本发明公开了一种实用、美观的通体发光砖灯,包括灯体、灯面、LED 光源、用以控制光源产生发光效果的控制器和调光开关;所述控制器的一端与所述LED 光源连接,另一端与所述调光开关连接。本发明可以用于铺设广场、步行街、大厦、歌舞厅等场所的地面,也可以用于装饰墙面,优点是:1. 具有很好的实用性,由于灯面和灯体采用抗冲击、耐摩擦,耐腐蚀的材料制成,所以可以直接当作普通地砖或者墙砖使用;2. 发化色彩丰富,具有动态变化的效果,非常美观。

本发明涉及一种灯具,特别涉及一种通体发光的砖形灯具。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,广场、步行街、大厦、歌舞厅等场所的亮化越来越普遍,特别是装饰性灯具在亮化中的应用非常广泛,这就需要出现更多不同类型、更加美观的灯具。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种实用、美观的通体发光砖灯。
本发明的技术方案是:一种通体发光砖灯,包括灯体、灯面、LED 光源、用以控制光源产生发光效果的控制器和调光开关:所述控制器的一端与所述LED 光源连接,另一端与所述调光开关连接。
所述通体发光砖灯可以拼装成通体发光砖灯板块,其中的每盏通体发光砖灯可以使用同一个控制器和调光开关。所述LED 光源可以设置于所述灯体与所述灯面的夹层中。所述灯面最好采用乳化钢化玻璃,乳化钢化玻璃不发光时呈乳白色,无杂质、斑点,其乳白色面层不会划伤,可擦洗,在恶劣环境下长时间使用不变色,脱落,能耐超高强度冲击力,可承受10 吨重压不破损,发光后颜色多彩、纯正,透光且不透明所述。灯体的材料最好为铸铝,它具有抗压、耐腐蚀的特点。所述通体发光砖灯的形状可以为长方体、正方体、三棱柱、或者多棱柱。所述LED 光源具有耗电省、寿命长的优点,最好采用低压直流供电,保证使用安全。所述调光开关可以采用琴键形式。
工作原理为:当本发明接通电源后,通过操纵调光开关,调节控制器的程序,该程序为本领域常用程序,在相应程序的控制下, LED 光源发出各种单色光或者产生七彩跳变、渐变效果,如果将多盏通体发光砖灯拼接成通体发光砖灯板块,可以使用一个控制器和调光开关进行统一控制,达到发光效果。
本发明可以用于铺设广场、步行街、大厦、歌舞厅等场所的地面,也可以用于装饰墙面。
本发明的优点是: 1 、具有很好的实用性,由于灯面和灯体采用抗冲击、耐摩擦,耐腐蚀的材料制成,所以可以直接当作普通地砖或者墙砖使用; 2、发化色彩丰富,具有动态变化的效果,非常美观。

具体实施例
如图所示:三盏通体发光砖灯1 拼接在一起组成通体发光砖灯板块,通体发光砖灯为正方体形,包括灯体2 、灯面3 、LED 光源4、用以控制光源产生发光效果的控制器5 和调光开关6 , LED 光源4 设置于灯体与灯面的夹层中。灯体1的下表面留有出线孔7。配电箱8 内设置控制器5 和调光开关6。调光开关6 采用琴键形式,设有红、绿、蓝、紫、黄、青、白七种颜色及七彩跳变、渐变的控制键和调节发光的亮度、变化频率的控制键。控制器5 用以控制光源产生各种发光效果,控制器5 一端与调光开关6 连接,另一端分别通过三盏通体发光砖灯1的出线孔7 ,同时与三盏通体发光砖灯1 的LED 光源4 连接。灯面3 的材料为乳化钢化玻璃,灯体2 的材料为铸铝的。LED 光源4 采用24V 低压直流供电。

1. 一种通体发光砖灯,其特征是:它包括灯体、灯面、LED 光源、用以控制光源产生发光效果的控制器和调光开关:所述控制器的一端与所述LED 光源连接,另一端与所述调光开关连接。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种通体发光砖灯,其特征在于:所述通体发光砖灯拼装成通体发光砖灯板块,每盏通体发光砖灯使用同一个所述控制器和调光开关。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种通体发光砖灯,其特征在于:所述LED 光源设置于所述灯体与所述灯面的夹层内。
4.根据权利要求l 所述的一种通体发光砖灯,其特征在于:所述灯面的材料为乳化钢化玻璃。
5.根据权利要求1 所述的一种通体发光砖灯,其特征在于:所述灯体的材料为铸铝。
6.根据权利要求l 所述的一种通体发光砖灯,其特征在于:所述通体发光砖灯的形状为长方体、正方体、三棱柱、或者多棱柱。
7.根据权利要求1 所述的一种通体发光砖灯,其特征在于:所述LED 光源采用低压直流供电。
8.根据权利要求1 所述的一种通体发光砖灯,其特征在于:所述调光开关采用琴键形式。
