而沉重，转则不利，俯仰不便，每逢阴湿天气腰部刺痛，遇寒加重得热痛减，静卧痛不减，四肢困乏，膝软无力，舌苔薄白，脉沉紧。给其服用实施例2制得的片剂型药物产品，每天3次，每次3片，两周后，症状消除，恢复正常工作。半年后随访未复发。
实施例3：
将杜仲、补骨脂、核桃肉、黑豆，黄芪、党参、当归、川芎、红花、白术、陈皮、枸杞、大蒜、山药、白芍、甘草原料清洗干净，用粉碎机粉碎，将上述粉碎后的原料粉末分别用其重量10倍的蒸馏水于100℃提取，提取3次，每次时长2.5h，合并得到的提取液，经过滤、浓缩、喷雾干燥后制得相应的提取物。将各种提取物按比例(杜仲提取物30份，补骨脂提取物20份，核桃肉提取物20份，黑豆提取物30份，黄芪提取物30份，党参提取物20份，当归提取物15份，川芎提取物20份，红花提取物20份，白术提取物10份，陈皮提取物20份，枸杞提取物20份，大蒜提取物5份，山药提取物20份，白芍提取物20份，甘草提取物5份)充分混合。用传统的制茶工艺，制成袋泡茶，每袋1g；或者经制粒、整粒等主要工艺制成固体饮料,每袋2g，并进行灭菌。
病例3
患者3，，男，7O岁，劳累后腰痛反复发作3年，腰部困痛重着，白天劳动后加重，夜间休息后减轻，伴有头晕、头重如裹，四肢无力，平时手足心热。曾在多家医院检查腰椎CT、肾脏B超、肾功，未见异常。针灸、理疗、口服芬必得疼痛均可暂时缓解，不久又发作。给其服用实施例3的制得固体饮料，每天3次，每次1袋；或者给其服用实施例3的制得袋泡茶，每天3次，每次1袋，用200-300ml温水冲服；两个月后，症状消失，半年后回访没有复发。

Claims (2)

1.一种具有调理腰痛功能的本草食疗组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份数的组份组成：杜仲提取物10-30份，补骨脂提取物10-20份，核桃肉提取物5-20份，黑豆提取物10-30份，黄芪提取物10-30份，党参提取物10-20份，当归提取物10-20份，川芎提取物10-20份，红花提取物10-20份，茯苓提取物0-30份，白术提取物10-30份，苍术提取物0-30份，陈皮提取物0-20份，枸杞提取物0-20份，大蒜提取物5-15份，山药提取物0-20份，白芍提取物10-20份，甘草提取物5-15份；
所述食疗组合物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)将以下原料分别清洗干净：杜仲、补骨脂、核桃肉、黑豆、黄芪、党参、当归、川芎、红花、茯苓、白术、苍术、陈皮、枸杞、大蒜、山药、白芍、甘草，分别用粉碎机粉碎，将上述粉碎后的各原料粉末分别用其重量10～20倍的蒸馏水于80℃～100℃提取，提取2次～3次，每次时长2h～3h，合并得到的提取液，经过滤、浓缩、喷雾干燥后制得各原料相应的提取物；
(2)按以下的重量份数，分别称取步骤(1)得到的提取物：杜仲提取物10-30份、补骨脂提取物10-20份、核桃肉提取物5-20份、黑豆提取物10-30份、黄芪提取物10-30份、党参提取物10-20份、当归提取物10-20份、川芎提取物10-20份、红花提取物10-20份、茯苓提取物0-30份、白术提取物10-30份、苍术提取物0-30份、陈皮提取物0-20份、枸杞提取物0-20份、大蒜提取物5-15份、山药提取物0-20份、白芍提取物10-20份、甘草提取物5-15份；充分混合后，得到各原料提取物的混合物；
(3)将步骤(2)得到的混合物制成药物产品，并进行灭菌处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有调理腰痛功能的本草食疗组合物，其特征在于，步骤(3)中，所述药物产品的剂型为胶囊剂、片剂、袋泡茶或固体饮料。
