背景技术
现有的暖气片加热管,其抗蚀防垢、抗氧化性能有待提高,暖气片加热管的使用寿命受到很大影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种暖气片加热管,其不锈钢主体外表烧结上具有抗蚀防垢、抗氧化、高硬度的保护层,能提高暖气片加热管的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种暖气片加热管,包括不锈钢主体,所述不锈钢主体外表烧结有保护层,按重量份计,所述保护层由以下组分组成:
3.2份氨基树脂,
0.8份硅酸盐,
0.1份滑石粉,
0.9份钛白粉,
0.7份乙酰丙酮硒,
1.2份马来酸酐改性聚乙烯。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种暖气片加热管,其不锈钢主体外表烧结上具有抗蚀防垢、耐热抗氧化、高硬度的保护层,能提高暖气片加热管的使用寿命。
