现有的电热水壶加热管,其抗蚀防垢、抗氧化性能有待提高,电热水壶加热管的使用寿命受到很大影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电热水壶加热管,其不锈钢主体外表烧结上具有抗蚀防垢、抗氧化、高硬度的保护层,能提高电热水壶加热管的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种电热水壶加热管,包括不锈钢主体,所述不锈钢主体外表烧结有保护层,按重量份计,所述保护层由以下组分组成:
4.6份石油树脂,
2.1份聚二甲基硅氧烷,
1.8份乙基三乙氧基硅烷,
1.1份纳米三氧化二铝粉体,
0.4份乙醇,
1.9份松香顺丁烯二酸酐酯。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种电热水壶加热管,其不锈钢主体外表烧结上具有抗蚀防垢、耐热抗氧化、高硬度的保护层,能提高电热水壶加热管的使用寿命。
