本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种整体防水性能优越、抗压性和耐腐蚀性高的铝型材LED通体发光砖灯。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种铝型材LED通体发光砖灯,它包括灯体、灯面、LED光源、用以控制光源产生发光效果的控制器和调光开关;所述控制器的一端与所述LED光源连接,另一端与所述调光开关连接,所述灯体与灯面的接触处设有槽口,槽口内填充有防水密封胶,所述灯体采用铝型材制成。
所述灯体上可以设有用于固定线路板的固定孔,可以通过螺丝固定,所述铝型材最好经过防氧化和静电喷涂处理。
本实用新型的优点是:1、可通过防水密封胶保证铝型材与灯面之间的配合,从而达到很好的防水效果;2、铝型材经防氧化和静电喷涂处理后,能够耐酸碱、耐腐蚀,能够保证它在搬运过程中或长期掩埋于地下不受损坏,合理的结构又使其具备了较强的抗压能力,方便灯体的安装;3、铝合金型材通过模具建模及机械加工后,在铝型材外表面留有光滑、自然流畅的精美线条。

如图所示:一种铝型材LED通体发光砖灯,它包括灯体1、灯面2、LED光源3、线路板4、用以控制光源产生发光效果的控制器5和调光开关6;所述控制器5的一端与所述LED光源3连接,另一端与所述调光开关6连接,所述灯体1与灯面2的接触处设有槽口7,槽口7内填充有防水密封胶8,所述灯体1采用铝型材制成,铝型材经过防氧化和静电喷涂处理。所述灯体1上设有用于固定线路板的固定孔9,通过螺丝10固定,起到固定灯具线路板4的作用,使其不易脱落。

1.一种铝型材LED通体发光砖灯,它包括灯体、灯面、LED光源、线路板、用以控制光源产生发光效果的控制器和调光开关;所述控制器的一端与所述LED光源连接,另一端与所述调光开关连接,其特征在于:所述灯体与灯面的接触处设有槽口,槽口内填充有防水密封胶,所述灯体采用铝型材制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝型材LED通体发光砖灯,其特征在于:所述灯体上设有用于固定线路板的固定孔,并通过螺丝固定。
