Abstract

本发明公开了一种纳米抗菌漆,由底漆和面漆组成,底漆由22%-28%有机硅-丙烯酸乳液、30%-40%重量比为30:1的抗菌改性树脂和纳米硅溶液、20%-25%去离子水、8%-12%填料、5%-7%助剂、0.2%-0.5%消泡剂、0.1%-0.5%防腐剂、0.5%-0.9%增稠剂制备而成。由30%-40%重量百分比为30:1的抗菌改性树脂和纳米硅溶液、22%-28%水性聚氨酯乳液、20%-25%去离子水、8%-12%填料、5%-7%助剂、0.2%-0.5%消泡剂、0.1%-0.5%防腐剂、0.5%-0.9%增稠剂制备而成。本发明的漆的抗菌性能好。

纳米抗菌漆
技术领域
本发明涉及纳米抗菌漆。
背景技术
在各领域中,涂料的应用非常广泛,如外墙上,工业仓库,化工、石油、食品行业类贮罐及管道表面,厂房、现代化养殖场、冷冻库、民房、办公楼等建筑物上等。
传统都是为有机溶剂的涂料,该涂料的污染性严重,因此,现在大家已经大面积开始使用水性涂料,对于现有的环境来说,存在着大量的细菌,细菌不仅会影响人体健康,而且对涂料形成的涂膜质量也有较大的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌性能好的纳米抗菌漆。
为达到上述目的,纳米抗菌漆,由底漆和面漆组成,按照重量百分比计,
底漆由以下原料组成:
重量百分比为30:1的抗菌改性树脂和纳米硅溶液   30%-40%
有机硅-丙烯酸乳液                  22%-28% 
去离子水                           20%-25%
填料                               8%-12%
助剂                               5%-7%
消泡剂                             0.2%-0.5%
防腐剂                             0.1%-0.5%
增稠剂                             0.5%-0.9%    ;
面漆由以下原料组成:

进一步的,填料是滑石粉、重钙粉、高岭土、沉淀硫酸钡中的一种。
进一步的,所述的助剂为成膜助剂,所述成膜助剂为醇醚类溶剂或醇酷类溶剂。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物,所述的防腐剂为亚硝酸盐,所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂中的一种或两种。
本发明的有益效果是:将本发明的底漆涂布到墙体上,由于抗菌改性树脂、纳米硅溶液和有机硅-丙烯酸乳液的相互作用,使得该底漆的抗菌性能好,且具有较好的隔热性能,漆膜的硬度高,韧性好。将本发明的面漆涂布到墙体上,由于抗菌改性树脂、纳米硅溶液和水性聚氨酯乳液的相互作用,使得该面漆的抗菌性能好,且具有较好的隔热性能,漆膜的硬度高,韧性好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
按照重量百分比计,本发明的纳米抗菌漆由底漆和面漆组成。
其中底漆由22%-28%有机硅-丙烯酸乳液、30%-40%重量百分比为30:1的抗菌改性树脂和纳米硅溶液、20%-25%去离子水、8%-12%填料、5%-7%助剂、0.2%-0.5%消泡剂、 0.1%-0.5%防腐剂、 0.5%-0.9%增稠剂制备而成。填料是滑石粉、重钙粉、高岭土、沉淀硫酸钡中的一种。所述的助剂为成膜助剂,所述成膜助剂为醇醚类溶剂或醇酷类溶剂。所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物,所述的防腐剂为亚硝酸盐,所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酷增稠剂中的一种或两种。

实施例1。
底漆的制备方法是:
(1)称取350kg重量比为30:1的重量百分比为30:1的抗菌改性树脂和纳米硅溶液、226g去离子水、100g填料和60g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有250g机硅-丙烯酸乳液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取4g消泡剂、3g防腐剂、7g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到纳米抗菌底漆。
面漆的制备方法是:
(1)称取250g水性聚氨酯乳液、226g去离子水、100g填料和60g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有350g重量百分比为30:1的抗菌改性树脂和纳米硅溶液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取4g消泡剂、3g防腐剂、7g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到纳米抗菌面漆。
在施工时,将底漆喷涂到基材上,待底漆固化后喷涂面漆。
实施例2。
底漆的制备方法是:
(1)称取300kg重量比为30:1的重量百分比为30:1的抗菌改性树脂和纳米硅溶液、250g去离子水、120g填料和70g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有238g机硅-丙烯酸乳液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取5g消泡剂、8g防腐剂、9g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到纳米抗菌底漆。
面漆的制备方法是:
(1)称取238g水性聚氨酯乳液、250g去离子水、120g填料和70g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有300g重量百分比为30:1的抗菌改性树脂和纳米硅溶液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取5g消泡剂、8g防腐剂、9g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到纳米抗菌面漆。
在施工时,将底漆喷涂到基材上,待底漆固化后喷涂面漆。
实施例3。
底漆的制备方法是:
(1)称取400kg重量比为30:1的重量百分比为30:1的抗菌改性树脂和纳米硅溶液、242g去离子水、80g填料和50g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有220g机硅-丙烯酸乳液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取2g消泡剂、1g防腐剂、5g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到纳米抗菌底漆。
面漆的制备方法是:
(1)称取220g水性聚氨酯乳液、242g去离子水、80g填料和50g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有400g重量百分比为30:1的抗菌改性树脂和纳米硅溶液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取2g消泡剂、1g防腐剂、5g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到纳米抗菌面漆。
在施工时,将底漆喷涂到基材上,待底漆固化后喷涂面漆。
实施例4。
底漆的制备方法是:
(1)称取347kg重量比为30:1的重量百分比为30:1的抗菌改性树脂和纳米硅溶液、200g去离子水、100g填料和60g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有280g机硅-丙烯酸乳液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取3g消泡剂、4g防腐剂、5g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到纳米抗菌底漆。
面漆的制备方法是:
(1)称取280g水性聚氨酯乳液、200g去离子水、100g填料和60g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有347g重量百分比为30:1的抗菌改性树脂和纳米硅溶液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取3g消泡剂、4g防腐剂、5g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到纳米抗菌面漆。
在施工时,将底漆喷涂到基材上,待底漆固化后喷涂面漆。
将本发明的底漆涂布到墙体上,由于抗菌改性树脂、纳米硅溶液和有机硅-丙烯酸乳液的相互作用,使得该底漆的抗菌性能好,本发明的涂料能在基材表面上形成附着力为0级、硬度大于1H,耐水性大于230小时的涂层。将本发明的面漆涂布到墙体上,由于抗菌改性树脂、纳米硅溶液和水性聚氨酯乳液的相互作用,使得该底漆的抗菌性能好,本发明的涂料能在基材表面上形成附着力为0级、硬度大于1H,耐水性大于230小时的涂层。
在本发明中,抗菌改性树脂在公开号为CN104017441A的文献中有记载,在这里不再赘述。

Claims (4)

1.纳米抗菌漆,由底漆和面漆组成,其特征在于,按照重量百分比计,
底漆由以下原料组成:
重量百分比为30:1的抗菌改性树脂和纳米硅溶液   30%-40%
有机硅-丙烯酸乳液                  22%-28% 
去离子水                           20%-25%
填料                               8%-12%
助剂                               5%-7%
消泡剂                             0.2%-0.5%
防腐剂                             0.1%-0.5%
增稠剂                             0.5%-0.9%    ;
面漆由以下原料组成:
