本发明公开了一种水性防霉底漆的使用方法,包括:按水性防霉涂料底漆:水=1:0.1~0.3搅拌均匀后,喷涂在基材上,然后自干5~15分钟,固化得到涂层;其中,水性防霉底漆由30%-40%有机硅-丙烯酸乳液、22%-28%重量比为3:1的保护型防霉胶囊胞子和橡胶粉的混合物、20%-25%去离子水、8%-12%填料、5%-7%助剂、0.2%-0.5%消泡剂、0.1%-0.5%防腐剂、0.5%-0.9%增稠剂制备而成。本发明的底漆形成的涂层的防霉性能和弹性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及水性防霉底漆的使用方法。
背景技术
在各领域中,涂料的应用非常广泛,如外墙上,工业仓库,化工、石油、食品行业类贮罐及管道表面,厂房、现代化养殖场、冷冻库、民房、办公楼等建筑物上等。
传统都是为有机溶剂的涂料,该涂料的污染性严重,因此,现在大家已经大面积开始使用水性涂料,而对于外墙涂料来说,需要解决的其中一重要技术问题是防霉,但现有的水性涂料其防霉性能都欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水性防霉底漆的使用方法,利用本发明的使用方法,最终得到的涂层的防霉性能和弹性好。
水性防霉底漆的使用方法,按水性防霉涂料底漆:水=1:0.1~0.3搅拌均匀后,喷涂在基材上,然后自干5~15分钟,固化得到涂层;
所述的水性防霉底漆按照重量百分比计由以下原料组成:
有机硅-丙烯酸乳液                  30%-40%
重量比为3:1的保护型防霉胶囊胞子和橡胶粉的混合物                           22%-28% 
去离子水                           20%-25%
填料                               8%-12%
助剂                               5%-7%
消泡剂                             0.2%-0.5%
防腐剂                             0.1%-0.5%
增稠剂                             0.5%-0.9%   。
进一步的,各原料的重量百分比为:
有机硅-丙烯酸乳液                  35%
重量比为3:1的保护型防霉胶囊胞子和橡胶粉的混合物                            25%
去离子水                           22.6%
填料                               10%
助剂                               6%
消泡剂                             0.4%
防腐剂                             0.3%

进一步的,填料是滑石粉、重钙粉、高岭土、沉淀硫酸钡中的一种。
进一步的,所述的助剂为成膜助剂,所述成膜助剂为醇醚类溶剂或醇酷类溶剂。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物,所述的防腐剂为亚硝酸盐,所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酷增稠剂中的一种或两种。
本发明的有益效果是:通过该使用方法,由于保护型防霉胶囊胞子能持续有效的释放活性物,其与橡胶粉作用,达到长期有效的防霉作用,还能提高漆膜的弹性;与此同时,本发明的涂料能在基材表面上形成附着力为0级、硬度大于1H,耐水性大于250小时的涂层。另外,采用本发明的使用方法,在合适的水性防霉底漆与水的比例下,使得涂层的防霉性能好,成本低,环保,硬度能达到使用的标准。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
按照重量百分比计,本发明的水性防霉底漆由30%-40%有机硅-丙烯酸乳液、22%-28%重量比为3:1的保护型防霉胶囊胞子和橡胶粉的混合物、20%-25%去离子水、8%-12%填料、5%-7%助剂、0.2%-0.5%消泡剂、 0.1%-0.5%防腐剂、 0.5%-0.9%增稠剂制备而成。填料是滑石粉、重钙粉、高岭土、沉淀硫酸钡中的一种。所述的助剂为成膜助剂,所述成膜助剂为醇醚类溶剂或醇酷类溶剂。所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物,所述的防腐剂为亚硝酸盐,所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酷增稠剂中的一种或两种。
实施例1。
(1)称取187.5g保护型防霉胶囊胞子、62.5g橡胶粉、226g去离子水、100g填料和60g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有350g机硅-丙烯酸乳液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取4g消泡剂、3g防腐剂、7g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到水性防霉底漆。
上述制备得到的水性防霉涂料底漆:水=1:0.1搅拌均匀后,喷涂在基材上,然后自干15分钟,固化得到涂层。
实施例2。
(1)称取178.5g保护型防霉胶囊胞子、59.5g橡胶粉、250g去离子水、120g填料和70g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有300g机硅-丙烯酸乳液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取5g消泡剂、8g防腐剂、9g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到水性防霉底漆。
上述制备得到的水性防霉涂料底漆:水=1:0.2搅拌均匀后,喷涂在基材上,然后自干10分钟,固化得到涂层。
实施例3。
(1)称取165g保护型防霉胶囊胞子、55g橡胶粉、242g去离子水、80g填料和50g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有400g机硅-丙烯酸乳液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取2g消泡剂、1g防腐剂、5g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到水性防霉底漆。
上述制备得到的水性防霉涂料底漆:水=1:0.3搅拌均匀后,喷涂在基材上,然后自干5分钟,固化得到涂层。
实施例4。
(1)称取210g保护型防霉胶囊胞子、70g橡胶粉、200g去离子水、100g填料和60g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有347g机硅-丙烯酸乳液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取3g消泡剂、4g防腐剂、5g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到水性防霉底漆。
上述制备得到的水性防霉涂料底漆:水=1:0.1搅拌均匀后,喷涂在基材上,然后自干10分钟,固化得到涂层。
通过该使用方法,由于保护型防霉胶囊胞子能持续有效的释放活性物,其与橡胶粉作用,达到长期有效的防霉作用,还能提高漆膜的弹性;与此同时,本发明的涂料能在基材表面上形成附着力为0级、硬度大于1H,耐水性大于250小时的涂层。另外,采用本发明的使用方法,在合适的水性防霉底漆与水的比例下,使得涂层的防霉性能好,成本低,环保,硬度能达到使用的标准。

1.水性防霉底漆的使用方法,其特征在于,按水性防霉涂料底漆:水=1:0.1~0.3搅拌均匀后,喷涂在基材上,然后自干5~15分钟,固化得到涂层;
所述的水性防霉底漆按照重量百分比计由以下原料组成:
有机硅-丙烯酸乳液                  30%-40%
重量比为3:1的保护型防霉胶囊胞子和橡胶粉的混合物                           22%-28% 
去离子水                           20%-25%
填料                               8%-12%
助剂                               5%-7%
消泡剂                             0.2%-0.5%
防腐剂                             0.1%-0.5%
增稠剂                             0.5%-0.9% 。

3.根据权利要求1所述的水性防霉底漆的使用方法,其特征在于:填料是滑石粉、重钙粉、高岭土、沉淀硫酸钡中的一种。
4.根据要求要求1所述的水性防霉底漆的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的助剂为成膜助剂,所述成膜助剂为醇醚类溶剂或醇酷类溶剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性防霉底漆的使用方法,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物,所述的防腐剂为亚硝酸盐,所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酷增稠剂中的一种或两种。
