本发明公开了一种多级减压器,包括减压器本体,所述减压器本体设有进气机构、减压机构、压力表和出气机构,所述减压器本体涂覆有保护层,所述保护层由以下重量份的成分组成:1~2份聚甘油单硬脂酸酯,2~3份钛纳米颗粒,2~3份羧甲基纤维素,6~7份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,3~4份氧化锌,1~2份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,6~7份改性漆酚酞树脂,1~2份石墨粉,1~2份铝粉,2~3份对叔丁基苯甲酸,3~4份乙酸,1~2份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,8~9份线型脂肪族类环氧树脂。本发明多级减压器,可在高温环境中长期使用;在热态环境中耐酸、碱、盐类、有机溶剂等液体介质腐蚀。

技术领域
本发明涉及多级减压器。
背景技术
目前常用的多级减压器,缺少防腐保护层,影响多级减压器的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多级减压器,其可在高温环境中长期使用;在热态环境中耐酸、碱、盐类、有机溶剂等液体介质腐蚀。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种多级减压器,包括减压器本体,所述减压器本体设有进气机构、减压机构、压力表和出气机构,所述减压器本体涂覆有保护层,所述保护层由以下重量份的成分组成:
1~2份聚甘油单硬脂酸酯,
2~3份钛纳米颗粒,
2~3份羧甲基纤维素,
6~7份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,
3~4份氧化锌,
1~2份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,
6~7份改性漆酚酞树脂,
1~2份石墨粉,
1~2份铝粉,
2~3份对叔丁基苯甲酸,
3~4份乙酸,
1~2份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,
8~9份线型脂肪族类环氧树脂。
优选的,所述保护层由以下重量份的成分组成:
1.2份聚甘油单硬脂酸酯,
2.3份钛纳米颗粒,
2.3份羧甲基纤维素,
6.7份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,
3.4份氧化锌,
1.2份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,
6.7份改性漆酚酞树脂,

本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种多级减压器,其可在高温环境中长期使用;在热态环境中耐酸、碱、盐类、有机溶剂等液体介质腐蚀。

2.3份羧甲基纤维素,
6.7份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,
3.4份氧化锌,
1.2份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,
6.7份改性漆酚酞树脂,
1.2份石墨粉,
1.2份铝粉,
2.3份对叔丁基苯甲酸,
3.4份乙酸,
1.2份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,
8.9份线型脂肪族类环氧树脂。

2~3份羧甲基纤维素,
6~7份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,
3~4份氧化锌,
1~2份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,
6~7份改性漆酚酞树脂,
1~2份石墨粉,
1~2份铝粉,
2~3份对叔丁基苯甲酸,
3~4份乙酸,
1~2份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,
8~9份线型脂肪族类环氧树脂。
