本发明公开一种注塑机压盖特制螺栓及其热处理工艺,包括本体和热处理的过程,所述的本体包括螺栓和螺母,所述的螺栓其上端设为外螺纹形结构,其中间设有弹簧,所述的螺母旋入外螺纹结构中并压住弹簧,所述的弹簧下方设有圆柱形的挡片,其底部设为圆锥形结构,其中间设有圆形的通孔,其热处理工艺特点是在加热至奥氏体化后浸入适宜的淬火介质中以较快的速度冷却。本发明具有足够高的抗拉强度,以抵抗拉长,拉断,滑扣和磨损,并有较高的疲劳抗力和冲击韧性,可以抵抗疲劳和冲击断裂,能很好的运用于注塑机中。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械产品,具体来说是一种注塑机压盖特制螺栓及其热处理工艺。
背景技术
现有市场上的一些注塑机压盖螺栓,不可以抵抗拉长,拉断,滑扣和磨损,而且疲劳抗力和冲击韧性也不够高,不可以抵抗疲劳和冲击断裂,不能很好的运用于注塑机中。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种注塑机压盖特制螺栓及其热处理工艺。
本发明的目的是解决现有一些注塑机压盖螺栓,没有足够高的抗拉强度,不可以抵抗拉长,拉断,滑扣和磨损,而且疲劳抗力和冲击韧性也不够高,不可以抵抗疲劳和冲击断裂,不能很好的运用于注塑机中的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种注塑机压盖特制螺栓及其热处理工艺,包括本体和热处理的过程,所述的本体包括螺栓和螺母,所述的螺栓其上端设为外螺纹形结构,其中间设有弹簧,所述的螺母旋入外螺纹结构中并压住弹簧,所述的弹簧下方设有圆柱形的挡片,其底部设为圆锥形结构,其中间设有圆形的通孔,其热处理工艺特点是在加热至奥氏体化后浸入适宜的淬火介质中以较快的速度冷却。
所述的热处理工艺在选择淬火介质时,首先应保证足够的冷却能力,即选用冷却能力高的淬火介质,还应防止畸变和淬火开裂。

如图所示,本发明包括本体和热处理的过程,所述的本体包括螺栓和螺母2,所述的螺栓其上端设为外螺纹形结构1,其中间设有弹簧3,所述的螺母2旋入外螺纹结构1中并压住弹簧3,所述的弹簧3下方设有圆柱形的挡片4,其底部设为圆锥形结构5,其中间设有圆形的通孔6,其热处理工艺特点是在加热至奥氏体化后浸入适宜的淬火介质中以较快的速度冷却。
所述的热处理工艺在选择淬火介质时,首先应保证足够的冷却能力,即选用冷却能力高的淬火介质,还应防止畸变和淬火开裂。

1.一种注塑机压盖特制螺栓及其热处理工艺,包括本体和热处理的过程,其特征在于:所述的本体包括螺栓和螺母,所述的螺栓其上端设为外螺纹形结构,其中间设有弹簧,所述的螺母旋入外螺纹结构中并压住弹簧,所述的弹簧下方设有圆柱形的挡片,其底部设为圆锥形结构,其中间设有圆形的通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑机压盖特制螺栓及其热处理工艺,其特征在于:所述的热处理工艺在选择淬火介质时,首先应保证足够的冷却能力,即选用冷却能力高的淬火介质,还应防止畸变和淬火开裂。
